✶ decans: the secret spice of your chart
so you know your sun sign, your rising or moon too. but have you heard about decans? a few years ago, my astrologer friend taught me about all these cracks and crevices in a birth chart and gave me a lesson on decans.
if you’re into psychological/spiritual readings, or writing poetic, archetypal descriptions - modern elemental decans can add a lot of nuance and beauty.
imagine each zodiac sign is a 30° stage, split into three acts these acts are called decans, each about 10°. depending on the system you use, the meaning shifts. both are valid. so let’s get into it:
🪞 system one: modern elemental decans (pop astrology)
this one’s sexy + simple. each sign is broken into three decans ruled by signs of the same element:
aries (fire)
• 0–10° → aries decan (mars) – car crash in heels.
• 10–20° → leo decan (sun) – main character energy, performative rage.
• 20–30° → sagittarius decan (jupiter) – philosophical firestarter, joy as weapon, fast exit queen.
virgo (earth)
• 0–10° → virgo decan (mercury) – pristine logic, perfection with receipts.
• 10–20° → capricorn decan (saturn) – ruthless efficiency, dry wit, builds empires.
• 20–30° → taurus decan (venus) – grounded hedonist, overthinks everything beautifully.
→ this system’s great for archetypes. you feel like your sun sign with a twist from its elemental cousin.
🕯️ system two: traditional planetary decans (chaldean order)
this system is older and follows the chaldean planetary sequence (saturn, jupiter, mars, sun, venus, mercury, moon). each 10° of the zodiac is ruled by a planet based on this order - not necessarily tied to the sign’s element.
for example:
virgo sun (chaldean decans)
• 0–10° → mercury decan (detailed, classic virgo)
• 10–20° → venus decan (aesthetically driven, hyper attuned to beauty and harmony)
• 20–30° → saturn decan (reserved + meticulous, needs boundaries to live)
so a 22° virgo sun is in the saturn decan → more stoic, hyper-aware of time, prone to internalizing pressure. a perfectionist with a melancholy core.
→ this is more of that hidden information in the back of your chart that matters because each decan has its own ruler that adds a unique flavor to your sign’s energy. think of it as astrology’s remix - same base track, but different beats. knowing your decans is basically finding the footnotes to your spiritual biography.
wanna find your decan?
take your degree in the sign (like 14° leo), google the ranges, and see which ruler is remixing your energy.
✦ doing $10 full birth map readings - dm your birth date + time + location to start. think cartography for the soul. ♡

Can you explain what you mean with Roman being back but only in lostroom?
Oh no. That's not what I was saying.
Romani appeared in Lostroom, as part of the meeting that happened during "December 2017" after Christmas the dreamers one, so his presence subtly lingers. If this is the case, his body is currently loaned to Lev, IMO. In Lostroom, his body disappears as soon as Lev exits the room. His presence doesn't leave, because he awakes Ritsuka when he's in trouble in Chaldeas, or maybe he pushes him out of the Lostroom I guess.
I have always had a crack theory that the reason why Romani appears "blank" in some scenes in Ritsuka's mind (in Olympus Aphrodite attack and Mirror of Despair) is because that's actually a real remnant of Romani etched in Ritsuka's mind in Lostroom just like Dantes was. Dantes from the Tower had left a remnant in Ritsuka's mind who wasn't the same one summoned in Chaldea. That remnant eventually became the new playable Count of Monte Cristo Servant after OC2. He's essentially the Count who bonded with Ritsuka in the Tower event and stayed trapped there. That's why Roman didn't have a 'form' or name (his dialogue lines is either generic 医者 or ???) is because Lev is presently taking over his spirit origin and identity (something IMO he agreed to).
He appears normally in flashbacks, like we see in OC3 and interludes, or in the past (Christmas event), or recreations of the past, like in Case Files. So why isn't he having a sprite in those sequences? I don't think the Mirror of Despair sequence is a flashback because it is not greyed/sepia colored either.
In OC4, Mash has an "hallucination" of Romani who claims he isn't Romani but actually the "Roman in her heart" and "I'm you," but it's pretty obvious that's Lev trying to roleplay Roman and fail at it (and Mash realizes it pretty early on). Which matches my "Lev has Romani's body" theory. But eventually the Romani does speak after the one pretending to be him calls him, and we see him like this instead:

The 'fake' Romani (Professor Lev, imo).

The real Romani Archaman.

Mash is grateful for their assistance, saying they are really good friends.
(I'm also going to clarify that Mash has no issues in envisioning Romani in her flashbacks; she got one of the moment after Beryl broke her fingers earlier, and he's vivid in her mind, unlike random Chaldea staff. So it's not on her!).
It makes sense. He's not really 'data lost' like a certain someone. Chaldeas can recreate worlds that were pruned from existence, either way, so there's absolutely no challenge to pull this. Galahad was resumoned using its previous summon as a basis (otherwise it would be impossible get him) and appointed as its gatekeeper. IMO, Romani was another one brought back either as himself or Solomon or a mixture, but Romani might have found a way out of the contract by letting Lev take over him. This is mere speculation, but I can see this pretty much the same scenario developing after the Galahad reveal. Because it would make sense for Chaldeas to default to the first and second Chaldea Servants to be its protectors.
Also Galahad said something like he was supposed to be the one assigned to greet Novum Chaldea when they arrived in Antarctica before getting dragged to OC4. This kind of implies Chaldean was his replacement. I think Lev is posing as Romani Archaman and having his spirit origin may be necessary to loosen the leash Chaldeas has on him by pretending he's working for them and he's "totally the real Roman" (that's why he wanted to avoid Holmes, he didn't want Holmes to analyse him). That's one of my current theories.

Hi, do you have a post on calculating the planetary hours of the day or a specific tag for planet magic like that? I found charts online but for some reason I just keep getting really confused on figuring out what hour corresponds to what with time zones, I'm not sure how that affects it? I know I've seen you post about it but tumblr search is useless. Thank you!
Hi, I do not have a post about the calculations, but perhaps my explanation will suffice where the same explanation has elsewhere not suffoced 😅
First things first, no need to use charts! There are many online calculators. Try this one!
Any modern calculator will calculate the time zones for you.
In the linked calculator, only enter in your current city. The math is done on your behalf.
I tried to do an explanation of calculating this but my nerve pain is just brutal today.
So I stole it from PlentifulEarth.com instead:
Determine Sunrise and Sunset: Check local times for these events using reliable sources or apps. Calculate Day and Night Duration: Calculate how many minutes are between sunrise and sunset for day time. Calculate how many minutes are between sunset and sunrise for night time. Divide Each by Twelve: Each period (day or night) is divided into 12 equal hours, but remember, these aren’t the standard 60-minute hours we’re used to! You should have two separate hour lengths, one for the length of day time’s hours and one for the length of night time’s hours. Convert Minutes Back to Hours: Starting at sunrise, take the number of minutes from step 3 and add them to find out the next “hour” mark. Repeat until you get to sunset. Do this again for the night time period. Assign Planetary Rulers: Based on the day, the first hour will be ruled by the planet governing that day. Then, label each following hour as the planet that comes next in the Chaldean sequence.
Just remember, if doing by hand, start the operation by finding your current sunrise and sunset times.
Be careful when Googling, because Google will by default show you today's sunset and tomorrow's sunrise; but what you really need is both for the same day. (Ultimately this will at most change your calculations by a minute and isn't vital, but good to be mindful of).
When doing this calculation yourself, there should never be a time where you are calculating your own time zone in relation to another time zone.
There are 12 planetary hours during daylight. But, these "hours" are not 60 minutes long. The 12 units of time stretch out for long days (summer), and get squished for short days (winter).
All you are doing is finding how many hours of daylight are happening for your location that day, and dividing by 12.
The first planetary hour matches the day (Sun Sunday, Moon Monday, Mars Tuesday, Mercury Wednesday, Jupiter Thursday, Venus Friday, Saturn Saturday) and they cycle through the day.
There are also 12 planetary "hours" during nighttime, which are stretched (winter) and squished (summer) so that all 12 fit into the darkness.
Anyway, hope this helps! I'd recommend just using a calculator, not charts :)

Why do we use Numerology in Spirituality?
As previously described, all things in the Universe are made of energy and frequency. Numbers also have their own distinct unique vibration, frequency, and message.
Numerology is a spiritual level of understanding surrounding these numbers. This is the way the Universe, our Angels, Spirt Guides and Spirit Team, including our Ancestors can communicate with us.
The Science of Numbers, or Numerology is an ancient understanding of numbers that can be traced back over thirteen thousand years.
The three most commonly known forms of Numerology were Chaldean Numerology, Kabbalah Numerology, and Pythagorean Numerology.
Chaldean Numerology: In this system, each number is representative of specific letters and each single-digit number has a meaning of various energetic attributes. This also brings the belief that numbers are prophetic.
Kabbalah Numerology: This form of numerology is used in Hebrew traditions, it also attributes number to letters and specific trait to the single-digit numbers 1-9. Kabbalah numerology explores the numerical value of one’s name and traits linked to the name number.
Pythagorean Numerology: This form of numerology explores personal understanding through using intentional formulas to calculate your life path number, name number, soul number, personality number and attitude number. It is the most popular western or modern form of numerology named after its founder, the philosopher and mathematician, Pythagoras. By associating single digit numbers to specific letters of the alphabet.
Numerology can be regarded as a spiritual science. We use numbers as a language to investigate our potential and flow through life with a higher perspective understanding. Because there is a mystical or spiritual relationship between numbers and our lives.
What are Angel Numbers?
Angel Number is a word used within the New Age community to speak about numerology within daily life and the higher dimensional or divinely guiding messages numbers can offer. Mostly associated when we see repeating numbers. Such as 111, 222, 555; the repetition echoes the vibration of the single digits conveying a clear message. When we are constantly seeing these numbers appear in different places often spontaneously it comes with relevant meaning or messages of higher guidance. You could be receiving messages from your Spirit Guides, the Universe, and your Higher Self.
Depending on the message they could be letting you know you are on the right path, warning you that some major changes are coming in your life, also that your Angels and Spirit team is with you protecting you and supporting you along the way.
How do we use Numerology in Divination?
You can intentionally consult the numbers related to your name and birth date to gain insight and guidance specific to you. You can calculate your life path number which will offer you insight into some of your innate abilities and life purpose. The numbers provide us guidance.
While there are many layers and depths to Numerology, this is some of the foundational basics to how it works and why we use it often in Divination and in Spirituality. It is the means of communicating with the Universe and our Spirit Guides, to speak their frequency and energy in a language we can also interpret.
There are also many number combinations or Angel Number messages that have significant meanings that aren't all repetitive. Such as seeing numbers in sequence like 234, or 456.
When we see the number 234 frequently it means that you are on the right path, that your hard work is paying off and they are aware of your hard times but things are going to start getting better.
The number 456 means is often associated with people who are considered to be great partners, providers, make intentional important choices to make positive change in their life. This often appears when the Universe wants you to know that the steps you are taking are going to lead you towards your goals and aspirations. Meaning happiness, success, and fulfilment. If you've been thinking about your job or changing careers and this number keeps appearing for you, it could mean that there could be a positive change on the horizon, whether a promotion, raise, or a new better career opportunity is in order. These new changes will be abundant and make sure that all of your monetary and material needs are met.
With Love, Light and Positive Vibes

New in the shop: postcards with my occult/nature inspired “Plants and Planets“ series from 2018! Available in two formats. The postcards have round edges and the sizes comply with common post standards.
In the past botanists such as Nicholas Culpeper associated plants with the planets, fixed stars and zodiac signs. The attributions were based on an intense study of a plant’s features, which included treats such as a thorny or prickly appearance, the scent emitted by the flowers or the entire plant, the plant’s life cycle, colors, metals contained in a plant, medicinal and other uses and of course plenty of folklore. Today plants are classified scientifically based on their genome, but their planetary lore is preserved and continues to evolve in the books of authors such as Stephen Skinner, Paul Huson, Scott Cunningham, Harold Roth and so on.
I find it inspiring to continue this tradition and to explore its own inner logic. Hence I created these planet themed still life photographs of herbs, that I gathered from our garden and surroundings, many of which are also part of my seed boxes. They are ordered according to the Chaldean sequence. With this series I yet delve deeper into the language of plants and the symbolism and magical properties attributed to them.
Please leave a note with your order, if you wish for the postcard to be signed on the back (no extra cost).

Esoteric: Days of the Week
It takes the Moon about a month or 29.5 days to complete a cycle of phases. In astrology, this was rounded to 30 degrees and it’s where we get 12 divisions (12.37 cycles of the Moon) in a 360 degree zodiac based on the Sun cycle of 365.24 days. Considering that there is about 4 weeks in a month, every 7 days marks approximately one quarter phase of the Moon. Notably, the word "month" and "moon" share a common root in many languages, including English. The Old English "mona" for "moon" and "monað" for "month".
Unlike the year and month, the ordering of the days in a week is constructed without any astronomical reference. Instead, it was developed with the ‘Chaldean order’ dating back to ancient Babylonia. This order is determined by the speed of a planet and geocentric proximity:
Moon → Mercury → Venus → Sun → Mars → Jupiter → Saturn
Using this system, each hour of the day was assigned a planetary ruler and the cycle would repeat every 7 hours.
Sunrise was considered to be the first hour and the planet of this hour was determined the ruler of that day. Since there are 24 hours in the day and 7 repeating planetary hours, the first hour would have a different planetary ruler each day of the week. For instance, the Sun rises at the hour of the Sun on Sunday, Moon on Monday, Mars on Tuesday, and so on.
The day is divided into 12 hours from sunrise to sunset and 12 hours from sunset to sunrise but the naming of the hours is not the same as we’d recognize on a clock today. As mentioned, the day would begin with the rising Sun and end when it sets. The first hour of a day as we know it is midnight when the Sun reaches the lowest point below the horizon and begins to rise upward.
In the table below, the ruler of each day is shown at the first hour:
From this system arises a new sequence for the days of a week:
Sun → Moon → Mars → Jupiter → Venus → Saturn
When setting the Chaldean order clockwise as a repeating cycle, a heptagon is formed. The new sequence was remembered by connecting the resulting angles to construct a heptagram inside.
The 7-day week was officially established by Constantine of the Roman Empire in 321 AD but it originated centuries earlier from the Akkadians and Babylonians. In contrast, Egyptians divided their 30-day month based on ‘decan’ which were 10 degree sections of each zodiac also used for timekeeping by the hour.
Each day of the week was named after the ruling deity associated with each planet and this varied based on translation and culture. Latin is a Indo-European language sharing root with Persian, Indian, Celtic, Germanic, among others. English is a form of Old English that arose from Germanic tribes. These tribes were influenced by the spread of Roman tradition and religious syncretism. This carried the idea that people worshiped the same major deities under different names and stories. For instance, Zeus is a Greek god identified as being semantically related to Thor in Norse/Germanic mythology since they’re both considered to be the god of thunder among various other associations. While some deities were translated from Rome, the rest came to be replaced by their native equivalent.
This association with planets and deities is shown in the table below but a comprehensive list can be found here:

Days of the Week Correspondences
Each of the days of the week corresponds to the energies of one of the classical planets and carries a magical energy all its own. Pagans, witches and magicians may choose to time their worship or spellcasting activities based on the energies of the various days of the week. This correspondence table is based on the Chaldean sequence and the idea of planetary days and planetary hours. The associated Gods are based on either ancient names for the days of the week or planetary associations. These are all pretty well established for the most part. The colors and the intentions that might go along with them are much more fluid. As with all correspondences, explore them fully to ensure that you understand them and that the energetic relationship feels right for you and don't be afraid to improvise.
Sunday
Celestial Body: Sun
Colors: gold, yellow
Gods: Sol, Brigid, Helios, Apollo
Intent: success, promotion, fame, wealth, prosperity
Sunday is associated with the colors yellow and gold, which shouldn't be surprising—it's the day of the sun. Because of this planetary association, this is a day that's also connected to solar deities like Helios and Ra. Interestingly, in some Celtic traditions, Brigid’s day is Sunday as well.
When it comes to crystal use, Sunday is related to quartz crystals and diamonds, as well as the yellowish hues of carnelian and amber. For herbs and plants in magical workings, use marigolds, sunflowers, or cinnamon.
What kind of magic is best performed on Sunday? Well, it's a day that generally has many associations—agriculture, beauty, hope, victory, self-expression, and creativity are all connected to this particular day. Plant or harvest something new (not just material crops, but metaphysical ones as well), create something from nothing and prepare to win at everything.
Monday
Celestial Body: Moon
Colors: Silver, white, blue
Gods: Manni, Diana, Artemis, Selene, Luna
Intent: women's mysteries, illusion, glamour, sleep, peace, beauty, prophesy, dreams, emotions, travel, fertility, insight, wisdom
Monday is the day of the moon itself, and it's a day that's connected to lunar colors like silver, white, or even a pale blue. Metals and gemstones like silver, pearl, opal, and moonstone all come into play today.
There are plenty of deities associated with the moon—Thoth and Diana for instance—and herbal correspondences include many members of the mint family. Utilize wintergreen or peppermint, as well as catnip, comfrey, sage, and chamomile in your workings.
When it comes to Monday magic, because of that lunar connection, it's a good time to focus on workings related to childbearing and family life, purity and virginity, healing, wisdom, and intuition. Do a little bit of self-exploration and work on developing your intuition—learn to trust your gut. Celebrate birth and life and make some magic to fix what is broken.
Tuesday
Celestial Body: Mars
Colors: Red, black, orange
Gods: Mars, Ares, Tyr
Intent: courage, victory, success, strength, conviction, rebellion, defense, wards, protection
Named for the Norse god Tyr, who was a deity of heroism and combat, Tuesday is a very martial sort of day—color associations include bright red and oranges, as well as warrior-like metals such as iron and steel.
The ancient Romans called this day Martis, after the warrior god Mars—other deities associated with Tuesday include Ares, the Morrighan, and other gods of battle and glory. Red gemstones like rubies and garnets come into play on Tuesdays, as do herbs and plants such as thistles, holly, coneflowers, and cacti—you'll notice these are all sharp, prickly plants!
One of the interesting—and more than a little amusing—aspects of Tuesday magic is that in addition to war and conflict against your enemies, this is a day also associated with marriage. You can also use this day of the week for magical workings connected to protection and initiation. Use Tuesday to assert yourself, make a mark and stake your claims.
Wednesday
Celestial Body: Mercury
Colors: purple, orange
Gods: Mercury, Hermes, Odin
Intent: communication, the arts, transportation, change, luck, gambling, fortune, chance, creativity
Wednesday is named for Woden himself, although the Romans called it dies Mercurii. This is a day associated with the color purple, the planet Mercury, and the metal quicksilver—which is also called mercury. See a pattern here?
When it comes to deities... yes, Mercury! However, there are a few other gods associated with Wednesday, including Odin and Hermes, Athena, and Lugh. Gemstones like adventurine and agate come in handy as well, as do plants such as aspen trees, lilies, lavender, and even ferns.
Business and job-related issues, communication, loss and debt, traveling, and journeys are all tied into Wednesday. This is a good day to do a working to open up lines of communication—especially if your actions are preventing you from being an effective speaker or listener. Go someplace new or return to an old favorite stomping ground, step up your game, and settle up your accounts.
Thursday
Celestial Body: Jupiter
Color: blue, purple, green
Gods: Thor, Jupiter Juno
Intent: abundance, protection, prosperity, strength, wealth, healing
Thursday is a day of royal blues and greens, associated with the planet Jupiter and metals like tin. When it comes to deities, look at leader type gods like Thor, Zeus, and Jupiter. Gemstone correspondences for Thursday include turquoise, amethyst and lapis lazuli, and plant associations can be found in honeysuckle, cinquefoil, and even oak trees.
This is a day for honor, fealty and family loyalty, as well as harvesting, success, and prosperity. Take advantage of Thursday's different aspects and do spell work that brings abundance to you, declares your allegiance, and embraces prosperity.
Friday
Celestial Body: Venus
Colors: pink, aqua
Gods: Venus, Aphrodite, Freya
Intent: love, birth, fertility, romance, gentleness, pregnancy, friendship, passion
Friday falls at the end of the work week for many of us, and that means we get a chance to relax for a little bit! Mark your Fridays with colors like pink and aqua, and metals such as copper. This is a day ruled by the planet Venus, so it should be no surprise that Venus and Aphrodite—goddesses of love and beauty—are associated with Fridays. This is a day named for the Norse goddess Freyja*, so be sure to take a moment to honor her as well.
Gemstones associated with Friday include coral, emerald and rose quartz, and plants like strawberries, apple blossoms and feverfew are also related. This is a good day to do spell work associated with family life and fertility, sexuality, harmony, friendship, growth. Take advantage of Friday's correspondences and plant a seed, make something grow, and enjoy your blessings.
Saturday
Celestial Body: Saturn
Colors: black, purple
Gods: Saturn, Hecate
Intent: banishing, protection, wisdom, spirituality, cleansing
It's the end of the week for many of us, so Saturday—named for the god Saturn—is a good time to wrap things up. Associated with the colors black and dark purple, and the metal lead, this day is also connected to the goddess Hecate. Gemstones like Apache tear, obsidian, and hematite are all connected to Saturday's magic, as are plants such as thyme, mullein, and the cypress tree.
When it comes to magical workings, focus on agriculture and creativity, fortune and hope, protection and banishment of negativity. Put up a barrier to keep the unwelcome out, eliminate the things that make you miserable, and wash your hands of anything other than your hopes, dreams, and goals.

I am slowly warming up to the idea of Lev = Person of Chaldea. At the end of Grand Order, hadn't Goetia already made peace with his end when fought as King of Men? Also, Goetia is a creation of Solomon. After Ars Nova, Solomon's works would have been gone, therefore Goetia is as well. However, Lev (demon), the rings (divine gift?), and Roman's human body (grail wish product?) are independent from Solomon. They can still exist.
For Lev’s theory:
Roman’s body disappeared after the Temple. You see it vanish with sparkles. But Moonlight Lostroom brings back Roman, Lev and Olga in the Lostroom (rather than Moonlight mode which is a Singularity) immediately before part 2 begins. I assume that’s connected to Lostbelts and those “simulations” Kirschtaria (and Olgamarie) went through, so if the body of Crypters could be recovered from the imaginary numbers space, maybe Roman was too. He vanished there, rather than the real world, so he’s not precisely ‘dead’ as the World understands it because his death was never observed. But maybe his unstable existence is a Roman with a saint graph and magic circuits like Solomon. The ending of part 1 establishes Roman and Solomon as different people too (which makes sense with Extella separation-thing of body, mind/heart, soul).
When Lev (the dream of the dead/the dead dreamer) leaves the room because is late and he’s going to be “busy” from now on. The room shifts and Roman seemly disappears... when Gudao came in but did he? Roman awakes Gudao in that sequence of lostroom, snapping him out when he hung midair. So maybe Roman didn’t vanish, but let Lev (whose body was destroyed) use his body for whatever he needs to do present time and that was the symbolic loan. Or maybe he’s lingering dormant within the body after and passive to let Lev do his things (that is probably why he begrudgingly does some doctor work and tells Guda and Mash to stay away because he’s getting a splitting headache if they get close), while lending his saint graph power which should be stronger than Flauros’ normal level. Like inversed and willing Sigurd-Surtr situation and they are used as foreshadowing. Carter and Raum could also serve as foreshadowing of the circumstances, too (even further with Abigail’s ambiguous positon as priestess but also evil god, in a fictional loop, and Mash feeling certain kinship to her circumstances. Salem was a “stage play” and foreshadowing like all the Epic of Remnants).
Olga leaves the Lostroom in a similar fashion to Lev. And you see the priestess hovering when Gudao awakes. And the entire ending leads to the first glimpse of the Chaldean retrieving a ring from the Temple. I don’t know, but if it’s going to be Goetia, Goetia would have appeared in Lostroom, but he didn’t. The set up is all there IMO. Lev and Roman did. Lev and Roman are also in the new OP. This could be a red herring, but honestly, Lev seems to be the most plausible candidate to me. He also happens to be “someone of Chaldea.”
And as note, the individual pillar demons did appear after.

THE ZODIAC: CANCER THE CRAB

Date of Rulership: 22nd June-23rd July; Polarity: Negative, female; Quality: Cardinal; Ruling planet: Moon; Element: Water; Body part: Heart, Lungs, and stomach; Colour: Silvery Grey; Gemstone: Pearl; Metal: Silver.
In the signs thus far examined, we have seen the formative energies of life achieve expression through different mediums: initially through the spontaneity and impulsive carnal drives of Aries; then through the aesthetic kaleidoscope of meandering Taurus; and finally the subdivision of vital force under the command of Gemini which enabled an innovative, evolutionary leap of consciousness. The latter’s propensity to concurrently exist in material and ethereal worlds also made sentient an intermediary realm in which the physical and spiritual mingled. Many would understand this intermediary plane to be the unrestrained world of imagination, intuition, thinking, memory, and emotion. It binds spirit to the body, and the emancipating dialogue that ensues between the two as a result engenders far-reaching repercussions for both. It invariably shapes the bundle of psychological habits and impulses that each of us calls self. It is the god Proteus and the nymph Thetis; a primordial ocean of acute shape-shifting awareness. Sometimes one might find themselves trapped in a kaleidoscopic labyrinth of geometrical contours or in shapeless clouds. At other times, one might see a sequence of rhythms or sounds, hear colourful objects, and taste backward or previously unseen locomotion. At other times still, one can be overwhelmed or possessed by anxiety, fear, titillation, love, or relaxation one minute, and riddled by a complete absence of emotion the next. At some point it might be apparent that everything in existence comprises the skin of a gargantuan cosmic animal and at other points all created matter might appear to be discarnate and autonomous entities that simply inhabit the same cosmic space. Polarities can coalesce under a singular experience and thinking processes are transposed to concentrated levels that elude comprehension on the physical plane. Nothing is ever controlled or mediated; there is just a perpetual waxing and waning of thoughts and ideas that explode onto the sands of consciousness one minute and dry up the next. Time becomes a helium balloon, expanding as to spur the perception that a plethora of daylong activities have been squeezed into the space of a few minutes and then shrinking as to flush out the space of a day in two seconds. In this realm, the personal can become impersonal very quickly and barriers deemed impenetrable in the physical world are breached at will.
Gemini’s severe allergies to the emotional faucet rendered it somewhat superficial, insensitive, and impotent to the depth of experience, an anomaly which is corrected with the inauguration of the Cancerian archetype. Because the formative energies of Cancer originate from this intermediary realm of being which connects the physical and spiritual, it acquaints humans with their individual souls but also with the anima mundi, the cosmic soul of Mother Nature which unites all creatures irrespective of size or complexity. A newborn inclination to look inward for nirvana underpins the fundamental Gnostic adage of this archetype, namely that the external environment, the mechanical world into which we are born, appears to be an exotic synthesis of indifferent and insensitive elements that cannot offer inner harmony or fulfilment to spiritually-orientated humanity. The only hope for the human condition, according to Cancer, is to turn on the emotional faucets of the psychic plane and let the cold and hot water form a sensitive current that incite a sense of meaning and purpose and drive the impersonal spirit or life force through the tumultuous waters of life until it is again time to reunite with the paradisal state of perfection in maternal unconsciousness.
“Folks, life’s all about being feelings,” says Cancer. “Feelings and sandcastles, my friends! I like to build mine with all sorts of implements, usually down by the seashore. If I don’t use sand and water its paint and pastels, and sometimes I even use pen and writing paper. I create them with my vivid imagination and decide who or what is going to be living inside. I decide upon fates and lifespans and transcribe the romantic events that will unravel within its high walls. Sadly, there comes a time when the incoming tide levels and sucks them back into the pit of the ocean’s stomach. I understand the tides, the coming and going of primordial energies, and the cycles of the cosmos like no other which is why I build my houses strong. Strength equals domestic stability and tranquillity, something everyone wants! I use the sturdiest things available–sticks, stones, metals, bits of detritus from the seabed–to insulate my soft and squishy parts from Mother Nature’s wrath and Man’s acidic and unbecoming temperament. As a humanitarian, I’m always willing to share my space with an appropriate other, especially if that other is a poor, helpless soul in need of smothering or mothering.

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m tactile and love affection. I’ll also admit that I do have too much of the moon and the sea in me; my moods can go from black, to low, to white, to high, and to crescent shape in the space of about a microsecond. I can be volatile that way, but I more than make up for it with my talent for story-telling, my attention to detail, and my emotional rapport. I can also be timid and shy, but once you’ve gained my trust and extricated me from my crabby shell you’ll feel like you’ve known me for years! Once I’m out you’ll have to be rather gentle with me; I’m not particularly fond of prying eyes or confrontation, verbal or otherwise, so I will often sidestep around these. If this is not possible or plausible I’ll just thrust my big old pincers out and threaten to dice the adversary up into little pieces. You should also know that I’m a fiercely faithful friend, and my concern for the welfare of others can often be mistaken for clinginess and co-dependence. My soul is dark like rocks of obsidian, and deeper than the Mariana trench in the Pacific Ocean. Just like these qualities strike night terrors in those individuals not quite attuned to their inner selves, so too does it nurture my own worst nightmare–the fear that I might be deserted to my own devices and have to face life alone.”
Cancer is undoubtedly the first sign to actively work through the mimetic bank of the collective unconscious, drawing upon cosmic archetypes like the tribal brother or sister, love, the heroic journey, utopian societies like the legendary Atlantis, and the struggle between seemingly disembodied forces of good and evil to create its own narratives, real or imagined. Souls incarnating through the stars of this zodiacal constellation more often than not exhibit melancholia, sentimentalist romanticism, and a longing to recapture the locus classicus of Golden Ages bygone. The latter is most likely due to the fact that Cancerians retain prenatal memories of the paradisal perfection within the womb, and hence looking backward into the past is also examining a longwinded path that meanders further and further from union with the divine. Their deep connection to the supranormal and creative powers of the greater subconscious mind and its intuitive faction, as well as a heartfelt obsession with the subtler and intimate details of our psychological makeup makes them the true hub of the arts. It is no coincidence that souls born under the aegis of Cancer tend to be artists, writers, musicians, and poets. The unconscious willpower or drive of a Cancerian soul is second to none.
Lamentably, Cancer’s derivation from an imaginative plane experienced through the electrical power of primordial ebbs and flows without the aid of a transistor isn’t all milk and honey. Cancerians are notorious for letting the intellectual throne of their personal kingdoms be usurped by emotion, and we all know what happens when unchecked emotions are given prominence over wisdom and intellect: problems and worries multiply and quickly distort our perceptions of the outside world so that everyone appears dishonest, deceptive, potentially threatening, and narcissistic. Emotionally disturbed Cancerians usually repress their feelings for prolonged periods, letting grievances and resentments simmer and become pressurised deep in the confines of their unconscious until these can no longer be contained. When the tempestuous eruption finally comes to pass, the rock-melting intensity of the sonic blast can be so potent as to incinerate, alter, or disfigure relationships permanently. This is one of just many reasons why Cancerians are introverts, choosing to traffic in relationships that are highly unlikely to balloon into melodramatic love affairs or force them into encounters with their own shadows.
Like Aries, Taurus and Gemini, there are also two symbols associated with Cancer the Crab. The first of these, the animal totem, evokes the primary psychic composition of all beings born under this zodiacal sign; deriving from and dwelling in the element of water, crabs are tranquil, expressive and passive in their habits. The existence of a shell denotes a self-absorbed proclivity towards domestication, introversion, emotional vulnerability, and cultivation of the soul’s imaginative realm. In embarking in a cross-cultural and historical examination, we find that the ubiquitous expression of this archetype has altered in time. For some of the prehistoric cultures, Cancer was represented as a crayfish. Moving into historic times, the ancient Egyptians imagined the constellation as an embodiment of the morning sun–Khephera –whose totemic animal was the scarab beetle. The modern image associated with this archetype was inherited from Babylonian or Chaldean astrology, the latter also influencing the iconography used by the Persian and Hellenistic peoples. The fixed stars associated with this constellation were deemed of utmost importance given that they delineated the seat of an ethereal Great Mother Goddess from which all life in the cosmos had sprung forth. Two ancient calendars, the Egyptian and the Mayan, further illuminate Cancer’s importance as an archetypal indicator of cosmic beginnings and endings: the ancient Egyptians, ascribed prominence to it as the home in which almighty Sirius, the mediating star of the wheel of heaven, rose heliacally to herald the New Year; and the Mayans prophesized that an alignment of the planets within Cancer would spur an act of un-creation and spell the end of the universe. In Roman myth, the goddess Juno fashioned Cancer and placed her in the starry heavens to serve as a cosmic chronometer and reverse the forward-moving cycle of creation when she finally felt that the process of becoming would be of no further benefit to mortals and immortals alike.
The second symbol, an astrological shorthand for the zodiacal sign, shows two identical figures whose arrangement discloses polar opposition. In Gemini this image of duality symbolizes a conunctionis or marriage of opposites, but in Cancer it draws attention to the insuperable psychic tides that are inherent in the nature of this archetype and demonstrated by the gravitational forces and see-saw interfaces imposed upon the earth by its mediating planet, the moon. The two spirals pertaining to each figure may be interpreted in a variety of ways; either as a pair of breasts, symbols of fecundity and divine providence, or as two spermatozoa whose conjunction generates the miracle of life. Both are connected to creation and both recall the feminine element of water as the great cosmic womb through which evolutionary life processes take root. Naturally this sign is intimately connected to physical conception and birth, as well as the psychological dependence of the developing ego on the uroboric Self. Hence, the symbol also serves as a memory cue for those primordial moments of happiness, fundamental unity, oneness, and paradisal perfection experienced in the womb before birth, along with the sadness and loss that comes from being separated from the maternal realm of unconsciousness.

A Tiny Universe’s Companion - Joy Usher
A Tiny Universe’s Companion Popular Techniques in Traditional Astrology Joy Usher Genre: Reference Price: $4.99 Publish Date: May 31, 2018 Publisher: Xlibris AU Seller: AuthorHouse A Tiny Universe's Companion accompanies A Tiny Universe, a textbook on astrology which is based on one version of the Birth-Chart of the Universe known as Thema Mundi. Companion expands on the fi rst book by exploring a number of techniques which were refined by astrologers several centuries ago, but have since lost their significance in modern times. Practices such as the division between day and night which creates the accidental dignity of Planetary Sect, and the forgotten rule of Contention (munakara) which warns of the danger of crossing boundaries, are both reminders of the impact of Sect on the seven original planets. A first century predictive system originating in Persia called Firdaria has been re-introduced in the past few years and is once more gaining in popularity. Firdaria relies heavily on the principles of Sect to direct the individual's lifespan via different planetary periods along with the sequencing of planets according to the Chaldean Order. This method is examined in detail in the final chapters of Companion using modernized interpretations of text from 1st Century astrologer Vettius Valens, and Johannes Schoener from the 16th Century C.E. Planets' rulership over the twelve houses is a cornerstone of traditional astrology's chart interpretation and a ruling planet's condition determines its success or failure in managing the aff airs of its house. Issues such as mediocre quality, troublesome relationships, poor placement, or lack of sight (aversion) suggest stress for the planet and indicate difficult repercussions in the areas of life for which the ruling planet is responsible. Patterns which normally lie unseen or dormant within the chart become animated through rulership, and with the reintroduction of lost models, the chart, and life on Earth once more become reflections of the larger Universe. http://bit.ly/2VWEbXi

Plants and Planets
I find it fun and inspiring to continue this tradition and to explore its own inner logic. And since I spent the past 3 weeks gardening, I took to it and photographed the recent herb harvest according to the planets. The following series follows the Chaldean sequence. Photos by myself. Please share and credit.

Numerology Services
As name says Numerology is nothing but the calculation of date of birth and other stuff. Numerology is a technique which deals with relation between the number and physical things, destiny, circumstances and events. So, mathematics play an important role in numerology for wealth analysis from ancient times but it was not much important and popular at that time. Even though it was not important but it impacted on people’s life. Numerology originated from Asian countries such as India and China. It also appears in other than Asian countries such as Egypt and Japan. That’s why it varies from country to country, region and culture. Numerology services in Singapore as have different trends and technique as per their culture
Pythagoras was Greek mathematician who built Pythagoras theorem. He believed that world is the collections of mathematical calculations.
There are five types of numerology
1. Chaldean numerology
2. Kabbalah numerology
3. Pythagorean numerology
4. Abracadabra numerology
5. New Kabbalah numerology
1. Chaldean numerology
Chaldean numerology system is originated from ancient Babylonia. It is combination of Kabbalistic numerology and astrology teachings. Chaldean numerology is created by Chaldeans. It is also known as Mystic Numerology. Only 1 to 8 numbers used in the calculation, number 9 is not used in calculation. In Chaldean numerology system number 9 is consider as sacred number and that’s why it is kept apart from other numbers except when it is sum of other numbers. The Chaldean numerology system uses numbers and alphabets. It is considered as accurate numerology system.
2. Kabbalah numerology
Kabbalah numerology has arrived from Hebrew culture. The main moto of Kabbalah numerology is self-discovery, inner soul, purpose of life. As it comes from Hebrew culture it mostly uses Hebrew alphabet. Meaning of Kabbalah is intellectual work. Kabbalah numerology system advices people to be honest to get best results. Different numerology system works differently, but in Kabbalah numerology system it wants only name of the person during the analysis. Every alphabet indicates a particular number, let us see. Alphabets A, J, S indicates number 1. B, K, T indicates number 2. C, L, U indicates number 3. D, M, V indicates number 4. E, N, W indicates number 5. F, O, X indicates number 6. G, P, Y indicates number 7. H, Q, Z indicates 8. I, R indicates 9.
3. Pythagorean numerology
As name says Pythagorean numerology is founded by Pythagoras. Pythagoras was a Mathematician, Spiritual guru, Astrologer. He sets the numbers 1 to 9 in a sequence to the alphabets. Pythagoras numerology tells about life path number, personality number, destiny number which helps to know the destiny of human beings.
4. Abracadabra numerology
Abracadabra numerology is not much popular as it is different from other numerologies and lesser people believe this numerology. Its calculation depends on pyramid series to get some numerical value which again converted to get a single digit. This numerology is based on the first name of the person.
5. New Kabbalah numerology
New Kabbalah numerology depends on first name and is similar to Pythagorean numerology. The New age Kabbalah numerology is mainly focused to develop the philosophical and psychological uses of Kabbalistic symbols and ideas.

SEQUENCE OF END TIME EVENTS
(An alternative exigetical view of the Eschatological timeline)
1. "Birth pains" (rise of lawlessness, wars and rumors of wars, earthquakes, famines, pestilences, etc.), which will get worse and worse as the day approaches. We are already in this stage of the timeline.
2. Suddenly and without warning, the Resurrection of the dead in Christ, which is shortly followed by...
3. The Harpazo or Rapture, simultaneously, of all those who are alive in Christ, to meet the Lord in the air. These two events happen at an indeterminate time prior to the unveiling of the identity of the Antichrist. These two events may happen prior to, some time during, or at the conclusion of the Psalm 83 War. It comes without any warning.
4. The Resurrected and Raptured saints are brought to the Bema Seat Judgment, where rewards are apportioned by Christ to the saints, according to their works.
5. The Psalm 83 War or the pre-false peace war between Israel and the surrounding nations, where Israel is treacherously attacked by the surrounding nations despite their having a peace covenant with the Jewish state (Oba 1:7). Israel will initially be overwhelmed, but will turn things around so that the entire Arabian peninsula falls into Israel's hands. It is at this where the burning of "rivers of pitch" with their smoke "rising forever" in Idumia (Saudi Arabia) takes place (Isaiah 34:9-10). Remember that the surrounding nations are no longer participants in the coming Magogian invasion. This is when the destruction of "mystery" Babylon and the whore which rides the beast in the wilderness happens.
6. The sudden and utter destruction of Damascus (likely nuked, rendering it uninhabitable - Isaiah 17:1), which I believe will happen during the Psalm 83 War. The reason why I believe this is because Syria is no longer listed among the participants in the Magogian invasion.
7. The unveiling of the identity of the Antichrist, who will neither be a Jew nor a European nor a Russian. He will be an ethnic Assyrian (Micah 5:5-6), just as the first world leader Nimrod was an Assyrian, who will be possessed by Satan himself (Isaiah 14). He will uphold a peace covenant "with many" for seven years (Dan 9:27). There is only one entity on the planet that consistently engages in limited time period peace treaties, and that is Isl am. In Isl am they have what is called the "Hudna", which loosely translates to "ceasefire agreement". And it, without exception, is always treacherously violated or broken before it ends. Another important thing to be aware of is that Isl am also has its own Eschatology. In their end time teaching, Muh ammed returns as the Mahdi, who becomes the leader of the entire muslim world. He will enforce a Hudna with Israel for 7 years and in the middle of it he violates it because "the trees and the stones will cry out 'there is a Jew hiding behind me; come o mu slim and cut his head off!'" Mu slims are also taught that they can capture Jewish women at this time to be their sex slaves, that is why we read this in Zechariah 14:2: "For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women RAVISHED; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city."
8. The Wormwood prophecy is fulfilled (Rev. 8:11). If this is indeed the near-Earth asteroid Apophis as Thomas Horn says he saw in a vision and heard the name "Apophis" spoken to him, then it hits the earth (April 13, 2036, the next flyby after 2029) in the first half of the last of the 70 weeks of Daniel. According to NASA, the energy released is several thousand times the yield of both the Hiroshima and Nagasaki nukes combined. Projected kilometer-high tsunamis are expected. No wonder the CCP is desperate to annex Mount Everest by bribing the Nepalese government to redraw their map. Bunkers on Mt. Everest will be safe from these tsunamis. And no wonder Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos and every other country who can afford it are scrambling to get to Mars.
9. The Antichrist is assassinated and loses an arm and an eye in the process. Through "lying wonders" he is resurrected (Zach 11:17). Imagine the AC as a swashbuckling Moshe Dayan (remember him?), minus one arm.
10. The construction of the 3rd temple, likely during the first half of the 7-year false peace. Although the role of the AC in the temple reconstruction is not mentioned in the bible, Jewish tradition holds that the "messiah" they are expecting will be able to deliver global peace and that he will be responsible for the reconstruction of the 3rd temple.
11. The prohibition of the use of the Torah among Jews, and the bible among Gentiles (Amos 8:11), likely in the first half of the 7-year false peace, when the AC will start to cruelly assert his authority over "infidels".
12. The "abomination that causes desolation" event. Likely to be a televised event, as Jews in Judea can see it as it happens. I believe this is where the 144,000 young Jewish evangelists are sent out into a dangerous world. None are lost. They are later recovered by being Harpazoed together with the Tribulation Saints at the end of the Great Tribulation.
13. Simultaneously with #12 is the gassing of the "Palestinians" in Judea by their co-religionists from the North, and the deed blamed on Israel (Isaiah 14:31), thus the warning by Jesus to those in Judea to flee posthaste to the mountains when #12 occurs. Based on the distance of their flight, the fleeing Jews will head for Petra (in Jordan, already part of Israel as Jordan will be annexed by Israel during the Psalm 83 War). There they will be protected and fed by the Lord until the end of the Great Tribulation. Some time later the antichrist's hordes will attempt to chase them to Petra, but they will be slaughtered by the Lord's angels before they can reach Petra (Rev 14:20).
14. Exactly 30 days after #12 event, enter the two witnesses written in Revelation 11:3. These would be Moses and Elijah returning in the flesh (Matt 17:3), resurrected into their mortal bodies for this special purpose of convincing the Jews to put their faith in Jesus. They will both be killed and their bodies left unburied in the streets of Jerusalem. After 3 and a half days they will be raised up to heaven already in glorified bodies, seen by people the world over. Their resurrection will likely be seen globally on television.
15. Half of Jerusalem is conquered by the antichrist and his forces. A stalemate between the "residue" of Israel and the Antichrist's forces takes place. Many among the Jews are captured and are sold as slave labor. The stalemate continues up to the end of the Great Tribulation.
16. Nearing the end of the Great Tribulation, when the final attack is made by the Magogians (later called the Scythians, and much later called the Turks) and her allies against Israel, their will be less left to defend their own countries. Which their long-time enemies the Medes (now known as the Khurds), the Chaldeans (yes, they still exist) and the other disenfranchised nations in the mountains (pl) of Ararat who were robbed of their territories at the redrawing of the map during the dismantling of the Ottoman empire in 1924. These disenfranchised nations will take this as their opportunity attack the reistablished actual Babylon (which become the new capital of the revived Ottoman empire) with smart weapons (Jer 50:9).
17. Likewise nearing the end of the Great Tribulation, the Antichrist's forces will be harassed by "ships from Chittim" or Cyprus (Dan 11:30). But Cyprus is not a Naval power!
Background: Europe already has tens of millions of Mu slims within its borders as part of the Isl amic hijra against the West. Turkey has unleashed waves of "refugees" that overflow (Dan 11:10) into Europe (research "Hijra" or Isl amic stealth invasion through immigration). Many countries' governments shall be overthrown this way (Dan 11:41). I can imagine these countries' admirals ordering their Navies to leave port to avoid being boarded and taken over by human waves. And where do they go? To a defensible island nearby: Cyprus. The Antichrist is vexed, turns around and puts his attention against these "irritants", buying Israel, who is already starting to lose the war, time. Hosea 5:15 gets fulfilled here. Note: Mu slim North Africa and Egypt will be allied with the Antichrist's Northern alliance.
18. Given this route taken by the Magogian invaders, they will have to pass through Megiddo and the Valley of Jezreel. There they are met with unceasing strong rains, winds and Hailstones (Ezek 38:22). They get bogged down, buying Israel more time to call upon the Lord. Meanwhile...
19. The unreconciled Jews undergo a Harpazo of location and are brought to the Judgment Of The Nations at Megiddo (Luke 17:34-37). They will join the Resurrection of the damned at the end of a thousand years. This Harpazo of location to judgment is soon followed by the Rapture of the Tribulation saints from the four corners of the earth to join the resurrected and Harpazoed saints at least seven years prior. It is conceivable that there will be another Bema Seat Judgment for them as well.
20: The "strangers", the "terrible of the nations" (the world's non-isl amic military powers) finally take action and are able to capture and neutralize the antichrist (Isaiah 14:16, Ezek 28:7; 31:12). The antichrist's troops are nuked (Zech 14:12). It is at this point where Satan is bound for a thousand years.
21. The "strangers", the "terrible of the nations" turn on each other. Sadly, it will be a war with no holds barred, where WMDs are used (Isaiah 29:5).
22. "The sun turns to darkness, and the moon will not give its light" heralds the return of Christ with His saints to stop the carnage. https://eschatologystudent.tumblr.com/post/628945248693960704/i-was-startled-by-how-the-sun-looks-like-as-viewed
Personal appearances would likely be made by angels to world leaders to convince or order them to desist from waging war, as was with ancient Egypt's pharoah Necho (2Chron 35:21-22), who was paid a visit but for the opposite purpose. Swords will be turned to plowshares and spears into pruning hooks. The Great Reconciliation of Hosea 6:1-2 is fulfilled. The Lord's Millennial Reign commences. "Sheep and Goat Judgment" likely takes place in the heavenlies at this juncture.
23. 7 months after the last shots are fired, a massive cleanup effort takes place, by professionals trained in the handling of Nuclear/Biological/Chemical weapons-tainted materials and bodies (Ezek 39:14) and bury them downwind East of the Dead Sea (Ezek 39:11). If they miss some bodies, travellers who find them will not touch them, but will mark their location (GPS coordinates?) for the professionals to take care of.
24. Leftover weapons (likely nuclear) will supply the energy needs of Israel for seven years (Ezek 39:9).
25. The Lord's Earthly Kingdom steadily expands as more and more nations choose to join it. This goes on until His Kingdom encompasses the whole earth. People live to be as old as trees. Those who die at a mere 100 are considered accursed. These would be those who hide their sins instead of confessing them, and will be resurrected among the damned. But it will be an age of peace and plenty. No Pride marches and BLM riots allowed 👍 👌 🙏 The prophecy "the older shall serve the younger" referring to the surviving descendants of Esau serving the descendants of Jacob gets fulfilled starting at this point.
26. At the world's end and at the closing of Christ's Millennial Reign, a repeat of the process of separating the wheat from the tares takes place (Matt 13:37-43). Satan is set loose, and the Resurrection of the Damned takes place to join the recently uprooted "tares". Satan will quickly have the resurrected damned re-arm to fight the King in Jerusalem.
27. The final war takes place, where none of fighting saints are lost (Joel 2:1-11, esp v8). Great White Throne Judgment follows.
28. The New Jerusalem comes down from heaven, and it's "all aboard!" to our true home, to our eternal state.
29. The old heaven and earth are burned up.
30. The new heavens and the new earth are created. And all the sons of God shout for joy. Repeat 😊

The Astrology of Numerology
If you are new to numerology, please see the earlier articles in the archive - for a menu of the detailed information behind this.
Sometimes it is helpful to access the link between numerology and astrology, to call on the additional symbolic vocabulary which astrologers have developed to a very sophisticated level.
If we are working in pure number - for the story told by numbers, or for their manifold interrelationships, or even working with dates - we can use the astrological linkages (see below) directly. However, if we are working with words or names then we have an intermediate step to go through.
The astrological vocabulary of numerology was brought in by the Romans, and further developed in mediaeval times. So we have to work with the number-values of letters which traditional European numerology has used since Roman times:
1 is the value of A, I, J, Q, and Y
2 is the value of B, K, and R
3 is the value of C, G, L, and S
4 is the value of D, M, and T
5 is the value of E, H, N, and X
6 is the value of U, V, and W
7 is the value of O, and Z
8 is the value of F, and P
No modern letters are evaluated at 9
This is very different from the "normal" sequential values used by modern numerology. It actually arose out of the letter sequence of the pre-roman Etruscan alphabet. The Romans kept the old values when working in Latin, and modern letters such as J, U, W, and Y were fitted in later as they arose. So it looks a bit of a mess now, but a lot of powerful people have been energising it for over 2,000 years. You may sometimes find this called the "Chaldean System", but the Chaldeans wrote in cuneiform characters, so that name does not really stand up.
If we were to use the astrology with the much easier direct letter-values which are normal in modern numerology, we would usually get complete rubbish in the interpretation. Please stay with the Aura-Soma Equilibrium Bottles as your deep vocabulary when working with sequential modern letter-values.
The astrological linkages are:
ZERO was a concept unknown in Europe until about 1300, so it has no old attributions, but has latterly been associated with the element aether, and by some people with the planet Pluto.
ONE has positive polarity, and is associated with the fire element and the cardinal quality. It is ruled by the Sun.
TWO has negative polarity, and is associated with the water element and the fixed quality. It is ruled by the Moon.
THREE has positive polarity, and is associated with the air element and the mutable quality. It is ruled by Jupiter.
FOUR has negative polarity, and is associated with the earth element and the cardinal quality. In Roman times it was ruled by Saturn, but the Mediaeval revision (see below) gave it to the Sun, now in modern times it is ruled by Uranus.
FIVE has positive polarity, and is associated with the air element and the fixed quality. It is ruled by Mercury.
SIX has negative polarity, and is associated with the air element and the mutable quality. It is ruled Venus.
SEVEN has positive polarity, and is associated with the water element and the cardinal quality. In Roman times it was ruled by Jupiter, but the Mediaeval revision (see below) gave it to the Moon, now in modern times it is ruled by Neptune.
EIGHT has negative polarity, and is associated with the earth element and the fixed quality. It is ruled by Saturn.
NINE has positive polarity, and is associated with mutable quality. It is ruled by Mars. Its elemental attribution is less clear. Originally it was given the fire element, but the Mediaeval revision suggested that it related to all elements, and some more recent authorities associate it with aether.
The Mediaeval Revision
In Mediaeval times they thought that it was unfair that Saturn and Jupiter should have two numbers each (although that can be traced back to Chaldean astrology); so they decided that the "two great luminaries" - the Sun and Moon - should have two numbers each and ordinary planets only one. Likewise the fire element was identified as unfairly having three numbers rather than two, so they associated the NINE with "all" elements.
Identifying the Signs which will be revealed
Aries is positive cardinal fire
Taurus is negative fixed earth
Gemini is positive mutable air
Cancer is negative cardinal water
Leo is positive fixed fire
Virgo is negative mutable earth
Libra is positive cardinal air
Scorpio is negative fixed water
Sagittarius is positive mutable fire
Capricorn is negative cardinal earth
Aquarius is positive fixed air
Pisces is negative mutable water
In analyses, the elements and qualities are more important than the polarities, as it is possible to have a result showing such as "negative cardinal air" - a combination which does not exist in a real sign. In such cases we would ignore the polarity.
How can we use this?
Let's try an example of finding the astrological vibrations in the name of "Fred Smith":
FRED SMITH
8254 34145
using the traditional letter-values.
First we count the occurrences of each factor:
Positive has 4 occurrences, from 5, 3, 1, and 5
Negative has 5, from 8, 2, 4, 4, and 4
Fire has 2 occurrences, from 3 and 1
Air has 2 from the two fives
Water has 1 from the single 2
Earth has 4 from the 8 and three 4s
Cardinal has 4 from the 1 and three 4s
Fixed has 3 from the 2 and two 5s
Mutable has 1 from the single 3
Sun has 1 occurrence
Moon 1
Jupiter 1
Uranus 3
Mercury 2
Venus <none>
Neptune <none>
Saturn 1
Mars <never occurs on an individual letter>
The total value of "Fred Smith" is 36, which reduces to (3+6=) 9, so the overall ruler is Mars.
Within the detail above, we have Negative slightly greater than Positive, Earth out-ranking the other elements, Cardinal out-ranking the other qualities, and Uranus (followed by Mercury) out-ranking other planets.
Result
The Cardinal Earth sign in astrology is Capricorn, and it happens to be negative. So the dominant astrology is of Uranus in Capricorn. This could be refined to be seen as a Uranus-Mercury conjunction in Capricorn, with Uranus the stronger.
So words and names and pure number carry astrological influences. Their vibration resonate to a harmonic in sympathy with normal planetary astrology. If you are doing a personal reading, this enables you to use numerology and astrology together. If you are working with the symbolism of pure number, the astrology will bring out additional subtle tones.
Details when using traditional letter-values
Accents
Umlaut = 5
Circumflex = 3
Cedilla = 3
Other accents = 0
Double letter ß = 10
The rationale here is that the umlaut represents a missing letter "e", and circumflexes or cedillas represent a missing letter "s". Whilst "ß" now represents "ss", it originally represented "sz". Other accents are pronunciation indicators only.
Abbreviations
Spell out all abbreviations: including
"&" becomes "and", or "et", or "und", etc.
"@" becomes "at", or "à", or "zu/bei" etc.
"U.N." becomes "United Nations"
