How to regress when youโ€™ve literally never done it and you have no idea what to expect (or itโ€™s been a while)
*turns around in chair like Captain America* so โ€ฆโ€ฆ. you wanna be tiny.
Awesome! :D
Voluntary regression, when done intentionally, can be immensely fun and healing. Letโ€™s get you set up for success.
Step 1: Set Your Goals
Your goal should never be โ€œto regressโ€ - it may not happen. You may spend all of your time just age dreaming (acting small with your big brain still in). You need to be okay with that.
The reason youโ€™re regressing isnโ€™t the same as your goal. โ€œBecause Iโ€™m traumatized,โ€ โ€œfor fun,โ€ and โ€œfor chronic painโ€ are all valid reasons, but they donโ€™t provide you with the framework for healing that weโ€™re looking for.
Here are some specific, achievable goals:
โ€œI want to relax and have uninterrupted fun after a long day.โ€
โ€œI want to reparent my inner child through affirmation work, gentle parenting, and rules for self-care.โ€
โ€œI want to work through trauma Iโ€™ve experienced through play so I can experiment with new outcomes for tough situations.โ€
โ€œI want to complete easy tasks/assignments to give myself a sense of pride and accomplishment.โ€
โ€œI want to allow myself to trust and be cared for in a way that I am usually resistant to.โ€
โ€œI want to allow Jesus to speak to me when I feel most vulnerable and receptive to His kindness.โ€
โ€œI want to improve my self/care habits by making them fun and digestible.โ€
โ€œI want to revisit childhood/deep-rooted fears so I can work through them with effective coping mechanisms, like journaling.โ€
Step 2: Selecting Your Tools
Here, you might have seen lists of things that people like to use when theyโ€™re little, but rarely do they explain why they like to use them. These lists also may not resonate with older or alternative regressors.
So instead, I will give you categories of things that I believe are relevant to regression, and you fill decide what satisfies it best for you.
Something to wear: do you have clothing that is easy and comfortable to move around in, makes you feel good to wear, and/or gives you sensory input you crave?
Something to watch: do you know of a show, movie, or YouTube channel that holds good memories for you? Is there one out there that piques your interest? It doesnโ€™t have to be โ€œkid-friendly,โ€ but its effect should be comfort and peace, not intellectual or emotional strain. We are not looking for challenge - that is for developing your grownup brain. Many regressors prefer kids media for this reason.
Something to do (with your hands): Stimulating senses other than sight is vital for grounding, especially in todayโ€™s online world โ€ฆ and, considering the nature of the work we are doing, you may need it. Painting, sensory sand, going to the beach, swimming, making music, woodworking, crocheting, polymer clay, diamond painting, puzzles, coloring books, and more can all bring out your inner child. Again, we are looking for joy, not challenge; perhaps your local dollar store has a craft kit!
Something to read: are you a scientist who loves learning about animals? A horror fan who loves spooky tales? Do you remember a series from your childhood that brought you joy? Reading is a great way to escape into a simpler world and evade screens, especially if itโ€™s crafted without profanity or triggering subjects. Childrenโ€™s books may also minister to you in ways that adults failed, such as teaching emotional regulation, socialization, and how to fight common fears.
Something to hold: plushies have been proven to be beneficial for mental health, but a companion doesnโ€™t have to be stuffed! Action figures, dolls, and other friends can be thrifted, bought, or dug up from closets. They provide sounding boards for scary thoughts that get less scary when said aloud, companionship during play, travel, or sleep, and serve as willing recipients of your creative outputs (bracelets, clothing, drawings, etc). And, when you need a hug, your favorite toy can be right there with you in the absence of a human friend.
Something to nibble: food is fuel for the body, but it is also love. Choose foods that are nutritious and fun, just like youโ€™d give a child. My personal faves are Slim Jimโ€™s, pepperoni, berries, nuts, dairy, and veggies with dip. Treats are great too, but spend your tummy bank on nutritionally valuable food first! Regressors also find fun in experimenting with different vessels for food and drinks, like crazy straws, bottles, ZooPals plates, or character dining sets.
Something to play with: โ€˜playโ€™ has many definitions and types. Below is a short list of types of play. No matter if you like toys or not, gather objects or activities that encourage play.
Symbolic play - using one object to represent another (i.e. a flower becomes a wand - try blocks or play scarves)
Locomotor play - moving play (try roller skates, online exercises/dance classes, or small exercise trampolines)
Creative play - invoking a desired or experimental outcome (try Legos and art supplies)
Deep play and rough-and-tumble play - play that involves bodily risk and movement (try hiking, rock climbing, or swimming)
Dramatic play - orchestrating play without personal involvement (โ€œsetting upโ€ elaborate scenes with toys was a big part of my childhood play! Try small toys and accessories like Calico Critters, stuffed animals, or dolls)
Exploratory play - play to gain information (try boxed or homemade science experiments, or simply asking, โ€œI wonder what happens if I โ€ฆ?โ€)
Fantasy and imaginative play - playing in a way that is unlikely to occur in real life and/or the rules have changed (try dressing up to be a superhero, royalty, animal, etc)
Mastery play - bringing a task to completion (build a campfire, dig holes in sand to fill with water, complete a video game level, etc)
Object play - manipulating objects to learn more about them (common in developing babies and autistic stimming; try fidget toys)
Socio-dramatic play - taking on a role that involves social interaction (I.e. playing house or doctor)
Somewhere to go: novelty can be hugely effective in delighting your inner child. Try hanging out in the backyard, going to a park/museum/aquarium, taking yourself on a โ€œlittleโ€ shopping spree with a set budget, going to a theme park/state fair, or checking out kids media from your local library. Since you are exiting your safe space, you must be mindful of those around you. This is why I usually recommend this to those who know they will only be age dreaming, unless they are completely alone. For your safety, please do not involve anyone who has not consented in your regression.
Something to see: if you can, decorate your safe space or a portion of your safe space in a way that makes your inner child happy. Try changing your phone wallpaper, collecting figures, displaying stuffies on your bed, putting up wall stickers or drawings youโ€™ve made, or changing your bed sheets.
A note on pacifiers: pacis made for adults are a great way to abate thumb-sucking and unhealthy oral stims. They will shift your teeth only if you use them excessively; try limiting use to an hour at a time, and always wear your retainer if you have one. If you feel pain, stop. Disassemble and clean immediately after use.
A note on diapers: I personally do not use diapers because I donโ€™t want or need them, but should you choose differently, there are lots of creators who have more information on them. Most importantly, they are not shameful.
Step 3: Meeting Your Inner Child
How do you know when youโ€™ve regressed?
When play takes over.
When you find yourself fully engaged in whatโ€™s in front of you, finding captivation in the simplest things, you are regressed. It isnโ€™t some magical transformation - youโ€™re just revising a part of you that has always been there, latent. It is an unlocking of childhood whimsy โ€ฆ a state of being easily awed.
Thoughts may simplify; adult reasoning for comfort objects may reduce to a petulant mine. Anxious spirals may be replaced by a simple mama, Iโ€™m scared. Thoughtful analyses of character arcs and subplots may sound more like yay, ponies!
If you have an internal monologue, it may disappear, replaced with more primal emotions like โ€œangryโ€ or โ€œscaredโ€ or โ€œhappyโ€ or โ€œcalm.โ€ There have been many times that my husband has asked little me whatโ€™s wrong, but instead of words, only sobs make it out of my mouth. Then, when he holds me, a warmth I canโ€™t name fills my chest and makes me sleepy.
What is your inner child like? Are they more or less โ€ฆ
Sensitive?
Chatty?
Energetic?
Creative?
Impulsive?
Experimental?
Outspoken?
Stubborn?
Relaxed?
Giggly?
Curious?
Focused?
Defiant?
Angry?
Expressive?
Your inner child, like all children, is subject to fits and flights of fancy. This is normal! Love them as you would love a normal child.
Step Four: Caring For The Bunchkin
Since our goal is not to regress, we have the freedom to take a third-person point of view while we are in our safe space, check in on ourselves, and see how we are doing.
If your goal is to heal, take things slow. Choose one activity at a time that allows you to explore your deeper thoughts, and allow ample room for fun and relaxation.
Instead of focusing on your trauma and hurt, start by asking yourself - โ€œwhat are my deepest desires? What am I lacking? What is important to me? What can I give myself that I did not receive?โ€
Kidsโ€™ โ€œAbout Meโ€ worksheets are a great place to start, since there are no wrong answers. As you get more comfortable being small, try making or completing worksheets that ask the weightier questions.
Caring for with your inner child can be as simple as imagining them like another person. For example:
If you are shameful of your desire to connect with an old fandom, ask yourself why that might be. Did someone tell you that it was shameful? Did you have a bad experience in that fandom? Were you at a turbulent point of your life? What might you say to a child experiencing these emotions now?
If you are reluctant to make noise or take up space, ask yourself why. Did someone tell you that you were โ€˜too much?โ€™ Were you afraid to be judged? Did someone punish you for getting in their way? What would you say to a child afraid to take up space in your presence?
If you are distressed at the idea of stimming openly while small, ask yourself why. Did someone - or life experience - teach you to mask? Are you afraid of being judged as a โ€œfaker?โ€ Are you afraid of looking or feeling incapable in some way? What would you say to a child who is afraid to stim?
If you are upset with yourself for reacting to a trigger, ask yourself why. Do you feel like you should be more healed, or more in control of yourself? Are you afraid of slipping back towards a state you used to be in? Are you afraid of re-experiencing trauma?
What would you say and do for a child who struggles with a trigger?
Showing your little self compassion and modeling joy from an adult headspace is vital. Donโ€™t say anything to your inner child that you wouldnโ€™t say to an actual child.
You may not be quite ready to believe the healing truths you have learned when you are big, but putting them into practice when you are small is a great way to soothe yourself from the inside out.
(I filled up my star chart by making my bed each day! Good job, me! I worked so hard, and now I get a treat!)
(I did a drawing all by myself! I can put it on my fridge now. Wow, Iโ€™m so glad I made something today.)
(I went outside, and there are so many cool things to see! What an awesome world I live in.)
Healing can be tough, but itโ€™s so fantastic. It all starts with being kind to yourself. You can do it!
Step 5 - Putting Out Fires
Oh dear, something went wrong, and now a tantrum is afoot. Or a meltdown. Or a flashback. What do we do?
Hold up your fingers like birthday candles and blow them out to encourage deep breathing.
Play a song that makes you feel good, and dance if you can. Physical movement is your best antidote.
Name 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, and 1 you can taste.
Repeat your affirmations aloud. There is power in hearing something that isnโ€™t your own mental hurricane. โ€œI am loved, I am safe, I am going to be okay.โ€
Assign the trigger to a stuffie (donโ€™t worry, they are willing participants!). Say, โ€œhey, wait a minute, why should you be in charge? These are MY thoughts! Take that! And that! And that!โ€ Toss your stuffie around and get those crazy thoughts away from both of you!
Assign the trigger to a stuffie, and pretend they are you. What would you say to calm them down and tell them you are here for them?
Get a change of scenery. Go outside, go somewhere else, take a shower or bubble bath.
Scribble your feelings on paper. No, really, go ham. Break some crayons. Then crumple them, tear them, and throw them away.
Most importantly - donโ€™t be mad at yourself.
The debrief - what can we do for next time?
Handle triggers with care, but donโ€™t be afraid of the feelings that accompany them. There is an unmet need somewhere in your soul - what is it, and how can you meet it?
Journaling and affirmations - record what happened and why you think it happened, and then write kind things to and about yourself.
โ€œDo it scaredโ€ - push past the lies you have been told about yourself and enjoy things anyway.
I am a Christian, and I live by the phrase: โ€œif it isnโ€™t your reality, make it your prayer.โ€ Even if you donโ€™t believe now that you are safe, loved, and capable, saying these things to yourself constantly will help them be realized.
Obviously, avoiding negative language about yourself in your adult life is the other half of the pizza. Your inner child is doing work for adult you, too! Donโ€™t undermine it!
The Wrap Up
Well, Kiddo, Iโ€™m so glad youโ€™re taking this step in your healing journey. A few things to remember before you go:
You may grow out of regression! Thatโ€™s good! Itโ€™s a sign that your inner child is happy and content.
You may never grow out of regression. Thatโ€™s okay! Your inner child can get love all your life!
Your regression is your business. You donโ€™t have to tell anyone about it if you donโ€™t want to. Choose who you tell very carefully.
Ignore the haters. Youโ€™re doing great.
Bye, Kiddo! You are so loved!! ๐Ÿฅฐ

Being a Christian and an age regressor is one of the loveliest things. I think it's amazing because I am never without a caretaker- Jesus is always with us! In fact, Jesus says in Matthew 18:2-4:
"He called a little child to him and placed the child among them.ย 3ย And he said:ย โ€œTruly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children,ย you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.ย 4ย Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven."
Therefore, our age regression is not a bad thing to him, or a burden- he actually CALLS us to be like little children again. He was kind and loving to the children around Him as He is kind to us!
He is also the protector of children and our innocence, as in Matthew 18 He says:
"But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea."
In a way, my age regression is part of my worship. I can pray and spend time with God, talking to Him, telling Him about my day as if He were my parent, sitting right beside me. He is kind, loving, ang gentle, and will always see us as His little children. <3
I think if there would be a saint for age regression, it would be St. Therese of Lisieux. She literally had a "little" way, and wanted to be small for her entire life. We are all little flowers in God's garden. He loves us all. <3

reminders for christian littles
jesus loves you, no matter who you are
you were made in Godโ€™s glory, and He loves you very much
if you pray while in littlespace, that is okay
if you donโ€™t pray while in littlespace, that is okay
if you donโ€™t always know what or who to pray for, that is okay
you donโ€™t always have to pray out loud, any prayer is a valid prayer
christmas is a great time to regress! remember that you donโ€™t have to follow every tradition (unless you want to)
regressing in church will be stressful, but remember that God does not judge
itโ€™s okay to doubt your own faith, but as long as you believe in God, it is okay. you donโ€™t have to follow every christian practice.
He forgives everything youโ€™ve done, every mistake, every mishap, He forgives you
honor the body God gave you, what this means is that you should remember to drink water and eat food and take good care of your body!
the bible isnโ€™t particularly known for being very kid-friendly, but if you like reading from the bible (whether itโ€™s original scripture or an abridged version for kids) when regressed, that is beautiful
if the bible is too scary for you, that is also okay! you donโ€™t have to read it
you also donโ€™t have to follow scripture to the t, you can take what applies and apply it to your daily life
donโ€™t listen to the big christian meanies! your christianity is beautiful, and you deserve support

Our Lady of Blessed Contentment Part 3
There were many things in Amir Khanโ€™s life that he was not pleased with. His shoestring apartment, his perpetually aching knees, his deep sense of loneliness.
Unmarried, elderly, and as one of the few Muslim residents in town Amir had to make do with what he did have. He had his job as an accountant, his books, his routines and his close personal relationship with God and maybe that was enough.
So it was with sudden disturbance that the elderly Mr. Huang, Amirโ€™s boss at their accounting firm, made a very sudden and public conversion to Christianity. Now this by itself wouldn't have been cause for alarm.
Mr. Huang had been a Buddhist in all the time that Amir had known him, and beyond the statue of Guan Yin he kept on his desk and the occasional day off on Buddhist holidays, Amir hardly would have noticed. He had hoped that little would change, with Mr. Huangโ€™s conversion beyond maybe what days he would have off next.
With this new religion however, came a zealousness that Amir neither expected or wished for. In truth, it scared him. The man had taken to peppering every inch of wall with Bible passages, crucifixes, and artistic scenes from the New Testament.
It made Amir feel as if heโ€™d been kidnapped in the once familiar office, forced to work in the house of a Christian extremist rather than a secular accounting firm. It made him so uncomfortable that Amir was even hesitant to pray as he usually did, fearful that Mr. Huang or somebody else would force him to stop.
And he wasnโ€™t alone in his discomfort either. Several other co-workers, two Buddhists and an atheist, felt similarly about the crowding of Christian imagery in their workspace and met privately to discuss their options.
In time it was decided, that Amir as the most seasoned and loyal employee would meet with Mr. Huang over their concerns. He didnโ€™t like it, but he was willing to do whatever it took to make things bearable at work again.
So it was with quiet trepidation and trembling heart that Amir knocked on Mr. Huangโ€™s door.
โ€œCome in,โ€ Mr. Huang greeted, his voice muffled but much louder than he expected. Amir entered.
Mr. Huang sat calmly at his desk, filling out information on his computer. He looked vastly different than before his conversion.
For one Mr. Huang looked decades younger, his face nearly free of wrinkles, while his bald spot had been covered by a thick crown of wavy brown hair. He smiled.
โ€œWhat can I do for you Mr. Khan? I hear you have a list of concerns from you and a few of your other co-workers,โ€ he greeted, pausing from his computer with his hands folded on his desk.
โ€œWell, myself and others have grown concerned over the overwhelming nature of Christian imagery in the office. We feel that as a secular accounting office that both employs and receives clients of many faiths that while some displays of your personal faith are acceptable, that what we have now is too much.
โ€We just ask that some of the Christian imagery is toned down, while asking that you promise to maintain a sense of religious tolerance among staff. I have a list of signatures agreeing to such proposals right here,โ€ Amir explained, revealing a list of 4 signatures including his own.
โ€œMay I have a look at that, please?โ€ Mr. Huang asked and Amir obliged, handing it to him. He nodded after examining it.
โ€œThen, I will see to it that everyone on this list feels perfectly comfortable and tolerated working here. Weโ€™ll be a solid unit,โ€ Mr. Huang said, getting up from his chair.
It was then that Amir noticed that Mr. Huang not only looked younger than but was slightly taller and far more muscular as well. When he gripped his hand, Amirโ€™s own hand felt small and delicate, as his bossโ€™s which had once mirrored his own in age had gained a flourish of youth and strength.
Tumblr media
In the next few days, it was announced that a team building exercise would take place at the local Summer camp on Saturday.
It would consist of Mr. Huang, Amir Khan, Kelly Zhao, Tyre Blake, and David Cheng. It didnโ€™t take long for everyone to deduce that the only people going besides their boss were those who had signed their names on the complaint letter. Amir considered lying about being sick to avoid it, but he felt itโ€™d be wrong if he left his co-workers out to dry while he hid at home so he opted to go.
When the day came and they all drove to the campgrounds, they were all greeted by Lawrence Daniels, a stoic and smooth-talking young man who introduced himself as a kind of guidance counselor.
Also attending to everyoneโ€™s surprise was Mr. Huangโ€™s adult son, Eric. The last any of them had seen of Eric he was arguing with his father in the parking lot of their office. Eric had been dressed in a revealing nylon crop top and pair of skinny jeans while covered entirely in body paint. From what Amir could gather, Mr. Huang had bailed Eric out of jail after being caught trespassing with an illegal homosexual night club. Apparently the hope had been that Eric would abandon such foolishness and go back to school so he could work at his fatherโ€™s company but that very quickly fell through. At least thatโ€™s what Amir had thought.
Yet this Eric dressed in a white button down shirt, khaki pants, and upright posture seemed entirely different from the man Amir had known of. This Eric looked like a younger splitting image of his father, similar in rigidity and strength.
Amir followed the pair inside. It was a dining hall with connected lunch tables crowding from one side of the room to the next. As people took their seats at one of the tables, Amir struggled to move his legs, the pain in his old knees was too much.
โ€œTry sitting on the edge next to me, Mr. Khan,โ€ Ericโ€™s charming voice offered. Amir, surprised, did as Eric suggested, sliding in next to him on the corner after Eric comfortably sat down.
โ€œHello there, welcome everyone. My name is Lawrence Daniels and Iโ€™m a pastor at Our Lady of Sacred Contentment Church,โ€ all of them but the priest, Mr. Huang and Eric Huang looked to each other to confirm what had just been said.
Not only had Mr. Huang converted to this priestโ€™s church, but he was most likely just trying to convert them all as well. This possibility drew collective annoyed glares and heavy sighs from the non-Christian participants.
โ€œAlright calm down everybody, Iโ€™m only here as a secular facilitator of todayโ€™s team-building function, nothing more. Just thought Iโ€™d be honest about where most of my work experience as public facilitator has been,โ€ Pastor Daniels admitted, not expecting such resentment.
โ€œItโ€™s quite alright, Pastor. Please continue on,โ€ Mr. Huang said in an authoritative voice.
โ€œI hope I can leave early. My knees are particularly bad today,โ€ Amir whispered to himself. Eric nodded.
โ€œThis wonโ€™t take long, weโ€™ll be out of here soon,โ€ Eric said with a wink in his direction.
โ€œNow Iโ€™ve heard that weโ€™ve had some trouble with disunity around the office. So together weโ€™re going to work through some exercises to improve company cohesion. Now before we start Iโ€™d like you all to fill out these brief questionnaire sheets,โ€ Pastor Daniels explained, handing out sheets and pencils to the table.
Amir stared down his questionnaire. It asked him basic questions about his age, his marriage status, his skills, his interests, his faith, his education. His whole life on a single sheet of paper. It didnโ€™t take long for him to finish.
When all the papers were collected, Pastor Daniels skimmed each one before coming to a stop.
โ€œAmir Khan?โ€ Pastor Daniels asked, scanning the room. Amirโ€™s stomach lurched like he had been called on in class.
โ€œYes, Mr. Daniels?โ€ Amir refused to call him his pastor.
โ€œIโ€™ve noticed a few strange discrepancies on your form. Are you being completely honest with me?โ€ Pastor Daniels asked, pointing at the papers. Amir looked around flabbergasted.
โ€œI have nothing to lie about,โ€ Amir answered with a shrug.
โ€œIt says here youโ€™re 67, but that canโ€™t be true. You look about 30,โ€ Pastor Daniels said with the voice of a school teacher impatient with childish pranks.
Amir wanted to counter him but suddenly found that he couldnโ€™t. Years were peeling off his face as the seconds clicked by. His wrinkles were receding, his hair was growing and his body was regaining a sense of vitality he hadnโ€™t felt in ages. Across his face, his wispy gray mustache and well-kept beard had faded and become replaced with a dark and luxurious mustache that Amir felt the sweet urge to twirl between his fingers.
โ€œAnd here, you say that you are unmarried yet you have a gold wedding ring across your finger. Or is that mere jewelry, Mr. Khan?โ€
A solid gold ring materialized on Amirโ€™s finger and with it a name, Jasleen. Amir had thought they had lost touch after he emigrated to the United States and yet he remembered that they had married, that she had come with him, and that she was young as he was. In fact, they already had a son and there was another child on the way.
โ€œNope, proudly married. I wrote that as a joke,โ€ Amir said, half-confused as he tried to save face. Everyone gave him looks that varied between pity and annoyance.
โ€œMaybe try to keep such jokes between friends, right, man?โ€ Eric whispered with pleading eyes.
โ€œYeah, sorry,โ€ Amir said, awkward and dazed. He vaguely remembered Eric Huang as his bossโ€™s unemployable gay adult son but that was impossible. Eric worked as a major consultant for his fatherโ€™s accounting firm with the hope to inherit it after Mr. Huangโ€™s retirement and he was engaged to a woman. Eric was one of Amirโ€™s closest friends and yet he couldnโ€™t remember the two working together. Did this mean that Amir never worked there?
โ€œNow for what you wrote for interests, you put math puzzles and reading but that doesnโ€™t sound like you at all. Of all Iโ€™ve heard from Eric, you only love football, nutrition, and exercise.โ€
Amir groaned as his whole body ballooned underneath him. His neck widened, his chest expanded, his arms and legs and torso packed on muscle. While never the most unathletic man in the world, Amir had played tennis in college, he felt larger and more powerful than he had ever felt. Memories of tennis soon gave way into football, and Amir suddenly gained a deep and reverent joy in the sport that had never died with age.
Suddenly his small tweed sweater and corduroy pants felt too small for him, too old for a muscular young man such as himself. Before he could focus too hard on his outfit, he found himself in a snug gray crop top, a pair of nylon shorts and sneakers, as if he was in the middle of a run.
Tumblr media
โ€œAnd with faith, you wrote Islam but as a non-pastor you have one of the strongest and loudest senses of devotion to our church. Youโ€™re obviously a deeply pious Christian man,โ€ Pastor Daniels pointed out.
For much of his life Amirโ€™s faith had always been a private matter. A relationship that was intimate and quiet, achieved through reflection and reverence. Made all the more quiet, in such a county where his religion was often regarded as a threat.
Yet in that priestโ€™s voice, Amir felt a sense of electrifying zealotry that he never had before. A devotion that could not be contained in quiet contemplation but had to be shared with all the people of the world.
His new faith too, had come with a sense of community Amir had long craved. Every week, if not more, he could go to church and pray among the throngs of the faithful. No longer isolated, Amir could be as open about his faith as he wished and would often find others in town who shared his views.
โ€œIโ€™m a Christian first before anything else, Pastor. I would never write any other faith as being more important than the one we share,โ€ Amir said, raising his eyes to heaven with the passion of a Sunday preacher.
โ€œRight of course, my apologies. You did write โ€˜Christianโ€™ here. Never should have thought differently, though there is one other complication, Brother Khan,โ€ Pastor Daniels said, pausing for dramatic effect before he went on. The dining hall was silent. A bug buzzed by the window. Kelly Zhao yawned.
โ€œWhy did you fill out this sheet at all? You work as a gym teacher and football coach at the local high school. I still donโ€™t know why you even came in here.โ€ Memories writing and rewriting themselves to fit the current situation blurred into Amirโ€™s mind.
โ€œI was carpooling with Eric to the school gym when he got a text to come here to act as co-facilitator from Mr. Huang. So not wanting to be bored in the car, I tagged along and wrote down some information on one of your forms. Wanted to see how far I'd get before you noticed,โ€ Amir said with an impish grin.
โ€œWhy were you heading to the school gym?โ€ Mr. Huang sternly asked Eric who shuffled nervously in his seat.
โ€œIt's Saturday at midday, I have the keys, and the basketball team doesnโ€™t practice till 6. Figured weโ€™d have the whole place to ourselves,โ€ Amir admitted, idly twirling his mustache.
โ€œWell Eric, while I still need you here, it should be no harm to take a few minutes to drop Mr. Khan off at the school. Please do so before we have another distraction,โ€ Mr. Huang said, hand waving the pair away.
Both of them grunted as they slid up from their seats, their muscular legs were too large to be able to stand up and out of them.
Amir, for all his new personal history that had just become cemented in his head in the last half hour, still marveled at the fact that his knees, still the weakest part of his body, were strong enough to successfully hold up his massive new weight.
Eric let out a sigh of relief as the pair left the dining hall behind.
โ€œThanks for trying to make my Dadโ€™s team building exercise interesting, Amir. Though probably not the best to make jokes when my Dadโ€™s trying to bring people into the fold,โ€ Eric said politely as Amir swaggered out in his muscular new form.
โ€œYouโ€™re welcome, bro. I find that adding humor in discussions of faith, improves everybodyโ€™s mood and can help make people more amenable to the word of God,โ€ Amir said, confidently.
โ€œYou also work with teenage boys everyday. So what works with them might not work with my co-workers, or my father,โ€ Eric said, dreading the future argument they would have. Eric unlocked the car from a distance.
โ€You think Pastor Daniels is really going to successfully convert the Sinners back there?โ€ Amir asked, twirling his mustache with deep satisfaction.
In the walk to Ericโ€™s car, Amir noticed an old gray Saturn that felt uncannily familiar. It was a small, old car, seperate from the others, probably abandoned. Amir quickened his pace, unnerved, only satisfied until they reached Ericโ€™s own Jeep.
โ€œHe hasnโ€™t failed yet,โ€ Eric answered, getting into the driverโ€™s seat. โ€œHonestly, I have no idea how those pastors at our church do it. It worked on my father and our family, and you know how obstinate he is.โ€
โ€œTheyโ€™re really building a new world. Godโ€™s heavenly kingdom on Earth and we all get to be a part of it,โ€ Amir said with a grin and a mighty flex of his muscular arm before he got inside the passenger's seat. Eric started the car.
โ€œWeโ€™ll have to see about that,โ€ Eric answered quickly, so quickly he hoped Amir didnโ€™t hear. The man didnโ€™t seem to notice, smiling with unaware bliss as he twirled his mustache.
In the coming days and weeks, Amir quickly solidified himself as both a major aid and hindrance of Wentworth Falls Public High School. On one hand, the man was an excellent football coach, encouraging his players to victory in a way they havenโ€™t seen all season. However, Amir was also proving to be a major source of controversy. While once afraid to do so much as pray in public as a Muslim, as a Christian in the United States, Amir was emboldened to invoke Jesus and the Church, even to the point of working to convert some of his students.
While this new Amir had come to lack the eloquence of people like Pastor Daniels or the quiet subtlety of Pastor Agosti, he was able to utilize his position to convert young wayward souls to the Church as Pastor Carter would do once the Church basketball team was set up.
Many in the schoolโ€™s admin were opposed to such open proselytizing in a public school, and tried to use threats of suspension to force Amir to stop, but certain conservative religious and private interests blocked any real chance of that happening. The influence of Our Lady of Sacred Contentment was growing. It was only just the beginning.

Theme Days for Age Regression
What is a theme day?
Theme days are exactly what they sound like - a day themed around a fun concept!
Why are they beneficial?
Theme days provide a framework for age regression that makes it less daunting of an endeavor, and provides an opportunity for creative thinking.
Theme days also allow you to rotate through old toys and activities in a way that generates meaning and novelty. They narrow choices and therefore make thinking up games much easier.
They are something fun to look forward to when they are planned in advance.
What are some examples of themes?
Thing themes
Purple, science, secret agent, flowers, water, art, ballet, sweet treats, tigers, doctor, dogs, Legos, pirates, robots, monster trucks, tennis, veterinarian, cowboy
Media themes
Bluey, Rainbow Fairies, Minecraft, Spider-Man, Harry Potter, American Girl, Tangled, Ruby Gloom, Magic Treehouse, Barbie, My Little Pony, Wild Kratts
Place themes
Carnival, under the sea, zoo, forest, underground, kindergarten, the beach, winter wonderland, haunted house, beauty salon, the North Pole, volcano, outer space
Aesthetic themes
Coquette, scenecore, kidcore, lovecore, dark academia, grunge, cottagecore, fairycore, goblincore
Okay, I picked my theme. How do I have a theme day?
Something to wear
Letโ€™s pretend your theme is โ€œprincessโ€ or โ€œdinosaur.โ€ What would a princess wear? Do you have a shirt with dinosaurs on it? If you donโ€™t have clothes specifically related to your theme, can you find colors that would match?
Something to watch
Do you know of a movie, TV show, or YouTube channel related to your theme? Maybe you can make your own movie!
Something to eat
What food would a princess serve in her castle? Maybe a charcuterie board, or tea and cookies. A dinosaur would love to munch on some chicken wings!! (Or maybe just dino nuggets).
Something to play or play with
Do you have dinosaur toys? Can you pretend youโ€™re a dinosaur and knock over your blocks? Can you play with your princess dolls, or invite your stuffies over to discuss kingdom relations?
Something to complete
Do is there a video/computer game, coloring page, activity book, worksheet, or craft related to your theme? Can you make yourself a reward chart based off your theme? Can you journal about it?
Something special
This is optional, but if you have the opportunity to treat yourself, I find it quite fun to open a new toy, play a special game, eat a special treat, or go someplace fun on a theme day. It just adds an extra sparkle. It doesnโ€™t have to cost any money - just get yourself excited about something!

Was feeling awful sad this evening so decided to sit with Jesus. I felt guilty for no reason and He reminded me I was just a little lamb. I cannot be perfect- I just need to be me.
Just to follow Him- to exist and always look up. He is my hope. The trees and the prison in the back by the river is what He has saved me from, and continues to do so.
He spoke to me. โ€œI led you through all this. Why would I give up on you now? I love you now- forever- and always. You are my child no matter what. Try your best, love others. Thatโ€™s all I ask of you. You are always safe when Iโ€™m around.โ€
It reminded me of Isaiah 49:
โ€œCan a mother forget the infant at her breast, ย ย ย ย walk away from the baby she bore? But even if mothers forget, ย ย ย ย Iโ€™d never forget youโ€”never. Look, Iโ€™ve written your names on the backs of my hands. ย ย ย ย The walls youโ€™re rebuilding are never out of my sight.โ€
He will never forget me or leave me behind. No matter how much I doubt or hate myself He will always be here to dry my tears. He will always love me. Iโ€™m so used to being left, as a child I was abandoned. But He has never abandoned me. Even when I felt unworthy or begged Him to. I am His child, His little lamb. He will never leave me behind.

Verse of the day:
1 Peter 1:3 NIV
[3] Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
Today is the day we celebrate how Jesus rose from the grave. In doing so, he defeated death so that we may have eternal life with him and God in heaven forever. I pray that all of you have an amazing and blessed Easter. Whether that be with family, friends, or just between you and God. No matter how you celebrate, remember what Jesus did for us because he loved us so very much. โœ๏ธ๐Ÿ’

Lit Gud Streamin
With much encouragement from @dumb-and-jocked
>First Time Streaminโ€™ bro?
The house husband blushed at the first comment coming to respond to him.
Carson Green was anxiousโ€ฆheโ€™d heard of streaming but never tried it until some pestering from his Gaymer group as of late.
The stay at home husband wanted to help with the finances, hence why he even considered it in the first place. Sure it was nice being a homemaker, and definitely had a flair in cooking, but he wanted to do something different.
โ€œYโ€ฆYeah, itโ€™s my first time.โ€
>LOL K
He was relatively unsure of this, but he had known and spoken to several of the guys a week ago, and though he could have sworn they talked about a different topic entirely, he recalled about many of them bragging about โ€˜raking in the doughโ€™ for gaming.
True enough, many of them are not only being paid handsomely in royalties for streaming, but they have a surprisingly large fanbase!
Admittedly, he was sort of shockedโ€ฆand sort of jealousy that many of them are quite popular online, almost like they reached stardom within a week or less.
But regardless, his group also promised that they will help out with โ€˜assimilatingโ€™ him into the platform and moderate his stream. So surely he would reach a certain level of success with their guidance.
Though heโ€™s still unsure how exactly will do they so.
โ€œWโ€ฆWhat games will we be playing?โ€
>Dis the game dude
>Ur in it, brought in da Boiz to watch the stream.
With that, the number count rose exponentially, from single digits, to doubles.
The house husband blushed, twiddling his thumbs at being watched by wide audience. Is it like a reality show game? Or is it something different entirely?
Granted, there werenโ€™t any instructions or briefings given about it. Maybe it is a more on the spot, spontaneous kind of thing?
โ€œDโ€ฆDo I need to do anything in particular?โ€
>Just be yourself , LOL
>You gotta impress us Noob.
Heโ€ฆkind of doesnโ€™t like being called a noob, but he is new to streaming after all. So he ought to listen to them, no matter how they are like.
>Dude, ur Tagline?
Taglineโ€ฆ?
Oh yeah! All the cool streamers he watched had one.
Wait? Since when did he watchโ€ฆwell he is a gamer after all, so itโ€™s only natural that he DID watch streams, at least some of em by proxy. He is rather connected to the other guys.
โ€œUmmmโ€ฆok LOL, what kind of tagline. Do you all have any suggestions, dudes?โ€
>Just Lit Gud man.
>Yeah RAT
He thought maybe itโ€™s tough love or somethingโ€ฆthough it really feels extremely rude. Almost draining even, like yeah it was exhausting trying to keep up with his groupโ€™s gaming shenanigans, but even in their streaminโ€™ advice?
Cโ€™mon Man!
Plus heโ€™s just got married not a while ago! They couldโ€™ve at least be NICE to him since heโ€™s now tied down! Like donโ€™t get me wrong, he loves his husbro, but when all is said and done, he does miss the glory days of being with the rest of the guys.
โ€œLook, I-D-K if Lit Gud Noobs is such a nice tagline?โ€
Desperate for a win here. Yeah, he may be getting quite aggro. But itโ€™s justified! Bro.
โ€œAnd who you callinโ€™ Rat, RATZ!โ€
His mouth slurred at that remark, a very sleazyโ€ฆimmature slur as he quickly covered his mouth in that regard.
Though admittedly, he kinda liked that.
After all, if he was the rat, then these noobs are his goons. And while he usually isnโ€™t the dominant one in his relationships, admittedly he kinda liked roleplaying as one of the typical bros, even if he wasnโ€™t THAT asian compared to them.
>RAT BOD
>You lift Bro?
โ€œMy bodyโ€ฆits not that well off-โ€œ
>Get lit or get Shyt on
Heโ€™s gotta get LIT.
Watching as his weight sizzle away down, melting away the bubbling tummy fat into a faint trail of a six pack, straining loosely on the shirt being his college grad pectorals.
Gotta show off after all. Specially during the bachelorโ€™s party!
His diet consisted of pizza, soda and chips. And so ducking what? Body trim as DUCK, thatโ€™s how he lived and how his rats loved it. Some people said it was his GENE-tics or some shit that he had this bod, but you know what he says to emโ€™?
Get lit or get Shyt on!
But even so, da shyt? Why did these bastards gotta treat him like that? Werenโ€™t they all buds or somethinโ€™?
โ€œYou RATZ are always so rude.โ€
>We rude? KAPPA
>Haha Noob!
With every interaction and vocabulary pollution, hunching lazily towards the screen, eyes entranced by the masses of comments.
LIGHTING and EMPHASIZINโ€™ random words, like an obnoxious mixture tainting his patience. Persistent name calling and being on the receiving end of the relationship kinda pisses him off.
>LOL K, Howโ€™s the stream?
But admittedly, a growing part of him is really getting pumped, while irritated, a small part of him liked broadcasting to these gamers.
If only they had some MAN-NERS, sheesh!
โ€œHow the streaminโ€™ goin? Dude IDK, just a Jerkinโ€™ stream today, nothin but insults.โ€
> Git Gud
> Just Git Gud
> Noob
Chat, filled with your run of the mill, cloned responses. Your typical mocks and insults, passive threading onto aggressive, a fine balance of being slightly very aggro but chill, producing RUDE DUCKINโ€™ INSULTS.
Each one after another, a shytposting blend that makes the stupid obnoxiousness rise higher and higher. Calves toning out from jumping upwards in sports as his body shrunk downward, making sure he sees eye to eye with dem BOIZ.
One liner aggressiveness alongside swarms of memes and complete nonsense. Idiotic behaviour, fitting a โ€˜RatChatโ€™. Blending in with the other dudes, speakinโ€™ their language, participating campus exercises and roughing around with the other bros!
Like a game, course, they are gamers after all. They know the COMBO, dissecting their streamer bud like itโ€™s nothinโ€™! Insults kicking right from the beginning!
He wanted to beat them at their own game!
Be hetter-BETTER! Calson Greo wanted to be a PRO.
โ€œAlright RATZ, Whatโ€™ll make me less of a noob and g-โ€
>Git Gud Noob
โ€œGIT GUD?โ€
His voice slurred, eyebrows raised as he slumped back in his gaming chair. Like a simple command burning into his skull.
He just gotta GIT GUD! No instructions needed, except you gotta be IN DA LOOP. At TOP! As his buttocks clenched at the refusal of being BOT! Cheeks meant for exercise and gaminโ€™.
He had to GIT GUD! And thatโ€™s being on top of his game always!
>You gotta be LIT Fam
โ€œLIT?โ€
A delicious fuming rage erupted from his screen, as a multitude of laughing frogs and emojis filled his entire chat.
Igniting a fire within, his skin tanning till its just RIGHT. Made for a BOI who spends time gaminโ€™ both online and in sports. Just like every other of his classmates back on campus.
>Stop being such a QUEER
โ€œQUEER? Da SHYT?โ€
SHYT, these men tryinโ€™ to get under his skin. Really making him all pent and rock solid. NO HOMO!
Wait WUT?
DUDE! LIEKโ€ฆman heโ€™s really even sounding immature in his thoughts? Wasnโ€™t he some sort of QUEER? DA FK? He was gโ€ฆaโ€ฆguy, A GUY! YEAH! He was a guy like em!
โ€œThought you all stand for GUY RIGHTS?โ€
HE ALWAYS TOPS! Yeah so maybe he had a PHAG, but it was clear they are โ€˜sabotagingโ€™ his GAY STREAM and tryinโ€™ makinโ€™ it the way it ought to be!
Full of SHYT-talkinโ€™, assholes are dragging him down to THEIR level. A more rodent, nastier bunch instead of friendly GHEYS! But alright! If these idiots want to game, then they gonna-
>Look PHAG, if you want to WIN you gotta stop sucking
โ€œSUK DEEZ NUTS!โ€
GOTTEM
An obnoxious Tenor bursted out from the man, retaliating like an immature douchebag as he finally sunk to their level. Height stooping at an average 5ft 9, GPA scores barely scrapping by the median. A fellow backslider like the crowd.
And HE was going to let these DOUCHEBOIS get it HARD!
>Just Chillax Gay Boi
โ€œI AM CHILLAX!โ€
He sneered, as his voice rose into a stupidly obnoxious loud tenor, allowing that youthful tone engulf him in an asian tan like his peers, makinโ€™ sure he is part of the Hivemind that is Snitch culture.
โ€œNo Sweats allowedโ€ฆJust CHILLAX manโ€ฆโ€
Feeling his mind sinking into the mass rebellious conformity that is his gaminโ€™ community, his voice cooled slightly, gifted the flexibility to yell when he WANTS to BOIIII!
His buttoned down fused, as the simple white tee clung over his frame with slackened glee, bluntly accentuating his pectorals, as a typical print was plastered over like another typical meshed up shirt that the zoomers would wear.
He was NO SWEAT, Trousers shortening up to his thighs, lightening up into a more mesh, flexible material. Hanging loose L-sized on his waist are his flaming red basketball shorts, stickinโ€™ out like a sore thumb whenever the dude stands up or goes for a bathroom breaks.
>Yo streamer, you a player?
โ€œAm I a play-yer?โ€
The young man slurred, smirking as he acknowledged that remark, teasing those thirsty PHAGS and RATZ like he always does.
ResidentSnorer and various funny frogs spammed the chat box like no other, skyrocketing his view count to the thousands.
The young Boi loved every minute of it. He was getting the fame, boi.
โ€œCourse I am, ainโ€™t easy being this goodโ€ฆโ€
>u dating someone?
โ€œDAY-TING?โ€
Slippers took a hit in their quality, soft material becoming a pair of stretchable basketball shoes. Made for the kind of guy who keeps his options open.
Both in da basketball court, and in da bed. And yeah, it was technically his home. Well, he and his GAY fiancรฉโ€™s. But itโ€™s mostly a BRO thing! Roommates with benefits!
โ€œBoiz, I have a fiancรฉ , but..โ€
>Sounds Sus
>you gay or what?
His eyes widened, SHYT, he wasnโ€™t supposed to say that. Not that he minded the older manโ€ฆexcept when he was being GHEY-but werenโ€™t they a coupleโ€ฆof MEN.
But arenโ€™t they together? Da SHYT! He was a playah! BUT what about that time when they cuddled-BRUH thatโ€™s GHEY! BUT WHAT ABOUT-YOU GHEY BROSKI? BRO? B-
โ€œBUTT-FK! I meanโ€ฆI MEAN my BOI-FRIEND!โ€
>MEGAFAG
Fiddling the ring, the band stretched beyond the size of his palm, turning into pure eleastic as it slid down his right wrist, loosely fitting like its part of some showoffy trend.
As the chat continues to spam various emotes, including a distinct rainbow head, donโ€™t these douchebags know heโ€™s single and ready to mingle? Why are they thinkinโ€™ heโ€™s gonna be banginโ€™ it with some dude?
โ€œWho you noobs calling GAY? Itโ€™s just ONE night!โ€
> QUEER ALERT!
> GAY GAY GAY
One hand palming below, the other one flippin the stream. Colson Grohโ€™s darkened hair flicked down the side, his new asian ethnicity fully taking hold without remorse, blending in with the group of bullies pickinโ€™ on him and his-FAG!
โ€œOne night of PRANKIN FAGS!โ€
Picking on em hard, he wasnโ€™t one of em, but man is it HOT setting them STRAIGHT! The twenty two year college dude smirked, as PHAGS couldnโ€™t resist starinโ€™ at his clean-shaven slack-jaw and risen cheekbones till they get completely RAT PRANKED.
GGEZ
>Ayyy LIT
>Lets go BOI
>AFKinโ€™ RAT!
โ€œBet you all canโ€™t get ladies to your doorstep.โ€
>Check GayPay
GayPay my arse, StraightCoinโ€™s the deal bro.
Though speakinโ€™ of ladies. Hot damnโ€ฆis he THAT dry? Cause heโ€™s having that fantasy every straight, gaminโ€™ charged college guyโ€™s has.
Surrounded by hot ladies.
Then again, heโ€™s always THIRSTINโ€™. Course, a guy like him can get a bunch of women in a flash. But he totally can jerk like a maiden-less douchebag like a bunch of the idiots watchinโ€™ him.
Makes him relatable to his RATZ, yeah? Sides, nothinโ€™ wrong with a lil jerkinโ€™ on cam, nothing GHEY bout it!
>Yo RAT, check out your numbers
>BRO past 7k
>NO CAP
LIT_GUD: +7k subs
โ€œNggh!โ€
Rapidly vibrating his 7 inch joystick, brows raised as they thinned out. The last bit of hesitation melting away, making way for youthful gaminโ€™ bravado as a seedy wide grin beamed in the stream.
โ€œHow to LIT GUD getting chicks?โ€
>PRO-DUCTION BRO!
>GIT LIT STREAM!
>YEEEEAAAAH BOI!
Comments flooding all over his stream, a mass mindset and mentality calling all to pump. PUMP! Pumping his POG-O STICK to the MAX! The Go-To-Game for men of his kind.
The HIGH score, as his eyes narrowed in utmost dumb simplicity, tilting his head upward to the ceiling as he grinned wildly as he thought boutโ€™ that simple fantasy!
All da LADIES cominโ€™ at him. YAAA BOIII!
โ€œJUST LIT GUD BOIIIIIIIIIIIIII!โ€
Colton Goh no scoped all over his boxers, slumping back as drops of youthful rebellion spluttered all over, mucking it with obnoxious bully testosterone like he always does.
Feels so LIT! Being able to climax whenever the heck he wants, why abstain when he can just LIT GUD MAN! All those goody two shoe brethren back at campus grounds are really missinโ€™ out.
But of course, heโ€™ll scoop the remaining wads of mayo to his jerk off bottle later. He may be a backslider, but he gotta be up in his production game, beat his last record and all that shiz.
Speakinโ€™ of which.
โ€œEโ€ฆ.Zโ€ฆ.โ€
7kโ€™s still just rookie numbers for a guy like him, but considering he got it all in a bunch of hours, heโ€™s as good as the pros like the rest of emโ€™!
โ€œYoโ€ฆand thatโ€™s how you dudes get the ladies, man.โ€
>AYYYOOOO
>MY STREAMER!
>YA BOIIIIII
โ€œBoiz, if you see any gays going all homo on ya. You gotta give em the LIT GUD!โ€
Normally he would collab with his streaming buds, but he really oughta help his Bromies out by teachin em.
Especially ratting out GHEYS until they turn into a couple of rats like he is. And what better way than to create his own Streaminโ€™ channel? All he got to do was be himself bro.
Brings in the subs, and sides, hot chicks dig him, and fags thirstinโ€™ over him get weeded out until they are a bunch of rats like he and his gamer crew.
โ€˜[TOP] Gay Dude Joined the streamโ€™
Speaking of fagsโ€ฆ
โ€œAyy, a new fag joined the stream, sweet.โ€
Not sure how did โ€˜Gay Dudeโ€™ squirmed into his โ€˜TOPโ€™ friends list, but he mustโ€™ve added him during that stupid RNG game he tried last night while he drank Heteroade with the bois.
But honestly, heh, he doesnโ€™t give a Rats arse bout emโ€™. After all, he needed someone to dunk on to celebrate his 7k Subs, so why not make sure the fag gets the whole RatChat streaminโ€™ experience?
Heh, this will be hot.
โ€œGive em a couple of Lit Guds in the chat, noobs.โ€

Thank you for asking! I'm non-denominational Christian but I see mother Mary as a lovely figure in the bible and a beautiful example of a holy women ๐Ÿ’— I really look up to her and the other Marys ๐Ÿ˜‹ If I'm right and do have OSDD, I think she is how I see one of the States of me. That being the maternal, caregiving part! That is kinda just what I named her and it felt right. (She also acts as a caregiver to the rest of us in headspace as well lol) I hope this helped and I hope this isn't offensive, I ofc do not mean for that.
Have a blessed day lovely! ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’ซ
