Brooke nodded slightly. She'd never gotten the chance to meet the sister he spoke of, but being so close with her brother, she thought it was kind of nice that he was giving it a go connecting with her, though she wasn't about to say as much aloud. The blonde couldn't help the small laugh that left her at his words, though it faded when she heard his explanation for why he was turning down the drinks. "Really? Where's the interview at?" she asked, unable to help her curiosity as she turned to head toward the kitchen to pour herself a drink.

Cisco closed the door, moving around the place and staying out of her area before he settled back onto the couch, picking up the soda he'd been drinking before she got there. "I'm doing my best to not land in jail since I promised my half-sister I'd do my best to be good so we can connect or whatever," he muttered, snorting when she said hospitality because that word just sounded wrong when it came to him. "Much as I would love to say yes and get obliterated while questioning my sanity for letting you stay? I'm going to have to pass tonight. Got a job interview tomorrow. Need to be completely there for it."

Day 4 in Korea - 30 July 2023

Today we're heading to church!! When I wake up turn out Eunchan has left and his parents didn't allow him to join church today huhu --

Then I went with the kids and Oppa because Eonnie left for make up etc earlier. On the way Sooyi was very cutely practice banchak banchak song. In the car I talked a lot with Oppa, about how hard it is to share the gospel to family. It's amazing that I can speak about things so deep like that with my limited korean, Oppa too can understand. Idk how.. it's purely the Holy Spirit..

We arrived, kids left, I was in Oppa's studio again until finally Bella came, also Eonnie, we finally took picture together. We went to the 1st service, and she asked me to stand up when her name is being said. OMG so malu hahaha..

Morning message said: Paul's stratefy to raise Bartizan, he shared about Jesus everytime they find opportunity, that's when God's kingdom expanded (I wrote this as I listened to the song I heard when I was in Yewon's youth service, I missed it so much). Don't say thing pesimistically, all in just give all to God. If you're not interested in the gospel, you lose the blessing.

Afterwards we're heading to Ibadah bahasa indonesia. Twas fun to meet Jihoon, ci Yenny, Cisco, Chris, even ada HakMan/Park Jihoon/Amanda, Ibu Anita, Ibu Oh, Pak Yoon, Ahn Family, Ha Jangronim and I helped ensure the headset because we expected many visitor that time. Bella preached about Josua that pierced to my heart, that both me & Ci Yenny cried:

God wants renew Josh' feaful heart a changed heart. Recall and remember the covenant, be loyal to the end, cling on God's promises. Whatever happened in the world (even its bad) , if God see it's good, then you're sucessful/prosperous in His eyes.

God said be in the word day and night, pray to connect our soul with God, as he said: I'm with you, isn't is enough?

Afterwards we ate together at restaurant nearby (selalu dibayarin dong gantian sm jemaat Bhs Indo), we ate something like naengmyeon which not really my favorite haha. I sat with jangronim who lived in Sanur back then as well. Then we rushed to met Chung Muksanim and there I met Ps Maurice, OMG that was so fun, we're queuing in the room speaking mix language. Then off we go, idk whats going on but he asked why didn't you bring en elders but instead three young girls hahahha.. rightaway me + Yoora headed to Young Adult worship. The sermon was about debtors to mission, that's how the gospel begin, remember HMCC, the old ministers that gave up their life for God's mission. Go and make at least 1 disciple. That's so fun, I love all the songs and Yoora put me into 237 group to have forum (met the band guy who gave Masker pack of Indo's national football team manager). There I met Grace, William, Oz guy, korean man 3rd culture who lived in Java lol and have a blessed time. Then I met Yoora again ready to go where Bella was, planned to go to Yeonnamdong but it rained so we went to Yoora's office, talking a lot in the car about Park Ji Hoon and just ate at Tous Tous (Bella' hotel) and there we had a long convo with Ps Maurice. He mentioned how his birmingham church was taken over by the couple korean grew up in Indo met Chinese american who then both got a job/study in Birmingham according to God's plan, where the source of problem in the UK are but they came against what the world avoid). Ps Maurice himself is a testimony of God's disciples making disciples. The tous tous foods were sooooo sooo good I couldn't forget.

Then we head home (Eonnie/Oppa house) because the gimpo family has gathered to welcome and speak to us. I was so exhausted actually, Yoora also didn't join. They hosted and asked to eat sashimo, ramyeon, etc omg so good I can't resist. Then I headed with kwonsanim Sharon Jei (hayong's mom) to her apt to take clothes, bags that she wanted to give away. Twas so fun coz we went with hayong hajin's bike I got so many goods: 2 bags, skirts, dresses. Headed back to apt, i just play around with the kids cos I'm so exhausted I can't catch up with Korean hangukmal n adult convo anymore. I secretly sad coz they're talking about men in the church and how they can intro Bella to guys etc. Part of me, I felt this is when I realize that I'm different, I can't speak comfortably (yet) and many on my head. However I just prayed, being in silent, be patient and heal my self by playing with Hayoung and Sooyi, love them so much <3

I knew it. Next time I insult your taste just imagine I’m whispering it all low and sultry. And to be fair, everyone could take fashion advice from Lando.

Ha! No wonder. Yeah, it’s this little shack run by an immigrant family from Mexico. They always get excited when May and I come and order in Spanish. Did you just call me mate? I mean yeah, I’m sure London has great street food. I just usually go back to DC after classes, schmooze for congressional gossip. Not for any sort of tabloid, no. The Dems only have a slight majority in the house so I’ve gotten to know the independents’ staffers, try to figure out where they’re learning on certain issues and what might change their minds. My mom pretends she doesn’t like me doing it but she always asks me what I’ve heard.

Reminders to eat would probably help tbh. This is not the first time I’ve forgotten to eat. Which is really tragic bc I love food.

"Okay Cisco, I'm here for training." Hana said as she walked into the Speed Lab. She had a few of the energy bars Cisco made for Flash. Instead of the sweat pants and S.T.A.R. Labs shirt she borrowed a while back, Hana now had a new jogging outfit.

Setting the bars down, she looked at the man. Honestly she always liked when Cisco showed up at CCPD, mostly cause she liked talking to him, and his luscious hair didn't hurt matters. "So, I can't thank you guys enough for allowing me to train here, the constant needle poking that Caitlin does, and these terrible tasting, but fill bars." Hana said with a slight smirk as she picked up one of the bars.

"Seriously though, thank you Cisco. Without these I would be beyond broke since I'm technically not on cop pay at the moment." She said setting the bar down.

“The amount of energy radiating off the City Hall is off the charts,” Caitlin muttered with an increased sense of unease. Central City had been entrenched in the luscious green and a hoards of people drenched in fear. The coms that connected the members of Team Flash had been severed. Barry and Iris were unaccounted for and Frost stubbornly refusing to make an appearance. She breathed in the chaos that spilled from the screens explaining the wicked rules of the engagement for the power grab ensuing. 

There’s only one way to Nirvana and that’s through the Garden. If you don’t comply, the streets will be filled with their blood; it’ll be on your hands, Team Flash.

The chilling call out only furthered the discomfort that rolled through her. Caitlin turned her attention away from the screen to Cisco. “We need a sample of whatever they’re dosing the people with and something strong enough to spilt it. With Poison Ivy’s DNA being infused, we don’t know how deeply bonded that material is with the compound.” She chewed on her bottom lip. “Cisco, we can’t just stay here and do nothing. I know we should wait for Iris or Barry to call in but it doesn’t look like we have a lot of time to spare.” 

The sirens sounded manically in the lab with the ascending footsteps. Please don’t be another crazed meta, speedster, or ex.

Alright. So he wasn’t exactly welcomed back into the Institute just yet. And he may or may not have been snooping around by the fences in the back, calculating how much time he had to sneak in while the security guard was facing the other way. And he probably did just that and got into the building just fine, heading right toward his room, avoiding eye contact with any and everyone, until... well, until he got spotted, of course. They needed not only one, but two people to hold him down as he was being escorted out of the building. In the first couple of minutes, Kosmo was yelling and struggling to get himself free, then he tried to bribe them, and then he cursed them out, making quite the scene all over the hallways of the Institute. All he wanted was a photo of his family from his room. It’d been so long, the only thing that grounded him at times was the thought that somewhere out there, his family was looking for him. And that they would go to the end of the world just so that they could be together once more. Kosmo was being dragged towards the entrance door, now silent, only huffing and completely pliant in the two guards’ arms, his lips pursed in disappointment. Which was exactly the moment when his gaze caught onto familiar eyes, connected to equally as familiar features, instantly bringing a soothing warmth right through his chest. He whispered something inaudible, not sure whether his eyes were decieving him, or whether his mind was the culprit, or... well, if it was actually real.

"Hmmm... That is a possibility. A.R.G.U.S. could have something blocking devices that time travel." She commented. "Also I know you didn't plan on hiding your powers, but you're awesome and I'm sure that you won't have to keep them hidden forever. They actually might be a big help in turning the tide." She said with a smile.

"Since A.R.G.U.S. doesn't know about your powers, it would be a big surprise should Vibe ever come out of retirement." Candice said with a light prod into his ribs with her elbow. "And thanks to your device they won't know I'm here until I absolutely need to use my powers." She added.

“No shit it is inhumane. Locking people up for having powers is so horrible.” Candice said. “Actually surprises me that Earth-1 is practically repeating history.” She muttered.

“Trust me when I say Doomworld sucked.” She said with a chuckle. “Definitely had to do stuff like hide my powers to survive.” She continued. “At least you still get to work and do science even in these horrible times.” She said.

Taking the device, Candice looked it over. A smile crossed her face as she gave a few buttons a push. Though her smile faded when they did nothing.

“Nope still broken, or perhaps something else is the cause. I might have to go searching for the Time Bureau. Perhaps this version is blocking devices.” She theorized out loud.

“It is definitely history repeating itself,” he sighed as he rubbed his eyes knowing how crazy it was. “Yeah, it’s awesome that I still get to do it, but I also have to hide my own powers. Not something I had planned on.” 

Cisco watched her fiddle with the device and sighed when it didn’t work. “I mean I wouldn’t be surprised if ARGUS blocked out any device that wasn’t from here.”

How do you heal without a conclusion?

The question circulated warily around her thoughts for the last couple of weeks. Two years spent on this earth and she felt herself slowly spinning farther away from who she was. It was easier to pretend she was some no name waitress going nowhere. Content with the simple struggles of a shit income and grease. She wasn’t. Camille didn’t care if her time would be limited. She would rather live a life that burned hot with innovation than slowly dying an intellects worst nightmare. Her eyes trained on the transparent liquid that sat still within the chamber of the syringe. Bubbles of air bopped about the tight cylinder teasingly. Camille waited until the sun peaked sheepishly behind some clouds and her emerged from the south entrance of STAR Labs. 

“Um,” she swiftly announced her presence with a soft smile. The syringe stuffed into the sleeve of her leather jacket. “You’re the Cisco Ramon...I wanted to know if I could get your autograph. I mean you’re one of the most brilliant engineers in Central City.”

“I regret coming here every time you two open your mouths,” he grimaced. Oliver was happy to see the difference in Barry. His recovery would be a long winding road but it was always refreshing to see him surrounded by his team who vowed to prop him up when the chips were down. “...just as I am going to regret asking this but the hell is Club Penguin. Is that some fetish thing?”

"Oh ha ha Cisco." Hana commented at his joke of her being slow. Though she gave him a smile letting him know she wasn't mad at his jab. "Wait you got your powers when you were ten?" She asked Kid Flash.

"Damn. Now I'm kind of curious how you got them, cause I've only had mine for a few months. Kind of... Maybe less, the whole time distorting is weird." She commented as she ran a hand through her hair.

Hana gave Cisco a small glare at his comment, though he wasn’t wrong, it was just so him to pop up out of nowhere. Staying quite for a moment, she watched as he opened a new breach to S.T.A.R. Labs. It’s not that she didn’t trust Cisco’s powers, but she was still getting used to her speed and she didn’t know if she could stomach that kind of experience.

“I’ll meet you there. I need to stretch my legs anyway.” She commented before rushing off at Superspeed. Part of it was true, she still needed to perfect her stopping and jumping through a breach wouldn’t help her. Arriving a few seconds after them, she slid to a stop in the hallway.

Though it was a bit comedic as she slid past the door and had to walk into the main cortex room. Watching Kid Flash darted about made it clear, he knew his powers well. “So… Since we are here, time for professor Cisco to give us the crash course in Multiverse.” She joked patting Cisco on the back.

Cisco nodded at Hana when she said she would meet them there. It was odd, but he didn’t want to question it now. Maybe later. As he stepped through the breech, he looked at the kid with pride when he seemed excited about his suits. “I do! It’s kind of my speciality. Plus naming all our amazing metahumans.” When he went to touch Barry’s suit, Cisco stopped him. “Hey! We don’t touch that. But yes, I did. It’s made out of a reinforced tripolymer.” 

As he watched him walk around the room, he couldn’t help but laugh at how excited he was. Finally someone who wasn’t ruining his stuff. “You into this kind of stuff?” he asked out of curiosity. Damn Iris had gotten into his head with asking questions. 

As Hana sped into the room, Cisco looked up and tilted his head before teasing her a little. “Took you long enough,” he winked before turning back to Kid Flash 2.0…that was gonna need some work. “I mean we all know that Flash can go fast enough to get to other Earths. It’s nothing new there. Now why you are so different is stumbling to me. Unless you were from a whole other dimension, which doesn’t exactly make much sense with the whole speedforce thing.”

“Makes sense, more stretch and durability.” Wally had a considering look on his face as he looked but didn’t touch the Flash suit. Then he was off into a different part of the room, picking up a notepad left with a complex formula written on it. 

He grinned at Hana when she arrived, letting out a little laugh at Cisco’s tease. This Team Flash felt friendly, similar to the Titans back home. At least, it looked that way from early observations. A detective never jumps to conclusions without evidence, after all.

Cisco’s line of thought had Wally frowning, questioning himself why he was different. “It might have something to do with the fact I got my powers when I was ten.” He shrugged, taking a wild guess. “My powers manifested different to the Flash because I was  still… you know… growing. Could be it, yeah? Maybe? I don’t know. We could do tests! I am a-okay with the science, man. Do what you need to do.”

jasmine never saw the day she escaped her palace, she lived in Agrabah, her whole life and hardly saw much of it.. all thanks to her father's over protectiveness, he didn't want her to face a death such as her mother.. so when she appeared in a place only seen on her maps- she was quite shocked.. but my what a beautiful city it was, she wandered to a building labeled 'star labs' and there she found a male.. who immediatedly jumped to what seemed to be her biography.
