Feather's story follows canon quite closely up to the portal being activated. The difference between canon and this universe is that Feather was admist an assanation attempt directly before getting pulled through, and her aim with a gun specifically curated to kill her Bill exclusively landed true. Bill died before she got forcibly re-introduced to her home dimension.

She didn't punch Stan once dragged through- though they were keyed up on adrenaline and got in a verbal altercation. Even so, once the first night came and she finally settled down, she came to realize a lot about their new situation.

During her thirty years in fight and flight, of being alone, she learned a lot of things about themself though. One is that she's indeed a woman. Another? That she's far more comfortable with general silence and solitude than in group settings. And three, that their research is the only true thing she wishes to pursue even now. Even so, Feather chose to stick around for a bit. Just to see if they'd change their mind.

So, after spending the rest of the summer clashing but bonding with their family as well, after trying and failing to integrate back into the norms of society as a whole, she simply chose to... leave after bidding the kids farewell with Stan at the end! It was basically the same just without Bill and without Weirdmaggeden.

She stays in contact with Stan, Mabel, and Dipper over the phone still, but she has a lot about her home dimension she wants to find out for themself before settling down. So in her own RV, she travels the world and sniffs out anomalies with the thirst of a young bloodhound! They've still got it!

Dungeon Meshi Vampires

Laios wants to be a vampire so badddddd he just really wants to drink blood for some reason

Chilchuck is like jake the dog level of afraid of vampires thats why he wears the neckwarmer. He won’t admit it though

Senshi is the go-to vampire and has all sorts of way of preparing blood like food and staying nutritionally balanced. Turns out he thought he was a vampire the whole time but wasn’t???

Marcille isn’t a vampire but has a ? vampire curse of immortality? She is deeply invested in vampire research. she gets turned by the winged lion because she believes she can use necromantic powers of the undead to revive Falin (killed by thistle) but it doesnt really work..? Also wants to turn everyone else to make them immortal too

Falin ends up with pseudo vampire traits from being undead for a little bit. Maybe still a little undead. Hard to say

Thistle is a widdle baby vampire. Will hiss at you like an unsocialized feral kitten. Forcibly turned all of Golden Kingdom.

Mithrun is a defanged vampire. He still needs to drink blood but he can’t bite people anymore.

Kabru is a ruthless and efficient vampire hunter. Has at least 5 wooden stakes on him at all times.

The thing about gordon is that like everyone tends 2 write him being kind of shy and demure and awkward and like. Not really enjoying his job but like. this motherfucker WANTED to work at Black Mesa. Like he was so excited about it. didnt he canonically take the job because he was bored .

He RACED Barney in the VENTILATION often enough that they told Alyx about it . He quote unquote “drank soda and ran around fhe office, sidestepping frequently”.

So me and @rev-pirate cooked up a RWBY au...

We have SO much for it already but essentially we looked at divorce quartet, said: is anyone gonna make them worse?" And then didn't wait for an answer

Quick synopsis- (and if you have no idea what rwby is, the main things you need to know is weapons have multiple forms, semblances are basically their superpowers, dust is a magical sunstance that can be used to enhance weapons, and they all go to this university and get put in teams of 4 to learn how to fight monsters called Grimm.)

-Martyn-

Nobody expected Martyn to be the leader, least of all him. He doesn't see what the headmaster does, and he won't until it's much too late for his team.

Weapon: electric guitar/axe

Semblance: Attacks are stronger when landed to the beat of music. The longer the combo, the higher the strength (He has trouble keeping rhythm without listening to music, which is why he always has his headphones near.) (Yeah just think hifi rush we hit him with Chai beams)

-Cleo-

The de-facto leader after Martyn decides team J.T.R.B are much funner to hang out with, Cleo is forced to attempt to keep a collapsing team from breaking apart. At least before graduation.

Weapon: staff/nunchucks/twin SMGs

Semblance: They can create decoys of themselves or other living things anywhere in sight. Now usually these would be illusions. But in combination with something called Dust in this universe they can be made solid. Which works really well in conjunction with Martyn's semblance. In that if given the opportunity they can make decoys that Martyn can hit to not break his combo between enemies. or to build a combo before going in for the strike for higher damage off the bat. Unfortunately for them. This team is doomed

As the heir of Aeor dust company, the leading supplier of the world's dust, graduating from a huntsman academy should have been one of the easiest tasks to accomplish. Little did he know...

Weapon: wooden longbow with dust enhanced arrows/staff

Semblance: glyphs (yeah he's basically Weiss LOL) The magic glyphs can spoil different things when infused with dust, like a speed or jump boost, and summon avatars of previously defeated Grimm out of dust.

Pearl thought the worst thing that could happen was her classmates finding out she's secretly apart of the white fang. Turns out she hadn't planned to be grouped up with the heir of the white fangs biggest enemy.

Weapon: scythe/twin sickles/boomerang

Semblance: Anti-gravity. She can levitate any nonliving thing she's touched and control it. Used with gravity dust enhances this, allowing for her to control her weapons without needing to touch them. (As she grows stronger, she'll be able to control more things)

LONELINESS DANCE

It came to me in a dream.

Stiles is a wildlife biologist and one day stumbles upon a wolf pack during a hike through the national forest he works for. They weren’t gray wolves so at first he figures another species has finally made its was back to california but after an hour or so of studying them from a far he realizes they aren’t typical wolves and appear to follow many of the theorized versions of dire wolves.

Thinking he might have discovered a new species and a possible descendant of dire wolves he stays for the rest of the day and studies them further. He only leaves when the sun starts to set and keeps coming back to study them. He grows rather attached to the pack, especially when a particularly curious wolf comes up and introduces itself and eventually drags him by his sleeve over to meet the rest of the pack. He talks to them, tells them about how important they are and how lucky he is to be the one to have found them.

He keeps trying to publish his findings but no one else seems to be able to find them and whenever he brings a photographer out they’re always hiding. One day he brings his own camera, thinking the wolves are used to him and just scared of everyone else and he finds one of the pack dead. He doesn’t take a picture of course, feels it would be disrespectful to the creatures that so readily welcomed him. Instead he goes back to his jeep grabs a shovel and a knife before coming back to dig the poor thing a proper grave and putting down a marker with a big rock and doing his best to add an engraving. While placing the wolf in its grave he notices bullet wounds and cuts on the body and figures out someone had killed one of HIS wolves.

The next week he spends looking for a tracker that can help him find who hurt his pack -figures if they went after one they might have been going after the others too and are still possibly camped out somewhere. That leads him to Derek who agrees oddly quick considering Stiles can’t offer him much in the way of payment.

Day one Stiles leads Derek to the grave and where he found the wolf. The man does his tracker thing and starts leading them even deeper into the forest. It takes a couple of days before they find the hunter’s now deserted camp that has some bullets and gear left behind, even a gun. Derek seems even angrier than Stiles that they had only missed them by a day or so given the remains of a campfire. They stay there for the night before moving on first thing in the morning. Takes another few days before they find an active campsite with several hunters.

They try to lay low but at some point Derek loses his cool and gets them caught and subsequently captured (he had heard them talking about the pack mate they killed, not that Stiles knows that). The hunters tie them up and do their typical hunter thing which is how Stiles not only finds out about werewolves but that the dire wolf descendants he thought he discovered were really the pack fully shifted.

Anyway turns out the pack had been following their entire journey from a far and the night after Stiles and Derek are captured they attack the hunters camp. Both Stiles and Derek are seriously injured but Stiles being human is the more pressing issue. Stiles wakes up like days later in a super fancy house next to a wall of heat. The wolf that had introduced him to the pack initially which is, of course, Derek. The man had refused to leave his side since they left the camp. And once everyone is sure Stiles is alive and mostly well the pack introduce themselves as humans.

Then happily ever after and all that jazz.

ive noticed that Pyro is an element that's typically given to those who value family above all. some used to believe that pyro was given to those who had deep passion or were fun-loving, the latter being disproven by arlechinno, but could still be an interesting concept to delve into. but right now I wanna focus on the devotion to family, specifically what that means for diluc. diluc was awarded a vision young, maybe around twelve years old. as we all know, he had a pretty happy family at twelve years old, a little brother and loving father who had inbued in him a sense of responsibility and adoration for his family, especially given that he was the heir and eldest son, so he naturally would one day be the head of the family most likely. I wonder if diluc looks at his vision now and thinks that it's no longer his, that it was gifted to a kind, loving version of him that no longer exists, that he stopped owning his vision the night he had to turn it on both his father and brother. maybe that's why he left it behind, because believed he was no longer worthy, no longer represented the fierce love that was pyro. this also of course adds a whole new meaning to kaeya being the one to gift his vision back to him, a subtle (or not so subtle, given that vision holders are known to face negative effects when separated from their visions and i doubt that diluc avoided that just because he left it willingly) way of telling him that his family still loved him, and that part of him isn't dead just because he made a mistake in his grief, no matter how horrible it was. that diluc was still worthy of family and the warmth that came with it

apparently it’s implied that roby’s dad retired to to the realm of madness so. roby hasn’t seen his dad in so long. and his uncle was horrible towards him. but bleckt is gone now - he’s alone a lot of the time aside from the security + medical bots. he naturally looks forward to wyfy visiting him, but he also looks forward to whenever geo brings in his commissions because at this point (aside from the bots) he is the closest thing he has to a parental figure. geo always makes sure that he’s okay and always brings little trinkets he made for him on top of the commissions he did for him.

initially geo didn’t really think too much of roby, not in a mean way at all but he just didn’t expect to care for him so deeply after a relatively short amount of time. maybe roby opened up to him while geo was working or even offhandedly mentioned something really bad that happened to him, maybe something bleckt did/said that made geo extremely concerned for roby. perhaps even something that reminded of him as a child - after all, he knows what it feels like. he knows it a little too well.

sometimes geo visits just to check on roby and make sure he’s okay. geo asks him to let him know whenever he isn’t feeling great, or just when he needs somebody to talk to.

maybe geo invites roby over to the land of lost things with the other ninja. that, combined with cole something coming along with geo to bring over commissions, makes roby realise:

cole and geo are the post-merge parents he never had.

Thought of Solomon in the beginning of the program who saw Paula slumped over her desk when she's usually really excited for potions class (they sit next to each other at a lab table)

He's trying to figure out what's wrong, asking questions until she finally snaps and admits it's cramps

Anyway he's like "oh i can fix that" and puts his hand on her stomach and she almost decks him because it surprised her

But he murmurs some enchantment and now her cramps are gone. She's gripping him by the shoulders asking wtf he did and to show her

Y'know that stupid (affectionate) smile he does? With his eyes closed? That. Yeah. He's like "I'll do it every time for you if you'd like, just ask me". Because in the beginning her magic isn't very strong y'know, if she did it, it might last an hour or two

Mind you she will NOT be asking, she would rather die because she hates asking for help. Plus, she'd feel awkward trudging up to Solomon and poking him and being like "Can you. Y'know. Please." and she would Not Meet his eyes At All

Which makes me wonder if Solomon would get. A tracker app (lowkey turned into crack here). Because mans is bad with dates !! But also it's not hard to tell when Paula is in pain lmao it's so bad during this time

I think even after Paula gets stronger, Solomon still does the spell for her if he's around to do it. I think when Paula does it to herself, she feels okay, enough to get through the day. But when Solomon does it, it just makes her feel safe and energized. Because it's done with love

while in the shower i thought about e25 -_- carlos' team having packed up the lab, ready to go, just finishing up the last of their work. carlos trying to ignore how sad and wrong he feels. the tiny city comes up again and he takes all his confusing feelings out on it, lashing out in anger, switching back to his university mask because the town HAS to be nothing special, its the only way he can leave. hes going to go down there and Explain it. but instead his life flashes before his eyes, unfiltered and unashamed and open, and instead of the light of heaven and a choir of angels its florescent over heads and cecils mournful, devastated weeping. and after having just had to honestly confront the million bright smiles and warm laughs cecils given him over the year, that hes locked away in his heart where he never thought hed have to sort it, he realizes he can never, ever, be the reason that horrible sound comes out of cecil ever again. and when cecil meets him at the arbys carlos sees for the first time just how adoringly cecil looks at him, hows disbelieving cecil looks at him. and he realizes that cecil isnt a lure or a trap, hes a wilting flower thats been locked in the dark thats seeing sun for the first time in eons and is hopeful but so terribly frightened of that hope and so confused why the sun would ever shine on him. and he realizes the entire year cecils been timidly reaching out to him, not to pull him down into hell with him but in the hopes that carlos will pull him up, will help him, will save him. and carlos finally is ready to reach back out and guide cecil to sit at his side because he knows now that cecil is the lighthouse thats weathered him and his team and everyone in town thru all the storms night vale is hit by, is keeping them anchored with the hope he somehow manages to create from nothing, and if carlos leaves now that light will go out forever, not just in cecil but in himself too

A deep dive into the character of Ralph🐚

It is directly stated in chapter 4 that Ralph was one of the most comfortable about being on the island and his earlier actions shows thisThe only time he was show to feel worried was when he was forced to face reality(mulberry boys death,the war,getting rescued,ect). We also know that his life before the island had likley been falling apart. His mother was gone for some reason(as yk i hc her as dead which is the most common theory) and the war had gotten to a point where he needed to return to the Navy leaving him alone. He was in a new school(the boarding school which is all brought up in chapter 7) and likely shortly after the war has gotten to a point where they needed to be sent of to saftey. Those itself would be incredibly stressful for any kid of his age but adding in all of the previous changes it would be too much for anyone to deal with. So when he survived a crash and ended up in this paradise like place(which he likely had already dreamed of or loved in some way due to his original intrest of coral island which was brought back in that graphic novel) this would almost feel like an escape from the harsh reality he has been living in for atleast a few months. This would explaine why is reaction why his initial reaction came off as so odd. He was exited because he finally got an escapeHe also then gained a position of leadership(similar to his father who he is show to look up to) and a friend(Jack) taht he was finally able to get close too(Ralph is highly implied to move around as a child which would make making and keeping friends very difficult). Ralph loved the island so much because it was the first real escape he had. And having to accept reality took this feeling of stability away and forced him to accept that things where it good. We also know that this wild nature was somthing he had previously loved. In chapter 10 he brings up his last home again and how he loved the wild nature(which at that point he no longer loved) so the island would be even more enjoyable. When piggy once again mentioned rescue in chapter 4 and immediately after Ralph saw the boat he was still in the ehad space of dealing wirh reality which explains why he reacted so strongly. And of course the fact that he wa sthe cheif and it felt like his responsibility .This also makes the island falling apart even sadder because it was the only good thing he had left and it was stolen in 6 days with a weight that fell directly on his shoulder. And in the end he is confront with reality for the last time when the naval officer reprimand him for not doing enough to keep things in order despite him doing all taht he good in teh situation he was put in. And we know that war was still clearly going on(chapter 6 with the dead parachutes) so he was also forced to go back to that grim reality after the book concluded. Thsi would be 100 times worse if the original cannon of the nuclear bomb destroying London was still cannon.

soo the lore is that missy was a sickly slugpup that was brought by its mother to an iterator in hopes that the great metal god could save it and said iterater (you'll meet her later 😉) went

"why is this rat on my floor ok i'll fix your sick slugpup" and decided

"why should it stay in this frail pathetic rodent body when it could have a much more powerful lizard body" and transfered the slugpup brain into an adolescent lizard. what kind of lizard? something like a red lizard but less overpowered

so the slugcat mother went "that is not my pup what" and abandoned them. the slugpup tried to return to her colony and was promptly shunned because well its a lizard
