Damian wasn’t aware of this at first; he thought they were regular siblings. Even once the first pieces were transplanted, he was lied to about their source.

And by the time he finally realized, it was far too late to change anything.

It should have been an innocuous comment—just a random Gotham socialite saying he had his father’s eyes. But then something clicked into place in his mind, and he sprinted for the bathroom before he emptied the contents of his stomach.

Because these weren’t his eyes. His original pair had been lost, replaced with new ones provided by the League. He’d never asked about the source, never let himself consider the truth that literally stared back at him every time he looked in the mirror.

He’d been given Danyal’s eyes.

are cybernetic-vampire blends clincluded in body horror? I'd assume that the whole idea of cyborgs in body horror is the alteration of a human body with machinery, but becoming a vampire is already losing your humanity, so I don't know

The MC walks behind the CEO of the cybernetics company. Past rows of partially disassembled but still conscious soldier, police, guard androids. Intimidating faces look briefly at the passing by humans, diagnosing their scanner systems out of boredom.

Organs laid out on tables, breathing ribcages, beating synthetic hearts. Artificial blood of bluish-black color spilled on the floor. Disembodied muscle tissue and limbs flexing to forced stimulation via electric impulses. Robotic medics/techs walking here and there, working on repairing the damaged soldiers of peace.

"A government whose people lose their rights once they become criminals..." The CEO begins. "...well, shortly saying- has a very vested interest in making their critics criminals. But as long as these criminals are exploitable, they will forgive them everything. As long as they rely on me, they will never move a finger to stop me."
