Hello!! I’ve recently been looking for roleplay partners and decided to make my own ad!

-I’m 18+ looking for 18+ rp partners

-I RP on Discord, just for Tupper bot and the easy organizing that comes with making a server. I’m literate, ranging between 3 paragraphs to exceeding the Nitro character limit, and would prefer if that’s matched, though I’m pretty lenient as I know shorter replies get the roleplay rolling!

-I love chatting OOC and yapping about our ideas and characters, or shared interests we might have!

-I adore aesthetics for the roleplay, making playlists, making our characters as incorrect quotes/memes, moodboards, and typically prefer using actors from other shows/movies for OC fcs so I can make fun edits if I get the inspiration

-I prefer coming up with our own worlds, changing worlds to make them our own, and OCxCC, OCxOC, or the occasional CCxCC. I typically do MxM, with MxF here and there.

-I don’t write smut, although I’m fine with discussing it, HCs for it, and writing tension and some smooching.

-Big fan of angst, adventure, and most importantly, drama!!

-I don’t have many specific plots in mind but some I do like include:

Platonic: Platonic soulmates, Angsty siblings, Found family(found father + son, found older sibling + younger sibling)

Romantic: Forbidden, Fake dating, One-sided(not actually) pining, Enemies to lovers or enemies to enemies who happen to kiss, Rivals, Opposite sides of a war

at the moment, i am specifically looking for canon character and original character pairings. if you're not interested in that, i completely understand. but, i do not think we would be compatible partners. though, i am fine with doubling up! though, i would like to add that i am not fond of canon and canon pairings, so that’s off the table.

An unknown doctor has been found dead in his office after reports of a "strange and iron like smell" was reported by local residents.

Nothing could be found of the identity of the doctor, but police have found many inhumane animal/human testings and experiments as authorities searched the premises. Upon first arrival, the doctor's body could not be found, until one of the policemen was able to identify the horrifying amalgam of flesh, organs and blood to once belong to the mysterious doctor. "We couldn't believe our eyes… thought it was just another dead mutt, but it was human…"

The people are demanding a full search for the killer of this man, but police have deduced that with the field that he was working in, it was safe to assume that the attack was from another wild animal that had escaped.

Aspiring Lord of Doom here! I recently got my hands on my copy of SBURB, and i'm hoping to start and win a dead session so i can fully realise my true potential. I know they're rigged in the favour of Lords of Time though, and while it can't be IMPOSSIBLE to win one as a Lord of Doom, i'll probably need some kind of exploit to... exploit! What do i do???

Wow! A dead sessioner? I'm impressed! You are right that you are going to need an exploit to win- all Dead Sessions demand mastery, and that includes mastery on the mechanics, which means exploits are expected. No, Demanded! I wouldn't think it's "rigged" in favor of one classpect though. A Lord of Time would need absolute ruthlessness in terms of time loops and alt!self sacrifice. I would imagine they would have to deal with some bullshit time limits. Maybe they only have a single hour to complete their session, and have to quadruple back on themselves!!! Point is, don't insist others get special treatment.

Annnnnnnnyyyyyyyways...A Doom-y exploit. What would that be? My first thought is that it might have to do with changing the rules of reality. Breaking prophecies, circumventing laws of physics and certainties of fate. Making fate bend in your favor as well- making your success inevitable might be the only way to beat it in the first place! Your enemies will have every advantage stacked in their favor, and then some. Nice, fair, logical, with a perfect aura of success. Your job would be to find a single hidden weakness, and bring it down on them for all it's worth. Make a liking for card games into a fatal flaw. Make the descion to help their friend bring their downfall. Hell, make it so someone who has done nothing wrong, some opponent who makes every perfect desicion against you fail anyways. Just because. Your job as a Lord of Doom is to go against a perfect system, with myth in their favor and prophecies practically declaring their success, fail anyways. So find every loophole, that one discarded meaning and throw it back in their face and make it fatal. Make it their personal downfall. Make this comedy into a tragedy, and make it so the doomed one WINS.

Despite everything, be creative, and don't accept defeat. Accept instead inevitability, and find ways you can bend your downfall and weaknesses into your favor. Be ruthless. Be picky. Be that cloud of smog that makes even Life doubt their power. You'll have to be, to survive. Just don't look back.

...but remember that empathy and consideration is one of your best traits as well. A Just Death is deserved for many Lords, but that is not a path you are destined to go on just because you chose this Dead Path. To gain your leperchauns you are going to have to be convincing somehow, and sometimes even a perfect societies downfall is deserved. Don't be too harsh. You do not have to be pure gloom, and absolute cruelty is never needed, not even in Death. Maybe your opponents are only your enemies due to circumstances? Change the rules then, bring the poor and downtrodden together. No one is flawless, and that gives us something in common. But if their Doom is deserved, be that smog that makes gilded towers shrink in fear. Don't look back, look forward. Good luck, poor lord. I'm rooting for you.

for a discord rp, I would make a separate server explicitly for this purpose so you don't have to be in any guilds or anything! I would also delete the server (or at least channel, if people would like an event-planning server long-term) after a week - enough time for people to read over their stuff but not preserved forever and ever.

Whenever I read novels like the Secret History, it makes me hyper-fixate on becoming ultra fluent in Ancient Greek and Latin, as if that'd have any modern world significance...

Hello! (20+f) I'm looking for people to explore the world of Class 09 with me. I'm excited for the upcoming flipside game coming out soon so I've been rewatching playthroughs and decided why not look for rps too? Never hurt. Obviously given the nature of the games there's going to be heavy topics such as referenced child abuse, heavy drug abuse, emotional abuse, suicide and sexual content in gen.
