let's reset
I've been feeling less like myself lately, unmotivated, overeating, and just lazy. so I'm taking it upon myself to reset, just to get back into routine.
my goals during this reset are to:
fix my sleep schedule
conquer the 75 hard habits
re-focus myself on my goals
study often
find a daily routine
romanticize my life
I'll be using @bloomzone's posts to do this, and I'll try to update every day.

let's reset || day 6
I was able to sleep at 12:40 am yesterday. Which is the earliest I've slept since starting this challenge? This is only because the previous day (even though I closed for the day early), I slept about 3 hours and made sure to not sleep during the day. For the first time, I got into bed tired. I'm so happy
It felt so good waking up at 6am this morning. I spent an hour in bed, then got up by 7am, made my bed, and did a 45-minute workout. It was so refreshing. Since I hit the 12 am mark, my goal for tonight is to sleep by 11 pm, which is the bedtime I want to follow consistently (is this a good bedtime?). I want to wake up at 7am daily.
Concerning the 75 Hard goal tasks, I was able to drink 4000ml of water and do a 45-minute indoor workout. I'll try to do these consistently, and I'll slowly start adding the other rules until they become a habit.
In my studying goal, my goal is to study for at least 2 hours every day, whether it's learning a language, journalism work, or another skill, for at least 2 hours a day. Yesterday I was able to study Korean for 22 minutes. Today, I will try to study for 30 minutes

let's reset || day 1
I don't want to overwhelm myself, so I decided to start small, y'know. I'm going to start with one habit, which is fixing my sleep schedule. I once heard that to have a productive morning routine, you need to have a good night routine. So I have created a night routine for myself, which I will try to follow today. Here's the list below (I'm writing this earlier in the day; I'll update the post at the end of the day and see if I can complete it)
night routine
07:00 night routine
▪⤿ clean and organize space
▪⤿ brush + wash face
▪⤿ 🧴 take a shower, apply body lotion.
▪⤿ skincare, 𖥔 hair care + bonnet
08:00 any form of self-care
08:45 plan your day for tomorrow
▪⤿ update notion ; fitness tracker, quick access, the studio, weekly + daily planner, dreams and goals, wellness tracker, media, library, and skincare tracker
▪⤿update google caldener + to do mate
▪⤿ tdm stickers + diary
09:00 study session
10:00 close the shop ; tidy up before bed
10:10 journal progress
▪⤿ chill activity = watch a show
11:00 bedtime
might take less time than I predicted, though.
So it's nighttime now, and I'm updating this before I go to bed. I got home late and couldn't keep to the time slots. But I did do most of the tasks. And I'm heading to bed by 1:31 am, which is pretty early for me. Last night I slept by 6am, so yeah. will do better tomorrow

falling in love with being alone..
another get my life together challenge, except I'll update weekly instead of daily because I never keep up with daily updates.
Lately, I've experienced some sort of downfall in my life, and since I am the one thing in life I can control, I have decided to make some changes.
this is another get my life together challenge, except I update it weekly or anything I think deserves an update. I will also mainly focus on my mental health because mindset is the most important thing.
The challenge is called falling in love with being alone because I have realized that I attach my happiness to the time I spend with specific people and things, and being away from home has truly altered the routine and lifestyle I built before leaving. to really settle in. I am doing this challenge
my first course of action is to change the vibe of my notion. currently, my notion page feels too cluttered, so I am going to make some changes.
my main goals for this challenge
fall in love with being alone
have a set time that I spend with God daily
align myself with my lifestyle goals
have a set daily routine/habits
get better mentally/have a better mindset
focus on my vision board goals

a little journal entry for the day ⭐
today is the first day I truly felt the quote "I can't believe childhood is over" - jo march
today, I took on humanity's biggest fear, "A JOB," a job search, actually, and this is the first time ever that I have truly experienced the absolute slap in the face that is adulting.
It's not like I haven't gone on a job search at all, but other times I always went with a good amount of close friends (bad idea, I know), so it always felt kind of playful, but today I was spoken to by an adult about these things, and I was told to network. I also went out with the most serious friend I have when it comes to this job thing, and gosh, did the reality hit that I'm 16 anymore, I can't try to take my time up with hobbies, and I need to find what I want to do
But that's really hard because even though I know. i love multimedia and communications; I don't think I have one thing that I want to do truly. 😫
When I've been sitting in my room overthinking my relationships with others, yearning for people to perceive me a certain way, those people are probably moving on with their lives. whereas I'm moaning about a 5 mins conversation.

It is eggzactly 11:41 pm, and all I have left to do is update to-do mate for tomorrow and read my Bible, and then I'm off to bed. I believe I can go to sleep before 1pm at the very least
I have also started trying to actively complete 75 hard tasks. I was able to complete my 2 workouts for the day. I drank 2000ml of water, though it is meant to be 4000ml, I am getting there. The only tasks I did not attempt were reading 10 pages and taking a daily progress picture.
once I fix my sleep schedule completely. I'll attempt to complete all 75 hard habits at least once this week.
that's all for the day.

intro to “coquette life planner” by the notion nest
In the last poll I did (on my kofi page), the majority of you wanted a 2024 coquette - mainly pink aesthetic and trust that I will always deliver. I wanted the life planner template to be everything so I put so much energy into this, most templates I make take about 2-4 weeks depending on the simplicity or complexity of it, but this took a month plus to make. I tried to include everything and make it aesthetic and cute. it comes with a travel planner, a daily, weekly and monthly planner, a general to-do list, a goal tracker connected to tasks and more. it includes 30+ pages. unfortunately, I went offline for a while, partly because of irl commitments and laziness. but I am back now. anyway, I have been keeping up with my sleep schedule. For instance, I slept by 11:06 p.m. last night, but I have been up since 3 a.m. It is currently 5 a.m. Though I have been sleeping earlier, I also wake up much earlier than I need to. I think my body is used to me sleeping for a short amount of time, and it has now become my default.
any tips on how to change this?
why do I wake up in the middle of the night? to use the bathroom; mainly after that, I just can't get back to sleep.

Sadly, I did not actually sleep at the time I closed for the day, I actually slept between 6:15 am. and 7:35 am. because I had to get ready for church. I know exactly what caused my downfall, my phone. I told myself I'll sleep after one adrinette fic just a short chapter, then bedtime, but never the less, I failed, so today, my goal is to not get into bed with my phone - wrote this earlier in the day, will update when I'm ready for bed.
Well I couldn't update yesterday and yh morning now, I was able to sleep earlier but not as early as I wanted I slept by 2:40 am because meal prepping took longer than I expected so at 1:28 am I finished cooking, went back to my room ate, then took a shower, brushed my teeth and did my skincare. After that, I read my Bible, did a quick brain dump, and went to bed. maybe I could've updated before I went to bed, but I feared being picking up my phone right before bed. So yh.
Since I slept by 2am yesterday today, my aim is to go to bed by 12 am at the latest.
