Yeah, lrb - one that bugs me about "reblogs > likes" is what lotsa folks are talking about. It too makes me not inclined to interact with someone's post at alll.

While RBs are good for artists getting some attention - just on account of this platform's fundamental mechanics.

i kinda feel like he comitted s*icide. (THIS IS JUST MY THEORY. it's not really alluded to that much but it's more what we've seen from caleb's character and his relationship w mc)

with how she sits there and says she can feel a presence, i def think that's caleb in death, his spirit. and then she says she will continue to do this forever. so she waits for him forever. he never comes back

but i feel like he may have k*lled himself because he hurt her and he NEVER wanted the possibility of that EVER again. with the way he said he wanted to say good bye

and the dark ends are supposed to be quite dark, i don't think it's simply he leaves and never comes back or he dies at the hands of someone else

caleb said he would always find his way back to her. so i think he realized he couldn’t live without her being in danger of him - he’d always be a danger to her because they will always find their way back to each other. and she’s not safe around him

edit: i cant stop thinking that this is a parallel/foreshadowing to what will happen in his limited myths….

i had an anon ask what i did when questioning if i’m a system since they believe they might be. i’m so sorry for accidentally deleting your ask, i hope you see this!

basically i knew from therapy that i had some “identity fragmenting” due to trauma-caused dissociation (even though i kept trying to insist i wasn’t plural 😭) i knew i wasn’t a full-fledged system like my friends with DID, but things weren’t like how they were before. all i had for my google searches was then “trauma dissociation identity fragmenting help” 😭

then i found pluralpedia and looked through a bunch of random pages/terms until i found median and i was like GUYS!! THEY WROTE THIS ABOUT US!!!!

from there i had a better keyword for research. obviously don’t use tumblr as a dsm-5 and take everything online with a grain of salt, but hearing experiences and advice from others really helped. this is something more specific to me but i also researched the theory of structural dissociation to help me better understand things:

like portal ford stranded on a diff. dimensions' earth for a while and he finds + befriends this younger brother bc He Misses Stanley right. and hides the 6 fingers from stan somehow.

and then it turns out somebodys gonna destroy that earth to make space roads or whatever, so obviously ford takes stan with him and finally reveals who he ACTUALLY is

and stans just like "so your full name WAS stanford and i was just projecting.... I KNEW IT" (he did not, he's just sad. maybe his own ford died to something as a younger kid, so stan had a more normal life?).

and i assume fiddleford has gotten rid of the mem. gun by now, but it's been a little longer for him and with all the dimensional stuff i assume it's done crazy stuff to his brain! IDK what exactly his reasoning would be to steal the ship and go to magrathea, so maybe some of that will change.

so last night was the shit show of the united states presidential debate between the 2 inevitable candidates

HAIII some people speculate they kissed in exclusive aftertaste with the apple scene i personally don’t think so there’s no indication and usually infold will put like a tiny kiss noise but all we heard was the bite of the apple

i personally think it’s the kiss in lucid dream myths where caleb kisses her ear and confessed that he liked her (he only confesses in the prove it to me option but i feel like the kiss me option he didn't need to bc he was literally about to kiss her lips but she turned away)

in both choices in lucid dreams (there’s two: kiss me / prove it) BOTH yield the same outcome which is caleb kisses her ear. in kiss me, it’s because mc chickens out and she moves. in prove it to me he does it on his own

while this wasn’t a kiss to the mouth, i felt like this scene was more intimate than a literal kiss.

caleb has regained his memories at this point but he was faking it (there was a line just before where he was like “i remember when we were kids my hand was always bigger than yours” or something. he remembered this on his own - to me that shows he regained his memory by that point)

that moment is so important and intimate. it’s the first time caleb has given in to what he feels, and in his time since he became the monster he seems himself as (post explosion and farspace fleet) that he was able to just be the kid that was in love with mc.

and then at the end of the myth mc says she remembers “the misplaced kiss in the clouds” and how that kiss can only exist in those three days.

Anyways, as a break from all of my negativity, here's what I got. Fellow canon-divergent kins, what's the biggest difference between your memories and your source?

I actually created the AU I'm from lmao. For context, my source is separated into "Cases", and each Case has a different character meant to represent the in-universe storyteller. Case 1 has Ray Barnett, Case 2 has Evelynn Jacot, and Case 3 has Nathan (just... Nathan, I guess). I'm from Case 2, in case you're wondering.

Basically, the point of the AU is that I took each of these characters and put them in different Cases, and I slightly rewrote each Case accordingly. So, basically, in my canon, Ray's there instead of Evelynn, and he's the one that made me help with setting up the broadcast (and unfortunately I ended up falling in love with him and he took advantage of that and did some really horrible things to me and I just went along with it because I was terrified of making him hate me like everyone else did... okay now I'm just getting negative again sorry).

So I guess that's all I have to say? Idk, I'll stop right here before this devolves into a rant about how Ray somehow managed to ruin my life even more than it already had been 😔

Wrote a limerick as if this was a song Eddie Munson would have written for Corrded Coffin. You've got to imagine it sung to the angriest metal guitar ever. The brackets with numbers are syllable counts to measure for meter. It starts instantly with the first lyric, and then there would be a long metal guitar intro. A lot of the lyrics have a slow build and then the following verse will have a really PUNCHY guitar moment and then loud, angry singing.

it’s more than i expected to type out so i’m putting a cut JDNSJ

rui, tsukasa, emu and i were having a a picnic at a park one time while going over lines for a show, and emu brought this bear cat animal something plush ?? anyways we kept getting distracted and rui was messing with tsukasa and we weren’t getting anywhere so we decided to take a break and walk around some

just outside the park is a street and there’s these shops and stuff along it, so we were walking along there and checking out some of them - we found this one shop that was selling kid’s toys and one of them was a rocket thing ,, it’s kind of hard to explain but basically it’s a thin, foot-long, hollow rocket with a hole on one end, you attach it to this pump thing connected to a flexible container and when you jump on the container it pushes air through the tube and propels the rocket - you can see where this is going

rui bought it ofc and since it was too small for tsukasa, emu offered the bear cat thing instead ( because something just has to be tied to it ofc <//3 ) and we got it to stick to the rocket

they launched it just outside the shop and it landed on the roof. we never got it back and it became a sort of running joke for us to say sorry to it every time we passed the shop

also also also i had a p large collection of headbands, some of which had cat or rabbit ears so we got tsukasa to do a runway type fashion show for us with them once at my house, he was surprisingly into it and it was stunning <3 <3
