yk I didn't really love the cameron liking house arc (though I still think it serves its purpose decently) but it becomes infinitely funnier to me if you add in my hc that s1-3 chase absolutely also thought house was hot. because suddenly every interaction between them just feels like

I stumbled my way through some pseudo-milestone social and personal stuff today and you know what? it was incredibly nice and a good experience and I'm proud of myself, actually. needless to say my nervous system in the immediate aftermath is also humming at at a pitch that could break glass and kill dolphins, and I feel faintly like three day old sunkissed roadkill, but sometimes you just have to tank that shit because that seems to happen whether what's going on is good or bad lmao

Lowkey Hermes was kinda understandable for blaming Annabeth for not going with Luke. She didn't deserve it and its not her fault but grieving characters should be a bit messy

I'd be blaming and lashing out if my beloved son had one last chance at possibly escaping and surviving something I desperately want him to survive and it was ripped away by one of the people that loved him. I don't care how irrational it'd be, grief and Love are not rational. Desperation born from Love even less so.

Fandom needs more imperfect and messy broken characters who sometimes say and do horrible shit in times of great trauma.

Plus he literally did apologize for it at the end of that book even if Rick retconned it in Staff of Hermes. Which implies that he didn't mean to say that shit or feels bad about it, which is very fun cause he's a god and Percabeth are mortals.

since i've been busy lately my ghostie has just been cycling between doing standard (non-violent) silvering work, delving into red science/katatox for no personal reason other than Well It's Something New To Do, and claiming so many crates of biscuits their beatdowns became a local attraction.

i've also been all capped at 212 for the longest time (except persuasive at 209) & these checks are all piss easy. barely a challenge. so, to their thrill-seeking ass, this must mean that... well, this means things aren't fun anymore. and i wonder. why aren't things fun anymore? is this anhedonia. am i incidentally giving my touy depression with my procrastination
