PAC: Why Did You Reincarnate as a Woman?
For this Pick-A-Pile, I am going to continue with my Women’s History Month series, where I uplift, inspire and/or relate to women on this platform. This reading is a bit of a life path reading and a past life reading but it’s more general. So take whatever resonates and leave what doesn’t. Without further ado, please pick a pile!
Left-to-Right (1-3):
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Pile 1: If you chose this pile, this is definitely for my girls who like to move around. I think that you’re someone who was meant to be rich, you definitely have expensive taste. In a past life, I think that you were into the esoteric world and into the arts. You dibbled and dabbled in a little bit of this and that. But I don’t think that you were able to find stability in your past life. But you had a clear vision for yourself. So this time, you’ve reincarnated as a woman to gain financial stability and independence from the debts of your past life. In past lives, you could have been non-committal or always wanting to rush into things. And as a result, you reincarnated without ever having a satisfied spirit. As women, we are expected to be the nurturers and sidekicks to men. But you, Pile One, are definitely the main character. You’re a free spirit and a force to be reckoned with. You follow the beat of your own drum. But remember that the goal is to feel happy with where you already are. Your spirit has a lot of fire but don’t burn it out trying to be everywhere all at once. You were born to be the non-comformist and that’s okay.
Signs: Gemini, Taurus, Leo, Sagittarius.
Cards Used: 7 of Cups, 5 of Wands, Queen of Discs, 9 of Discs, 2 of Discs, Ace of Discs, The High Priestess, The Hierophant, 3 of Swords, The Star, 4 of Discs, The World, 8 of Wands and Justice.
extras: beyhive. saweetie. white nails. green eyes. born with heart issues. short-term career path. life path number five. pirates. bohemian style. theatre kid. paint. big city girl.
Pile Two: If you chose this pile, you’re definitely someone who is described as a pure spirit. What’s funny is I channeled those Snapped interviews of people saying their friend was “the light in a dark room”. You have the tendency to make friends easily. You’re very introverted. That’s how it’s supposed to be. In a past life, you could have suffered from depression; perhaps you were in a mental hospital. You were burdened with a reputation that wasn’t true to your character. You were an outcast. Maybe you could predict death & people despised you for it. I think you felt unloved and misunderstood. This life is supposed to be a clean slate for you, Pile Two. I think that there was a lot of gossip about you. But this time, you carried over the scars from being a target of gossip. Maybe you feel like you don’t really have any friends. Maybe you have a weird relationship with trust & you end up trusting the wrong people/none at all. Maybe you keep people at an arms length but you’re still a friend to all. I think that you reincarnated as a woman to reclaim your power and the right to be here on this Earth. You make the world go round, Pile Two. Don’t forget that. Never feel guilty for having fun.
Cards Used: Justice, The Chariot, Knight of Wands, Page of Cups, 3 of Cups, 3 of Discs, King of Wands, 10 of Wands, Queen of Swords, The Magician, Ace of Swords, 9 of Cups, Ace of Cups (RX), Ten of Swords, The High Priestess, 7 of Cups, Queen of Cups and The World (RX).
Signs: Sagittarius, Scorpio, Aquarius, Libra.
extras: nurse. break my soul. ellie goulding. codependency. microsoft. computer geek. smiley emoji. venusian. dmv. pills. fasting. making friends with outcasts. working with autistic children/elderly people.
Pile Three: If you chose this pile, you’re probably a person who struggles with their faith. This doesn’t come from nowhere & it’s not new to you. It’s in fact true to you. Today, you’re described as someone who is rebellious or maybe even lazy, but somehow you never complain about your circumstances. You’re like Trish De La Rosa. You keep a job! But in a past life, you were like a moody teenager. You never really saw the good in things. You were very negative. You held grudges and shunned people if they pissed you off. You could have been a gang member or you were an advocate for civil rights. Either way, your mindset was very black-and-white, no in between. As a result, I feel like you can struggle with following the rules today. I also feel like you have the tendency to be anti-religion/anti-Christianity, which is the basis as to why you struggle with your faith. Someone could have told you that you had “loose” ways as a child and this lit a fire under your ass. Misogyny in the church, but also in general is a reason why you have this fighter spirit. You have a fighter spirit, Pile Three. You’re here as a woman to take back what’s yours. You’re here to help other women realize their worth, reclaim their sexuality and transmute their pain into something beautiful, Pile Three and you will do it successfully.
Cards Used: Nine of Swords, The Star, The Emperor, Ace of Wands (RX), Ten of Swords (RX), Two of Discs, Eight of Cups, Queen of Cups, The Sun (RX), 4 of Discs, The World, 4 of Cups, Justice (RX), 8 of Swords, The Lovers (RX), The Hierophant, Princess of Swords.
Signs: Scorpio, Aries, Capricorn, Pisces.
extras: detention. good luck charlie. rapper. obsessed with cats. megan thee stallion. enough (2002). independent women. scarlet red. queer rights activist.

Ahem here’s an ask: what’s a tradition the gang loves to do (like maybe on someone’s birthday, new year, etc?)
*also just wanna say HOPE YOURE DOING WELL ❤️*
*turns into a crab and does a crab jig* YEAAAAH
I'm not just gunna give you ONE tradition I'm gunna give you A WHOLE BUNCH because boy I love my bullet points so sit and have some tea
FOR THEIR BIRTHDAYS:
On T.C.'s birthday they do a bit of a Christmas in July type thing (partly as a callback to that stupid ass episode I hate) and also because his favorite holiday is Christmas. They don't go very overboard but they do bust out the eggnog and Christmas wrapping paper for his presents. They also have an eensy weensy tree just for the occasion (probably the one Brain digs out of the trash in The Movie)
They go to the beach on Benny's birthday and they go no matter what because of this one time where it was really windy out but T.C. insisted they go anyway cos he already paid for towels n shit and when they got there it was so windy that Benny and Brain got blown away. So now it's an inside joke and they also bury T.C. in the sand every time as punishment lmao
They don't usually do anything special for Chooch's birthday because he usually can't think of anything but every time without fail he wants a strawberry pie. So they always get him a strawberry pie no matter the costs. Yes they have stolen a few for him.
Since Spook's birthday is on Halloween (of course) they celebrate his birthday during the day and at night they throw a huge Halloween rager where all of the alley cats are invited as per Spook's request. Spook is also entirely in charge of the gang's costumes and usually coordinates everyone with a theme. Like one time they were all Ghostbusters, another time they were all classic monsters, they did a Super Mario theme one time etc.
Fancy's birthday usually falls on Thanksgiving or sometime around it so Nonna usually flies in from Italy to make a big Italian feast for Fancy and the gang, and on the few times it doesn't she makes one anyway and then sticks around to help the gang make a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Fancy always gets a pumpkin pie for his birthday because of course.
Unfortunately Brain's birthday is April 1st, April Fools Day. However the rest of the gang and Dibble agreed that they're only allowed to pull 1 harmless prank on him collectively, and absolutely NOBODY ELSE EVER is allowed to prank him (Except maybe Kurt but his fate is currently unknown to you 🤭). Brain can prank all the people he wants though, and he actually looks forward to the gang's prank because he feels really smart if he figures out what the prank is before it happens and he gets an extra birthday treat if he figures it out. If he doesn't figure it out though it's always a prank that he'll find funny, like one time they put Pedro in a police officer costume so that it would look like there were two Dibble's walking around.
I stole this idea from a sitcom I don't remember the name of but on Dib's birthday they ALWAYS try to plan a surprise party for him but he ALWAYS figures it out because detective skills and whatnot, they've only ever managed to surprise him once and all it took was T.C. getting accidentally pepper sprayed by Dib 💃
ACTUAL HOLIDAYS:
T.C. goes fucking I N S A N E with the Christmas decorations. The alley gets absolutely DECKED TO THE FUCKING HALLS it's almost repulsive. He's one of those people who would start putting decorations up in October if Spook wouldn't beat him up for it. And he always forces the gang to wear ugly Christmas sweaters and take a Christmas picture to send to relatives like the good mom he is :3
I already talked about Halloween but I will also say that Spook makes it his mission to scare the shit out of everybody (Except for Dibble because if I know anything about trying to scare a policeman it's a bad idea)
For St. Patrick's Day they always volunteer to help Pedro with his float for the parade because of course and Dibble's Irish heritage fully possesses him as well. After the parade Pedro takes the gang and his cousin out to a pub for appetizers and drinks.
For the Murica day Dibble busts out da grill and becomes a griller dad and makes sure the gang doesn't have any illegal fireworks or whatever. One year Spook nearly blew up the alley with some firecrackers and Roman candles that went awry.
Yeah there you go sorry that one took so long as well Tumblr deleted half of the post and I got angry smh anyways I'm doing pretty okay and I hope you're doing well too :3

All good. Everyone's got a past I'm not here to judge. Especially since you said it's behind you now so out of sight out of mind. Hardest thing I've done is LSD once. I'll just stick to the occasional e-dibble and occasional alcohol. No beer though. Would much rather eat my wheat than drink it.
🙏🏾
I havent done psychedelics in awhile. I’ve done acid, mushrooms & DMT. I never had “a problem” with those, it was just fun. I did have a cocaine problem but I’ve been clean 6 years. I just smoke and occasionally get wine drunk. I don’t like most beer but i can drink a pbr lol. absolutely no yuengling i cant even smell it

¶ … Universal and Development Self-Requisites in the Context Of a Nursing Practice Scenario Orem's Theory of Self-Care Self-care is the key concept in Orem's nursing model (1991). It is defined as the practice of activities that maturing and mature persons initiate and perform, within time frames, on their own behalf in the interests of maintaining life, healthful functioning, continuing personal development, and well-being A self-care deficit occurs when an individual is unable to engage in self-care Orem's self-care model has, throughout the years, provided the basis for training and support programs for groups of patients with both chronic and acute diseases, e g diabetic patients (Allison 1973, Fitzgerald 1980), employees with rheumatoid arthritis (Dear & Keen 1982), renal transplant patients (Hoffart 1982), stroke patients (Anna et al. 1978, Faucett et al. 1990), bone marrow transplant patients (Mack 1992) and patients with cancer (Dodd & Dibble 1993). The universal self-care requisites are 1)sufficient intake of air, water and food; 2) the provision of elimination and excrements care; 3)maintaining balance between activities and rest; 4)maintaining balance between solitude and social interaction; 5) preventing situation which are hazardous to human life, human functioning, and human well beings; and 6)maintaining "Normalcy" in promotion of human functioning, human development within social groups. The Developmental Self-Care Requisites refers to coping with situational changes, that is actions that are needed in meeting the change of condition that could adversely affect human development. (Orem, 1991). Individuals who fail to meet their self-care requisites are in danger of hospitalization. This paper will discuss universal and development self-requisites in the context of a nursing practice scenario. Universal and Development Self-Requisites: Practical applications Primary antibody deficiencies are chronic conditions and the patients usually need lifelong replacement therapy with gammaglobulin to prevent or reduce infections. Oftentimes, patients administered these infusions to themselves in a home setting. Home therapy with intravenous self-infusions gammaglobulin is considered convenient for the patients, resulting in a minimum of time lost from school or work and leading to a better compliance with the treatment, as the patients feel more in control of the disease and the situation It has been shown that the gammaglobulin can be given safely as subcutaneous infusions, instead of intramuscular injections or intravenous infusions regime Subcutaneous self-infusions are being increasingly used at home, as this administration form has been found a) to be safe (l e no severe, adverse systemic reactions) Gardulf et al. 1991, Remvig et al. 1991, Gardulf et al. 1995), (b) to improve the quality of life for antibody deficient adults (Gardulf et al. 1993), (c) to result in serum IgG levels v*nthm the normal range of healthy individuals Waniewski et al. 1994), and (d) to be less costly, as compared vwth the intravenous therapy (Long et al. 1987, Remvig et al. 1991, Gardulf et al. 1995) The patients were found to have a strongly positive attitude towards receiving the replacement therapy as subcutaneous infusions, perceived the method as effective in preventing infections and wished to retain the treatment. However, the younger patients found the subcutaneous infusions more uncomfortable and were less determined to continue with the therapy as compared with the older individuals. In this case, the universal self-care requisite is the maintenance of patients' human function and well being through the proper self-administration of medicine. The responsibility for self-infusions at home is accepted by the patients, leading to an increased independence from the health care personnel and to a feeling of flexibility and freedom. The developmental self-care requisite that needs to be addressed by nursing staff is the discomfort experienced by younger patients. According to Orem, the nurse has five general ways of assisting a self-care-deficient patient acting for him or her, teaching, guiding, supporting and providing a developmental environment. As these patients have a chronic disease and are in need of lifelong treatment, it is important to discuss the development of structure education and training programs in which special emphasis is placed on the support of the younger patients. Conclusion Orem's model of self-care is especially useful for nursing care practice involving chronic condition. Oftentimes, the control of chronic conditions is dependent upon the self-care regimen of the patient. However, patients, who experience discomfort during their self-care regimen, are often in danger of not performing their self-care regimen, resulting in the worsening of the condition and need for hospitalization. Patient education and training in a supportive nursing environment will improve patient self-care compliance References Allison S. Eleanor B. Rainey Memorial Institute
1523 East 55th St.
Cleveland, OH
The Eleanor B. Rainey Memorial Institute building at 1523 E. 55th Street in Cleveland, Ohio, is a
three-story, 9,000-square-foot 1904 Tudor Revival building designed by the architectural firm of Badgley and Nicklas to look like a home. Anna M. Edwards (1849-1923) was the daughter of a Presbyterian minister who had moved his family to Cleveland at the end of the Civil War. She attended local schools and studied music at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music. She became involved in the temperance movement in 1873, went to work for the Woman's Christian Temperance Union (WCTU). Edwards gave temperance lectures for a decade. Exhausted, she began spending more time at the WCTU mission house at St. Clair and Willson Avenue (now E. 55th Street). Determined to keep kids from alcohol, she opened a coffee house and formed a youth band.
Her work caught the attention of Eleanor B. Rainey, widow of a wealthy Cleveland industrialist, who purchased the lot at 1523 E. 55th Street and built on it a three-story, 9,000-square-foot Tudor Revival building at the site. The structure was designed the architectural firm of Badgley and Nicklas. Officially called the Willson Avenue Industrial Institute, it opened in 1904. It had offices, reading and game rooms, classrooms, and a gymnasium. Eleanor Rainey died in 1905, but her heirs set up an endowment to support Edwards' work. The name changed and the building became the Eleanor B. Rainey Memorial Institute in 1905.
The Rainey Institute functioned as a settlement house, offering instruction in industrial trades, home economics, stenography, bookkeeping, and recreational activities. Frank Lausche, future mayor of Cleveland (1942-1944), Ohio governor (1949-1957), and U.S. Senator (1957-1969) received instruction there as a child. Edwards died in 1923. Her younger sister, Flora, served as head of the Rainey Institute until her death in 1949. Jessie Peloubet, who was 67 years old, succeeded Flora Edwards. The Goodrich settlement house moved just up the street from the Rainey Institute, putting pressure on Rainey to close, merge, or move. White flight hit the area in the 1950s, and Blacks moved in. Peloubet struggled to adapt to these changes, and she resigned by 1959. The Rainey Institute almost closed.
Social worker Shirley Lautenschlager was hired in 1960. By this time, the institute was little more than a rec center. Lautenschlager instituted a number of new social programs, including after school care, activities for teens, and classes. In 1964, she implemented a music program. The music proved immensely popular, and in 1966 the Rainey Institute decided to concentrate solely in the field of music. Rainey's focus eventually narrowed to theater and dance. In 2011, the Rainey Institute moved into a new 27,500-square-foot Arts Center. The former Eleanor Rainey Institute on East 55th Street in Cleveland is proposed to become a co-working space and business/civic incubator run by the Cliquepoint Data Foundation. The building at the corner of East 55th and Dibble Avenue is due to be renovated and expanded with a large addition put on the back of the structure. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 21, 2020.

Forming & Keeping a Back Burner Relationship
How do I get a back burner? How do I know if I am a back burner? Do I need to tell someone if I want them to be my back burner? Do you have a friend/accquaintance that you may be attracted to, or vice-versa?
These are just a few of the questions that I have brought to my attention when discussing back burners. While it is not as big of a deal to have a back burner, there are still characteristics that on must remember in order to have a proper back burner relationship. Everyone's desire to have or to be a back burner is different, but they qualifications remain the same in order to qualify as a back burner.
What Is a Back Burner?
A back burner is a friend or acquaintance that you are keeping around as a possibility to have a romantic and/or sexual relationship in case your current relationship status becomes of less interest to you. Back burners have been around for years, but that particular term is what has changed. While we have back burners, our parents had sleek little black books!
Tumblr media
Who Are The Main Targets of Back Burners
Many researchers have determined that whether or not one is in a relationship, people are still looking to have someone that they can fall back on in case their current sexual/romantic relationship becomes uninteresting to them. There are multiple reasons why someone may want to have a back burner, but the most common reason is “people maintain back burners to preserve access to sex partners in the event that such a partner is wanted” (Dibble, et. al, 2016).
Young adults, generally college-aged, are the primary maintainers of back burner relationships. Casual sex is an common occurrence within the demographic of young adults, damaging their desire to form lasting relationships. Another reason that young adults are the main demographic for having back burners is because of the unlimited communication methods at their disposal - Texting, emails & social media.
All conducted research that I found allows for me to understand what the authors were discussing, but as a young adult I have to look at the unethical method of keeping a back burner. Having a back burner while single may not be unethical on your part, but I pose the question of, what if they person you wish to have as your back burner is in a relationship. There is nothing wrong to notice that a person is attractive, but to actively keep them around in order to gain relations with them becomes the problem.
Are You Even Gaining Anything?
If there is one thig that I wish to be taken away from what I have already disclosed about back burner relationships - It is that you CANNOT continue to have someone on retainer as it does not allow you to fully be invested in the current situation that you are in.
Anyone can be a back burner and anyone can have a back burner, but be sure that it is actually a back burner relationship and not a friend with benefits relationship or one night stand. Think about how you would feel if you found out your partner still had a back burner months/years into your relationship. Think about what being a back burner to someone would mean for you if you weren't attracted to that person.

Mark Never gained my utmost respect, like I do for Army Generals Washington, Pershing, MacArthur, Eisenhower, Powell, Franks, Schwarzkopf, LTG Beagle, MG Loeffke and COL Rowe; Navy Admirals Leahy and Nimitz; Air Force General Arnold, Marine LTG Puller, General Berger and LTG Stanley. All of which, I don’t necessarily Agree on Everything but their Leadership and Integrity are evident, undeniable or unquestionable.🙅‍♂️🙏🇺🇸#REBTD😇
Mainly because I believe he Lacked Leadership and Intergrity, in that he was more a Manager or Administrator than a Leader and he easily swayed one way or the other depending on popular opinion or political pressures…which leads me into Never viewing him as more than a Pawn ♟️ vs a Knight or Rook, obviously no powerful Queen 👸 or important King 👑 now if you know anything about chess, games are mostly won by the pawns first move…so I’m not saying he wasn’t an important piece in our nation’s game… 🧐
But that his moves made him controversial, and so much so that that’s what this article is focused on his Failures and CONTROVERSIES instead of his Honorable Service to US for so long… 😱
Lastly, his Bark was Bigger than his Bite, like a Newfoundlands or Chihuahuas; watch out for “Leaders” who Yell Out LOUD what they have to say as a sign of Authority, that they actually have but don’t know how to precisely exercise…he was comical to me, kind of like watching the Sarge in Beetle Baileys comic 🤣 in Congressional Hearings or news Releases. Hard to respect 🫡 Anyone in Any Authority when they lack luster, self-respect, integrity and ability to Lead; and in the military, the inability to salute 🫡 accurately, correctly and consistently. 🤔
So here’s the Underlying Problem, Politics! I’ve said countless times, Military at all levels, ranks and positions, need to keep their political, societal, and economic views Outside the Military, Media, News, Events, Functions, Organizations, Meetings and or Military Life until they’re Retired, and if Recalled, hang it up again until the next exit. Historically, every military that has dibbled and dabbled into politics, while in service, got dinged for it, never went well…and usually ended their career Mark is lucky but this stain won’t go away with neither the Left or Right side willing to let go. 🤷‍♂️ Look at this...👀

Pictured: me at the meeting of the Aztecs and Spaniards
Day 5: The meeting between the Aztecs and the Spaniards
On the last day of my trip I was extremely fortunate to experience the first encounter between the Spaniards and the Aztec. While I was strolling through the Tenochtitlan, word spread like wildfire about an incident that occurred at Montezuma’s palace. You could feel the tension in the air and the feeling of uncertainty weighed heavy on the Aztec people. Apparently a common man from the Aztec city of Mictlancuauhtla appeared before the emperor unannounced and informed him that when he was along the coast, he saw what appeared to be a moving mountain range floating in the water. Montezuma then sent out one of his priests and an ambassador to the city of Cuetlaxtlan to inform whoever was in charge about this incident. I was able to spot this convoy heading out of the city and quickly followed them. I was beyond thrilled as I was going to experience what I considered the defining moment in Mesoamerican history. Once I had arrived at the coast I was pleased to see that I came right on time. The convoy Montezuma had sent out had just climbed into a canoe and had brought valuable goods such as capes that were in Montezuma’s possession as if they were going to trade. At first I didn’t understand why they did this as they weren’t merchants, they were valuable members of the emperor’s court, but I was informed afterwards by the group that they took on the guise of traders so they could act as spies and gather information to relay back without arousing suspicion, something I had learned about a couple days ago. Once the group had reached the Spaniards, they performed a ceremony which I initially found odd as it wasn’t their custom to do a ceremony when they greeted someone. However once the group came back to shore, I overheard how they believed that it was their god Quetzalcoatl who was on these ships. Once they were on the boats, Montezuma’s convoy exchanged their goods. The Spanish weren't too impressed by the capes offered to them, but seemed a lot more interested once the Aztecs gave them these green and yellow necklaces. I believe that this moment in particular is what changed the course of history. The reason why the Spanish began exploring mainland America was because they were hoping to gain more valuable resources. So I believe that if they didn’t receive these necklaces, maybe they wouldn’t have continued inland. Therefore, if they didn’t continue inland perhaps the collapse of the Aztec empire wouldn’t have occurred the way it did. It’s just fascinating to think about what could have happened if this one event played out differently.
