me realizing i never posted anything from my shitty motherverse cooking au

self explanatory; also an excuse to get ninten and lucas interacting....

ninten is pk Terrible at cooking so lucas offers to help teach him! its a slow process and ness and claus sit in the other room playing beyblades.

there is a bit of something else i thought of, like the reason that ninten wanted to work on getting better at cooking and getting closer to any of the others at all was because guilt he felt about not being able to permanently subdue giegue himself, and how him being "inadequate" lead to so much pain for ness and lucas n claus. and how cooking and becoming better at something was supposed to be a way of proving to himself hes not all that bad at doing stuff. because im unable to make a purely shitpost au

of course the au is mostly good vibes and lucas and ninten becoming good friends and ninten eventually learns how to fry an egg without getting distracted and wandering into the other room to watch ness and claus play beyblades

also i did change it so that nintens apron later on says "let me cook" you should. under no circumstances. let him cook. this is shown in what i did wiiith

patrick zweig who thinks its fun to rile you up and annoy you until it's not anymore. he's the type of person to constantly make fun of you even when you're not doing anything, making fun of the way you talk or just walking over to annoy the hell out of you. you try your best to avoid him but he shows up everywhere you are, and it doesn't help that you're in the same friend group. you hate the way he's so smug and insensitive towards you and he loves the way its so easy for him to get under your skin.

until one day, you're having a really shitty day and fall to floor, sobbing even when he's barely said a word. and he has no idea what to do except just hold you. you cry into his chest without saying anything and for the first time, he actually feels bad.

a few days later, you're back to avoiding him. and he hasn't tried to pick a fight with you since then, which felt weird because even if that was your dynamic, atleast you had something. now it's just uncomfortably awkward, you haven't even talked about what happened. he's no longer smirking at you whenever you enter the room, instead he looks at you with eyes filled with concern. heart filled with hesitance and longing?

Ha, this dog is too clever & too bossy by half! Earlier today, Flynn apparently decided it was past time to go out for a walk (& being let in the garden just wasn't good enough). When I didn't immediately drop everything in response to him whining at me, Flynn wandered off... but he was back a moment later... carrying my shoe! He shoved it directly into my hands & then marched off & got the other shoe & gave me that one too.

Subtle? No!

just out of curiosity: for friends and followers with schizophrenia, psychosis, or any other mental disorder causing delusions/hallucinations, how do you feel about suitcase ii being a representation of that?

ii doesn't have the best track record for mental disorder representation as it is (cough cough paper cough cough bomb cough cough cabby), so i have reason to be skeptical about suitcase... from my perspective, as someone without any such disorder, the handling of her mental disorder is unnuanced but well-intentioned at best, and a tacky, cliched attempt to create drama at worst. but i'd like to hear what other people think! thank you!
