Hey! Big fan of the Two-Dads AU! Love the parallels between Jason and Harvey, you capture it all so well!

I’m not sure if this has been asked before, but is Tim Drake in the Two-Dads AU? Curious if you’ve thought about his role in all this, especially with his own issues with Jason and being Robin after Jason’s death.

I might ramble, bear with me.

Tim will officially be added to it when I read some Tim comics that are considered his best and truest characterisation (anyone feel free to rec some, I've read some panels of Tim with Harvey, and some one-offs, like the TNBA comics, but rec them anyway), but essentially, yes, he *will* be in it, in the future.

Unlike the canon where Tim is brought in as Robin shortly after Jason's death, he doesn't actually come into it in my verse until Jason's been with Harvey for a year or so (so roughly seven years after Jason's death, Bruce has been Robin-less for seven years, but he *has* had Nightwing on and off throughout that time). This might render a lot of my current one-shots no longer canon to the AU, but I'm fine with that, honestly. Or they could easily be tweaked to re-fit.

It takes some time for Bruce to take on a new Robin after Dick's incident with Harvey (which, canonically, nearly made him bench the Robin role entirely), and Jason's death. But now that he has to deal with and accept the pain (and responsibility) of letting Jason go to Harvey, he needs a Robin.

So when Tim comes around this year later, there's still an anger there. He's suddenly seeing those colours on the news. That's his replacement. That's his old uniform. That was him. That's still a kid that Bruce is risking out on the streets. And now it's a reminder of how far he's really 'fallen'. Joker is dead, sure (spoiler, sorry, but the fic has been finished for months, I can say it, lmao), so maybe it's Harvey or Jason himself that may become Tim's biggest threat.

Still pending though, this could all change. ^^
