wasn't he literally posting abt hanging out with his friends while they were filming like........idk anything for sure i dont super keep up with the actors but if thats true and he was filming other stuff they could've just.....worked with his schedule to do something that makes sense and Not do the Big Emergency when he's Not There!

I can't be the only one that struggles to see how Eddie and Chris would come back to LA after building their father-son relationship back together

They kept talking about how Chris has this good, exciting life, with friends and clubs and school going well in Texas. So ripping that away to come back to live in LA just seems a little out of sorts and weird

Why would they write it like that just for Chris to have to give up everything again because his dad wants to move back?

Unless Chris did miss LA, which is somewhat unlikely, but I do think Eddie getting a house in El Paso and reconnecting face-to-face with his son is where his story is ending

Plus, I think Ryan might be done with it all too, but I could be wrong so don't take any of this too seriously 😅

One thing I’ll always despise about the break up happening at the time it did is that it really killed the momentum that BuckTommy was building as a ship, especially after 8x05. And now seeing the way this story is playing out, if this has always been the plan, I can see why they wanted it broken off earlier if that was the plan.

I also believe the backlash was part of a test to see how many people actually cared for the pairing, and the response was good enough to continue with it, but I remember some Buddies folding with 8x05 and then newer people coming in about the time they broke up. We were building up speed and came to a sudden stop, but I’m also not overlooking 8x05 giving us that push, and if they had broken up without that and relying solely on season 7 would we have gotten there?

so if im thinking what my ideal ending for amy/rory would have been i think we would have nixed the whole river is her daughter storyline for so so so so so so many reasons, but the reason she leaves is... yeah she gets pregnant and realizes she wants to raise a family with rory. OR! something more like she knows rory's still going for her but he's ready to settle down and live life one day at a time and she kind of does it for him. like another version of her choosing rory/a family with rory/family life in general over the crazy adventure life with the doctor which i think suits her arc

alternatively, i think god complex is a good ending if it had been the proper ending.
