Hi! With it being a New Year and Hanukkah starting a few days ago, I wanted to make a bit of a comic about about Stanford and Fiddleford in their college days. The updates of this will be inconsistent and sporadic, but I want to try making this a longer series. Wish me luck 😊

ok so i was being consumed by the brain worms about jinx leaving on the airship and ending up in demacia and meeting lux and finding a new life there with her when i thought

fiddlesticks is a demacia character right? or at least its trailer a few years ago was set in demacia

so like. imagine the scene where the girls first confront it. it does the freaky mimicry thing and sings "dear friend across the river" and it sends jinx spiraling. wouldn't that be fucked up or what.

and what if that's when lux finally learns about jinx's past and jinx is about to leave again but lux chases her down and tackles her and begs her to stay and they kiss.

fuck. i'm gonna have to research league of legends lore. the brain worms are making me.

It's about the Ghibli trend. Using the Ghibli trained AI to turn all and any pictures to a copy of that style, kind of like a filter. Just soulless slop, and those that try to justify it as just harmless fun, it dulls the effect of the original style and it's charm. Some even claiming to be able to make movies/now free to create with such style without "gatekeeping". Basically plagiarizing, with the difference that they're not even copying themselves, they've created nothing, the machine copies for them.

They seem to think the end result of art is what matters, when it's the process of creating it. Skill level doesn't matter, you can make art within the constraints of your abilities. It's simple, what they're creating is soulless entertainment, not art. One is art, one isn't.

I feel like Raine smashing their violin to keep Belos away from the heart was a desperate decision made at a moments notice. Fiddlesticks gets a little messed up in the process but it's nothing that Dell and Hunter can't fix.

Of course Raine feels terrible and apologizes to their Palisman but Fiddle understands. Fiddlesticks is just glad everything turned out alright and that Raine is safe.

I have a whole little scene in my head where Raine legit thinks they killed their Palisman for a sec, before our two carver boys work their magic. Especially Hunter. He might be an apprentice but he's not letting any more Palisman die.

Wait, you know how there's so much butterfly imagery in Arcane?

It's because it's about the butterfly effect! Mainly the one caused by Jinx.

If Jinx didn't fiddle with the hexcores, the explosion in Jayce's house wouldn't happen.

Viktor wouldn't come over to inspect it.

He wouldn't figure out hextech with Jayce.

They wouldn't find out how to turn it into easily accessible magic energy.

So Noxus wouldn't want to turn it into a weapon and wouldn't need to infiltrate Piltover so vastly. Worst case scenario, start an invasion.

And Jinx's fucking terrorist attack is just a goddamn excuse for Noxus to infiltrate Piltover deeper than ever before. (They already tried with the warmasons like Tamara in the tales.)

The plot, the event plan is so complicated that only the demons in game saw through it:

Like Swain says about Jinx: "Faces fading in the flames. It was all her fault." (he's the grand general of Noxus and a host of Raum - the demon of secrets)

And like Fiddlesticks says: "Jinx! All your fault! All your fault!" (He's the demon of fear)

It's not just about Jinx killing her family, it's about the butterfly effect her unfortunate deeds caused eventually leading to an entire invasion.

I just finishes S2 of Arcane and just, ok, lots of feelings, complicated feelings on how they took the characters. Still a bit salty with Riot with their decision to make arcane 1. Canon, and 2. their main source of champion storytelling, but that’s a rant for another day.

Is driving me up the wall because I have yet to find a person who has seen this and not immediately thought it looked like the head of Fiddlesticks.

now, is there a logical reason as to why Jinx may be dressing up as the demon of fear born from the first scream of the universe? No? But is Fiddlesticks still a well known folktale/myth that takes many forms all across Runeterra as seen through the short story The Ancient Fear? Yes. Ok. Just.

I genuinely feel like I have 20 cans of energy drinks when I think that maybe Jinx took inspiration from Fiddlesticks into her outfit. Like a colorful prey animal flashing a warning to its predator to be afraid
