All I can do now is miss them dearly. It's a region, that is incredibly close to my heart. It's hard to say whether it's because of my DNA or sentiment... the reason is irrelevant. Gorce are my little treasure.

while my wax wing wilson/icarus house is marinating in my brain, i am thiking about! a house/tma crossover!! idk how much these fandoms overlap but its fiiine im doing this for myself

i just think it’d be cool ok. like, these guys work in a hospital! there are so many options for fear-touched patients!!! some of the patients are avatars, some of them have just had encounters. most of them are in this in-between space, where they’re not avatars, but not not avatars; they’re still a little human, but at the same time, they’re not human anymore.

anyway, there’s gonna be a corruption patient. whether that be mold or worms/maggots, or whatever, it’s corruption. they’re at a hospital. it’s gross. i think one of the doctors/nurses would get marked.

so. yeah. corruption patient. but what about, oh i dunno, a buried patient? they have water in their lungs, and no matter what procedures used to get said water out, it comes back. they are always drowning, and there is nothing that can be done. strangely enough, the patient doesn’t seem to be in any pain.

a dark patient, who is effectively blind, despite nothing being wrong with their eyes. a flesh patient with way too many bones. an eye patient who is basically another Albrect Von Closen, they do scans or x-rays or wtv, and they find “tumors” and go to do surgery; surprise! all they find are eyes, all over his organs, bones, etc.

a desolation patient, which i have vague lore planned out for, and has become an oc. i will maybe make a post abt them later.

there’s just! so many options!!!

As for your actual question. The answer is quite boring. My brother’s in-laws have a farm that needed watching & we all live nearby each other. I am having much fun doing it tho. Here’s some pictures (& peep my brother-in-law (?)(is my sister in laws brother still my brother in law? Family debate). He’s the tree next to the bench. Died in December RIP 🫡)(this is their first vacation without him so I guess that’s also why)

it's kind of weird, but i think my absolute favorite trees in HFW are the forests you get just out-of-bounds on the burning shores map. all but one of these pics were taken in the black parts of the map, and there's something about this (i'm assuming) completely-procedurally-generated landscape that is very enticing. the forest here is denser, the ground steeper. fighting a machine here would be very hard. but exploring it? i could spend hours. (or at least until the game kicks me out with a reload *grumble grumble*)

wearing glasses is a nightmare. i pick up my towel after a shower. i see some black blob and think ah, a tag. it falls to the floor. i think ah, a piece of lint. it begins to scurry. i think ah, fuck, a spider. i dash to the other side of the bathroom, trying to wipe and put on my glasses so i can see the spider. it is actually a cockroach.

I was actually going to include May in this month's wallpaper, as it is her namesake, but I completely forgot about that idea. I only remembered as I was shading this one.
