Both worms eat the contents of the fruit until one becomes stronger than the other prompting Applaboo to evolve. The fruit it lives in has a super sweet yet earthy taste. Applin/Pumpkaboo Name: Applurgeist Species: Rotten Gourd Pokemon Height: 2'11" / 0.9m Weight: 27.6lbs / 12.5kg Type: Ghost-Grass-Dragon Abilities: Ripen, Frisk Hidden Ability: Hustle Flavor Text: Having eaten everything inside the Pumpplin Fruit it lives in, including its other body, it evolves into Applurgeist.
