I got a funny idea after watching the staff members laying on Vashs new mattress. Vash comes in to try it out he doesn't realise reader was there (she fell asleep waiting for him and he was sleepy) and unknowingly lays on top of her! She's fine though the mattress is very soft and spongey so she doesn't get squished but she wakes up a bit surprised as to why everything is dark only to realise she is beneath Vashs underbelly! She tries to wiggle out but she is stuck so she tries tickling his belly! This would be good as a comic strip!

He'd usually be more careful to not accidentally lay on or squish anyone. But this time was an exception. He just wanted to try the mattress and didn't notice. I wonder when he'll wake up...? At least he is warm... You might want to take another nap. Because you'll be stuck for a while. xd

as an atheist, i believe that religion is the root cause of all evil in the world, and when religion takes the form of religious extremism to promote political agenda, it gets ugly, no matter what religion practices this.

but if push comes to shove, ill take a hindu majority state any day over an islamic majority state. religion, in itself, is bad, but different religions have different levels of bad in them. between hinduism and islam, the former is the lesser evil for me.

Memes aside, it is very interesting that you think all religions are bad but there are some religions that are uniquely MORE evil than others. It's almost like, you believe Hinduism to be a special case of religions where it's more tolerant than others against your better judgement. I'm sorry to tell you that the only reason India isn't AS bad as the Islamic states you mentioned is because the Constitution of India was set up (and was/is updated, when need arises) to act as a safeguard against some of the worst of what some Hindus are capable of. We wouldn't have had to create laws specifically criminalising casteist violence if Hinduism was quite as tolerant as the narrative wants us to perceive it.

No religion is uniquely more evil or less. It's all just people wielding the power that organised religion gives them. There is always a need to have checks and balances to ensure the people don't get too cocky about said power.

I think you might have more work to do in unlearning the biases that you have grown up in your life. Some of this shit is ingrained in us that we don't even notice what we're saying.

What can you do if your professors require you to use generative AI for your assignments?

Universities expel students for plagiarism, so it's bizarre that some professors allow, encourage, or even require students to use chatGPT or other genAI in their assignments. AI generation has no place in a school beyond showing students how to recognize it and why they should not use it. Requiring students to use genAI to write essays for them is cheating students out of their money by failing to teach them the thinking, brainstorming, editing, and writing skills that they pay to learn. Keep in mind that I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice. For legal advice, you must consult with your own lawyer.

First, immediately ask your university's authority, the Dean, whether they approve of how those professors are using AI generation in classes. Just politely ask, don't confront or threaten, but explain why you think this is wrong.

If the Dean thinks this situation is fine, then this university isn't worth your time or money. If it's not teaching you how to do things or think for yourself, then it's not education, it's a pointless waste.

Become a whistleblower only if you're up for a fight to make the school better for others. Whistleblowing has many risks, including that it may make this or other universities dislike working with you personally.

Don't do it alone! Organize with other students who agree with you so that you can speak up about this together. Collect signatures. Show that you're not the odd one out for caring. People are more likely to listen if they see that a wide range of students from different backgrounds share the view that this is no good.

Carefully save all emails, handouts, or other written documents from your professors where they said how they required you to use AI generation. Save evidence.

Get a lawyer. Some lawyers are favorable to genAI, but others recognize that the abuse of AI-generated texts is a nuisance to many professions, and to their own in particular.

Together, complain to the Dean. Let your Dean know that you all find it unacceptable that the university approves of using AI generation in classes as described, and if it continues, then you will take this to a higher level.

Your next step may be to complain to whatever organizations the university is overseen by or holds membership in. These may decide that the university deserves to lose its reputation or even its accreditation.

Or your next step may be to complain to the press. As professional writers whose livelihoods are threatened by ChatGPT, journalists will share your outrage at your university.

These professors are such an insult to pedagogy that they're inviting a dark age of ignorance for the next generation. It's unfortunate that students today find themselves in a necessary fight against this. Godspeed.

I have a choom who’s been searching around for Goro’s extended cyberware, they mentioned that you use it, we’ve been looking around for it but unable to find it. so I figured it couldn’t hurt to ask if you might point us to the right direction?

Hey there! 💙

The cyberware appearance I use for Goro is actually something I made myself--If I can ever get around to finishing the rest of the appearances I made for him for photomode, it's something I'd like to release one day, but at the moment, it's private just because it's very unfinished.

However! Anyone can make their own custom Goro using the Appearance Creator Mod:

1) Spawn Goro in either photomode (how I'm doing it for this guide) or using AMM. I recommend starting with the Ronin Shirt appearance, but the same principle applies to his other canon appearances, too.

2) Open up ACM and get the camera centered over him so his name appearances in the top field. This can be a little finicky sometimes, so I definitely recommend checking the Lock Target option to maintain the selection.

3) Since the shoulder cyberware won't be visible with his shirt on, he doesn't need that mesh anymore. 😏 Scroll down in the ACM box until you see the t1_002_ma_shirt__takemura5285 fields.

4) Now click on the Select From List button next to the Mesh Path field.

This will open up another menu that contains categories for all the available wearable vanilla items:

5) In the Search field in the Mesh List menu, type in "shoulder" and then click on the arrow next to Body to show the items under that section. Click on t0_000_ma_base__cyberware_shoulderpads.mesh and viola! His shirt is now replaced with the full cyberware.

6) He's kind of missing his, uh, everything after this change, so now we need to give him his body back. Go back to the main ACM menu (where you went for Step 3) and scroll down to the end of the list until you see the t0_000_ma_base__takemura3048 fields.

This mesh contains his body, but his torso (and legs, but we don't need to do anything with those for now) are hidden when his shirt is on to minimize clipping. To unhide them, we'll need to turn those specific chunks back on by clicking on the Chunk Mask button.

7) In the Chunk Mask menu that pops up, you'll notice that most of the boxes are unchecked--We need to check the ones that correspond to his torso and arms.

(I don't know if there's a specific method to how each body part is labeled, but if you experiment with other appearances, you can toggle these to heart's desire to find combinations that work for you.)

8) Now if you want to save this appearance for later use, you can go back to the main ACM menu and scroll all the way up to the top to the Export fields. Enter your name in the Modder Tag field and whatever you want to name the appearance in the Custom Appearance Name field.

9) To access that appearance again, you just have to select Takemura in AMM and it should show up under the appearances list. You can see the ACM Tutorial appearance here:

And you can use this basic principle to make all sorts of appearances for him!

For instance, if you wanted to put him in boxers with this appearance, just go to the l1_002_ma_pants__takemura7861 field and search for "boxers." The default color of these boxers is purple, which I don't really think is his style, so I put black in the Mesh Appearance field* to activate that look. He doesn't need his belt so I just clicked the Toggle button under the i1_001_ma_belt_takemura7808 fields to turn it off. And of course, don't forget to turn on his legs with the Chunk Mask.

*Finding all of the available appearances for an item does require Wolvenkit, which might be a little intimidating if you're new to modding, but a lot of times you can make educated guesses to see if a color or pattern (like "arasaka" and "valentino" often have appearances) is available.
