i saw these posts where G-Man was drawn based on photos of willem dafoe... so here's my (very late) contribution I made while playing around in S2FM

Despite some age showing and its utterly arduous development cycle (see: the jump from Pitch / Hyper to Airex Era, the 2003 leak during E3 Era and the early backlash surrounding all of it, etc.) Half-Life 2 still looks extremely good not just compared to other games released around the same time but also for a game that's now 20 years old and counting period but there's one area that sadly doesn't get brought up as often as it should be and that's the designs of the human NPCs and animation choreography.

I honestly think the TF2 mercs have become the kind of timeless, classic characters that you can place into any role or situation as you please, like Popeye, Tom and Jerry, Mickey Mouse, etc. Emesis Blue is like if someone made a horror movie starring the Muppets and played it completely straight the whole way through. They’re the Looney Tunes of our generation.

IDK how to explain this but I think one of my favourite Mr Puzzles expression is the one where he looks crazy, because if you look at it from the wrong angle it just looks goofy as hell.

Like head on? Fine, looking down? Fine, side view? All fine, but the second he looks up with it I start laughing and I cannot take it seriously, it's the only one that looks stupid if he looks up and I love it. Visual representation of what I'm talking about
