Had a dream that there was Hermit/Life themed Fairy Floss (Cotton Candy) balls, and everyone had their own unique flavour.

I ordered three: Mumbo (garlic flavoured), Grian (Willow wood flavoured), and Gem with Bdubs (that's what it was called. Idk what flavour it was meant to be)

I never got to try them as I woke up before I could pay, but I'm so confused and curious.

Garlic for Mumbo makes a bit of sense kind of with how he's HC as a Vampire sometimes, but Grian? Why Willow wood? Also why was Gem and Bdubs looped together? What was the flavour of that one?

Anyway the temptation to make Garlic and Willow flavoured Fairy Floss is high it will take effort but I'm really curious.

People have many reasons for why Grian hated the rain, most of them aren't true. Some say that Grian was cursed so that 5he rain burns, others say he was a creature of the end. Really, Grian just doesn't like the rain, but he does find the rumors entertaining.

It's cold and its grey and everything stays damp!

The rumors range all the way from "he got sick once" to typical ender-hybrid theories, but there are the really spectacular ones. He's a siren and storms make him long for the seaside, or want to snap the nearest neck. He's allergic to ozone. He's 300 rats in a sweater and it gets too humid to stay together. His clothes are made out of spun sugar.

All goat horns tell a story even custom ones

Mumbos mustache goes around in circles when he is surprised

Grian ate tnt once

Grian is a void in the shape of a person

Zombie cleos snakes tell clearly about gossip

Scar has pins on his clothes and hats and Pretty much everything!

Xisuma gives out masks for Halloween!

Bdubs eats moss

Ranking hermits on how fun it would be to teach them to dance

(Fun fact I’ve been an assistant dance instructor for a big part of my life :D, also I just randomly thought about this inspired by those ‘rating hermits lists’)

Mumbo. -100/10. I just see this tall lanky spoon and I know he is as rigid as freaking steel beam. I can teach him but I think the sound of metal bending will be audible when he tries to dance

Cubfan -50/10. He wants to learn, but he won’t . Ignoring the steps and then wondering why he is out of rhythm or stepping on someone else’s toe but still insisting on doing it on his own way.

Jevin -10/10. I think dance wouldn’t work the same for him since slime.... but it would be interesting to see what he comes up with

Cleo -5/10, Props to her since she is a zombie so I wouldn’t have to worry about sweaty hands, but if she didn’t did the appropiate grab for complicated spins I fear I could end up ripping one of her arms and I would faint right then and there and I don’t wanna risk it

Keralis 0/10. Will follow all the steps out of tempo and step in my toes

Doc 1/10. He is too tall! Doing spins is gonna be a nightmare for my short self >:[

Etho 2/10. Man will end up ignoring everything and probably flossing or doing another meme dance and inflict 200 points of psychic damage on me

Hypno 2/10. He would give it a go and then go “yeah this ain’t for me” and sit despite there being 40 minutes left in the lesson.

Bdubs 3/10. He is one of those nervous dancers just. Froze. Like a fluffed up cat. Very difficult to get him to chill but hey! After like 40 minutes of trying to get him to chill he actually does enjoy it so yaaaay…. Just wish it hadn’t take that long lol

Iskall 4/10. Would learns the steps fairly easy but would keep trolling and insisting he doesn’t know

Xisuma 4/10 would very politely sit down and not take the class. Maybe will vibe at the end with other Hermits

Joe 5/10. Would only do line dances… but hey those are fun!

Impulse 5/10. Insist he knows what he is doing, clearly he doesn’t but extra points for the positive attitude

False 5/10. False would also be too tall for my short self :’[ But she does significantly less short jokes than Doc so she gets more points

Gem 6/10. Probably would be a major disaster but a fun one, like just grooving because hey! Just vibing to music and sharing the good vibes is just as cool

TFC 6/10. Time for me to learn how to do the Twist! Heck yeah

xB 6/10. Just vibes in general!

Tango 7/10. Man insist on dancing Mambo, that is not a problem not at all!

Grian 7/10. Learns the steps relatively easy but he just throws that out of the window to do the chicken dance. And if you can’t beat them, join them

Wels 8/10. He knows how to waltz dance???? Welp I always wanted to learn

Scar 8/10 has two left feet but is all around very optimistic and fun to teach so no worries! Even him just doing a silly dance would have been worth like two hours of getting my toes crushed

Stress 9/10 silliest class I could ever give but gosh would it give me the fuzzy comfy happy feelios

Beef 9/10 he is very polite and he is a very good dancer finally someone that will do the spins without almost ripping my arms

Ren 10/10 Either the Ren diggity dog is as good a dancer as he is a smooth talker or he is a complete disaster but has a pretty sweet attitude about it. Either way super fun all around including dramatic dips

Pearl 10/10. Secret dance master

Zedaph 11/10 is he getting electrocuted by a redstone torch or is he dancing??? Anyways that looks fun!

Cotton Candy is a better duo name for them!! I agree! Fairy Floss is a fun name though- as a thing irl not for their duo name haha

I see that too which is where it comes from but I also know that doesn’t bother people often? Like Scar&Grian are Desert Duo because of 3rd Life and Jimmy&Lizzie are still referred to as seablings because of empires s1 so I wouldn’t be surprised? I am still personally leaning towards Cotton Candy Duo and that is what I’m hoping wins out :3

Currently thinking of writing a Scott&Lizzie fic specifically so I can post it and tag it with cotton candy duo lol (I have a lot of school and such to do though ugh)

Potential Scott&Lizzie Duo Name

I had this thought rewatching Scott's Secret Life the other day and I think it should be a thing. Unless I missed it (which is totally possible), Scott and Lizzie don't have a duo name! I also didn't see fanart of mcyt stuff when looking it up so here it is...

I think we should have their duo name be Cotton Candy Duo (or Cotton Floss Duo or Fairy Floss Duo I am not even going to entertain some of the other names because that is what it is called in other places, including where they live I think, but Cotton Candy is a better name, in my opinion) because their signature hair colors are pink and blue, just like cotton candy, and they are both a special treat whenever we get to see them interact ^^

They deserve a duo name! So many pairings deserve duo names (especially because it makes it easier to look them up on Tumblr) but locating them all is rough and some just don't have a name :(

I would spread this propaganda more but I can't draw, which is what catches most peoples' eyes and makes it a thing lol

Hey!! I really loved the cross stitch you made of Grian’s portal, and I’m starting to get back into it. I was wondering if you’d be willing to share the pattern you used? Or otherwise, how do you go about making your own patterns? So far I’ve only ever used kits and I’d like to learn.

im so glad u love that piece!! its one of my least complicated but i tweaked the colors so much that it actually went thru like. five different iterations before i landed on the one i finished and posted.

i made the pattern myself!! it's just pixel art LMAO tho if ur interested in making ur own patterns, winstitch is definitely the way to go!! its free software that lets u make patterns and pick directly from dmc & anchor floss color profiles and can give u in depth data about stitch counts, floss colors, etc.

anyway, if u just want the portal pattern, i'll leave it below the cut for u!!
