So, what have I learned from observation of Degenerate Hollywood and its sick traditions?

First off, Timothy Chalamet is most definitely being pimped out, and Kylie Jenner is just another well-paid beard. There is no way in hell that a thirsty little pushover like Chalamet is going to be too intimidating for his people to talk to, as the article, explaining why he lost, implies. He will do anything he is told to, mostly because he really has NO choice. If people go back and look at some of Chalamet's public appearances in recent years, you can see it in his eyes. He catches abuse and what a nice bunch of grown men he hangs out with.

Good old Adam Sandler certainly didn't disappoint. The layers of meaning on him are near genius:

The mocking of tradition and public decorum ala Fetterman and Zelensky; an ongoing attempt to dismantle our societal norms

The Color of the Ukranian flag when paired with Chalamet. Yellow clothing is code for a Trafficked victim

Hood Rat outfit as a shout-out to the recent desperate push of the Music Industry to boost sagging Rap Music sales

Taking center stage as Timothy's Handler or one of his Programmers. The amount of time they've spent together over the years, along with using Chalamet to boost yet another failed project of Sandlers' is a big, red flag

No matter what he does or where he goes, the Academy obviously has Big Ben on the brain, even as they hand out Oscars to former Marvel actors, like cheap candy (shame about Sebastian, tho 😏) They also continue to freeze out and fuck over stronger talent, even at the expense of the increasingly dismal ratings.

Timothy Chalamet's outfit was indeed a subtle throwback to Benedict, playing a Pedophile in Atonement. 'They' nearly always add several meanings into the coding, making it a little more difficult to discern, but as a long time movie buff, this just added to the overall creepiness, for me. I knew there was something familiar about how Timothy was dressed, paired with the Pornstache.

At this point, I really don't think I want to see Benedict get on Oscar. The entire industry and most of the people involved in it are very, very sick. Not one moral man or decent role model is to be found in Hollywood, and that renders it obsolete. For what is there to look up to? Absolutely nothing.

and then i was assigned to operation snowblind. my handler in those days was general yuri brushov. according to the general, my role was simple; keep what is buried, buried.

snowblind was the work of isolated cells of analysts and technicians. no cells had contacts beyond brushov ... and who knows who he reported to. at that time, the kremlin was determined to digitally preserve every scrap of useful information. brushov's people embraced a counter-philosophy.

snowblind took advantage of the chaotic archiving process to destroy physical evidence and edit archives, one analyst at a time. all to eliminate 'dangerous' state secrets, we were told. no expense was spared -- custom data drives, vanko-tech encryptions, all of it.

and once the truth was scrubbed clean from the world ... all that remained were the project's analysts and a handful of data drives. it was my job to ensure every last trace was destroyed.

i encountered an analyst with no military training -- i meant to disarm her.

i failed.

she'd made four imperfect copies of the drives that could only be decrypted all together. why? a whistleblower? an idealist? was her dedication to the truth so powerful that she would risk her life? risk the prosperous future we dreamed of building -- in pursuit of it? wasn't burying the sins of the past enough to safeguard the future?

how naive i was, her blood pooling around me. i felt that i owed her, so ... i broke protocol. but i didn't find tactical secrets, dangerous technology or even evidence of darker necessary evils. operation snowblind was nothing but a criminal cover-up.

doctored bank statements, hydra mission reports, secret alliances and false flags -- and not just from the ussr. documentation on the oligarchs and corporations who would build themselves into billionaires by the dawn of the 21st century.

if this was leaked, my dream for russia's future was dead. but what assurance did i have that it would ever arrive? so i turned over decoys to bushov instead. i don't think he ever doubted me. red guardian was loyal to a fault. who would suspect this symbol -- their falsehood embodied -- of failure?

but i needed to hide the real drives until i knew how to use them.

one in officers' storage, at the air force base where they faked my death.

one at the party's administrative office where i once made small talk with a young ballerina named natasha romanova.

one in the basement of the church my grandfather helped build -- abandoned but left standing.

and the last i placed in the hands of the most self-invested monster i could think of. the leverage it offered would eb too valuable for him to surrender.

not long after brushov and i were sent on our first 'official' assignment together -- to defeat the avengers once and for all. i suspect we were intended to die in the line of duty. brushov did. i assume everyone associated with operation snowblind died similarly.

it highly depends. like i think mousekid would be ok, but would be uncomfortable with informant with how specific about the programming it is. i will say doing specific ramcoa terms is less likely overall cuz we try not to do boxes that will potentially put people in danger, like in ways that others might figure out how to trigger a program, etc.

yes, Kabuto's disguises come out of my fondness for spy stuff & tradecraft, lol, and the idea of "going gray" !!! I've had since high school, and continue to have, a huge fondness for spy genre fiction, but there is some basis for the disguises in real spycraft. Specifically, he changes his hair, his glasses, and is wearing light makeup. irl, footwear is a big thing (a lot of people recognize undercover cops because of their shoes), but everyone in narutoverse basically wears sandals, so.

But one thing I really like about Kabuto as a spy, in general, is how he is like. very much the perfect "gray man" during those moments. basically makes himself unnoticeable. blends in in all these different villages. I'm basing his role in Konoha a little more on the Soviet "illegal residents" (нелегальные резиденты). and he's more a case officer/handler in that he's also recruiting and managing intel assets. yet, bc i like silly spy antics, he's still doing legwork himself, without much in the way of official backing or support. it's bit unrealistic how many hats I'm making him wear, but ...imo,he's overworked in canon too lol. and it's fun to write, anyway, and hopefully to read?

To me, it makes him a really fun contrast to Kakashi, who at this point is literally black ops (though I have my own thoughts on how the black ops work in Naruto world, if I take things too seriously and don't just have fun with it, which is my usual preference when writing naruto fanfic lol. but the entire purpose of black ops is that the missions are deniable by the issuing country! so....why do they have uniforms that differ by village?? on that same note, why would people with distinct "bloodline" abilities or known identities outside of Anbu be allowed in, even if there wasn't a set uniform [though this is admittedly part of why Kabuto doesn't realize Kakashi IS hound]?) but i digress!! Kakashi is in Anbu; his operations are generally more about .. wetwork and false flag stuff, even though he's now reassigned to more of an intelligence gathering mission ...

is there any terms for alters who are around to handle animals? like, example is we have trauma around dogs/dog attacks, and get very nervous about acting poorly around a dog and triggering it, so we have an alter who's specific role is understanding/being around/handling animals. (especially useful because we own a dog).

I've been brainrotting over this after talking with @greeniebeanyyy so I'm throwing our collective two cents into the SCP Meshi AU:

Laios: Ex-military, enters conscription after leaving home when Falin gets sent away from home with no explanation. Gets discharged from the military and applies for shadowy paramilitary jobs to make ends meet. Unexpectedly runs back into Falin upon joining the Foundation. Has a knack for picking up on anomalous theory, and almost considers pursuing a research career. After Falin's 'incident', meets Senshi who is sent from Wilson's Wildlife as a liaison with the Foundation. Probably eventually leaves the Foundation and joins Wilson's. (I love you gap moe Dr Laios, but his struggle through squalor is one of my favourite parts of his character)

Falin: Flagged for some anomalous traits by the Foundation while she's young. Parents make a deal and she gets her schooling sponsored and chosen by Foundation in exchange for keeping hush about it. Pursues medical studies in Deer College where she meets Marcille. Both graduate and are employed under the Foundation. Falin eventually becomes involved in a major anomalous incident concerning Thistle, a Type Green based in a small town nexus with an unageing populace. Is generally very sympathetic to the plight of SCPs.

Marcille: Ambitious researcher, joins the Foundation for her own academic interests. Has connections with the Chaos Insurgency and other anomalous groups that supplement her own research into esoteric fields. Just a little more evil.

Kabru: Either MTF Red Right Hand or hyper-competent Unusual Incidents Unit member who has been unable to join larger groups of interests due to just being bad at dealing with anomalies in general (though has an easier time if he can reason with them). Keen eye for intel gathering and social engineering.

Chilchuck: UIU Liaison sent to support Foundation operations after the Falin Incident. Hates working for the government but stays in the UIU both to support his family and out of a moral obligation to do the job so more selfish and dangerous individuals don't abuse the position (sense of principle might be why he hasn't been offered a more prestigious role by the Foundation). Takes pity on Izutsumi and sets up her capture by the Foundation to aid with her anomalous condition.

Izutsumi: Catgirl still. Wants to live a normal life and revert modifications on her body. Foundation is largely unhelpful, but doesn't mind the lazier lifestyle. Formerly Serpent's Hand or denizen of the Wanderer's Library

Senshi: Animal Handler from Wilson's Wildlife Solutions. Note: Ambrose Restaurants was briefly considered but immediately rejected because he's not about that bourgeoise decadence and excess. Has prepared anomalous animal byproducts under WWS to evaluate ethical ways to live alongside them?

The Canaries: Global Occult Coalition. Mithrun, specifically, is a former Foundation staff member who was taken in by GOC after a disaster at his old site.

Thistle: Type Green, maintains the Golden Kingdom Nexus that keeps inhabitants young forever - due to low containment risk, the Foundation leaves a skeleton crew of researchers including Falin to do periodic checkups. Foster brother was an inhabitant that has since gone missing. Appeals to Falin's sympathy to aid in relocating him. Their combined efforts bring the attention of a greater anomalous force.
