I think Blitzwing really dislikes getting dirty (or being in a space that could get him dirty), when it's unnecessary? I mean, he'll do it, he doesn't mind or care on a mission or during a fight, but he doesn't enjoy it, and don't expect him to get grease on his frame otherwise.

like, any time he's in a situation where he's getting dirty or scuffed and it's not in a fight, Hothead or Random are usually the dominant response, quickly finding something else to focus on. Icy only responds to complain, because he certainly likes to complain. he gets kind of bitchy about it! (I get it. I don't like unnecessary dirt either. I didn't authorize that. I mean this affectionately, I enjoy when he's bitchy.)

I imagine if he willingly got into a mess (for fun, or cannibalism, or both) it would be fine, but eugh, he wasn't planning on Autobot gunk or Earth grime, no thank you.

Disco trolls headcanon yapping

Prince D: "I think your map is a bit outdated" Branch: "Oh he's right look at that, it still has disco"

So, this line in Trolls: World Tour has always kinda bothered me and basically made me spiral one night watching it. How would Branch, a Pop troll who by all accounts is only learning about the other genres in the last 24 hours, know that Disco is an outdated/extinct genre? This is probably just a throwaway line to make the disco is dead joke. but............

Unless, of course, Pop trolls DO know about Disco trolls, and that they are now an extinct genre. Maybe because... For what they know, all that remains of the "disco" trolls have been living amongst them all along

Basically my headcanon boils down to Glitter trolls are Disco trolls that over time have literally been stripped of their genre.

Disco trolls would have left with the Pop trolls after the strings were divided (i like to think that unbeknownst to anyone their own String is hidden in the harp itself, which the pop trolls have, so they're compelled to follow). When the Bergens arrived at the troll tree, the Disco trolls began being picked off at a way faster rate than pop trolls (shiny shiny), establishing Bergentown's very 70s/disco aesthetic as they built their troll-eating society, while subsequently Disco trolls "losing" their own genre due to overconsumption. Eventually, while at the tree they develop the ability to have the iconic glitter farts as a defensive measure, and onwards they become known as Glitter trolls ✨

thinking,,,,, it's so interesting to me how tr!lukey completely dismisses the agency of his "patients" (those affected by the corruption) and how he clings to the belief that his view of what's best for them should be enforced upon them (most notably with tr!ace, but also him saying that he would force the corruption on tr!pangi before he made that decision for himself). It ties so well into his wider motif of going back to the cause of his trauma/in a way embracing it (living in a lab despite being forced into a lab tube for millennia (and putting an experiment tube in the lab itself !!!), his familiarity with the memory lane/his part of the null despite the way it contains constant reminders of his most traumatic memories, to an extent his willingness to be around fire (i.e. the fireplace in the study of the lab) and his threats to burn things to pangi on yesterday's stream, given his home being burned to the ground), and in a way it acts as the ultimate embracing of it by continuing the cycle -- he was made into an experiment against his will, had his agency was completely removed for the sake of science, and now he's willing to force this fate upon others with barely any second thought.
