makin a note post bc i need to be held accountable;;

to start off, for every 100 notes I'll finish a wip piece of art, or work on it for half an hour, whichever is shorter. (this includes palette asks! a prompt counts as a WIP) -> 6 so far

100 notes and I'll post a chapter of an ancient fic here (full on planned out, never finished)

300 and I'll finish reading my current book and make some doodles for it

500 and I'll post the stagnant wip piece i have for Godkiller: Last Hope

700 and I'll write a 500-1k word fic in one of my fandoms, the topic determined by whoever is the 700th note (it must be a reblog! put it in the tags, and if you don't know amy of my fandoms, say so and I'll make a raffle post :) ) Claimed! it's an ancient magus bride fic

800 and I'll finish the OC ask games on my main (i have two to finish)

900 and I'll do a rendering practice page and post it

1k and I'll do an inktober style week, but actually do something each day ^^

there’s another life out there in which james potter is a very famous author creating the long awaited adaption of his most famous series and regulus is a nepo baby actor who gets the part of the main character to appease fandom fancasting authority . there’s a lot of hype over this including reposting of old gifsets w tags like GUYS who can’t WAIT to see regulus say this famous line!!! except regulus has never fucking read this book before going to auditions and gets the part solely because james has a parasocial crush on him from being tagged in all the posts . regulus eventually reads it for the job and becomes insanely fond of it even outside of his work bc it’s just objectively good literature . this pisses him off severely. he tells james to his face he fucking hates it meanwhile whilst reading over the script he complains about what was cut from the book and james is like SEE i TOLD THEM to include it but they said it would still read well!!! regulus replies WELL IT DOESNT. mad as hell they agree about the book James Wrote . then they kiss a lot about it

I don’t believe they even care about their ship or their characters. They just want a reason to hate on the queer ship, it’s almost getting to a homophobic point. I’ve seen people say it’ll ruin the show if it’s canon. Really? Two boys kissing is gonna ruin the show? GROW UP OH MY GOD PLEASE.

Another thing I’d like to mention is that In mlvn edits I RARELY see positive comments about the edit or the ship no “this edit is so good!” “They’re so cute!” It’s only ever “and people will still ship byler..” “sorry guys but.. mlvn endgame” “bylers not happening” oh ok haha!!! CAN YOU PLEASE JUST ENJOY YOUR SHIP???

after we got out teaser trailer the byler hate has spiked because the GA is coming back into the fandom, meaning they barely understand anything about the characters or their arks and what would make sense for their storyline. So when they’re going off in a bylers comment section it’s clear they’re just arguing to argue because they only know the show on a surface level. They wouldn’t know queer coding if it smacked them in the face.

Disco trolls headcanon yapping

Prince D: "I think your map is a bit outdated" Branch: "Oh he's right look at that, it still has disco"

So, this line in Trolls: World Tour has always kinda bothered me and basically made me spiral one night watching it. How would Branch, a Pop troll who by all accounts is only learning about the other genres in the last 24 hours, know that Disco is an outdated/extinct genre? This is probably just a throwaway line to make the disco is dead joke. but............

Unless, of course, Pop trolls DO know about Disco trolls, and that they are now an extinct genre. Maybe because... For what they know, all that remains of the "disco" trolls have been living amongst them all along

Basically my headcanon boils down to Glitter trolls are Disco trolls that over time have literally been stripped of their genre.

Disco trolls would have left with the Pop trolls after the strings were divided (i like to think that unbeknownst to anyone their own String is hidden in the harp itself, which the pop trolls have, so they're compelled to follow). When the Bergens arrived at the troll tree, the Disco trolls began being picked off at a way faster rate than pop trolls (shiny shiny), establishing Bergentown's very 70s/disco aesthetic as they built their troll-eating society, while subsequently Disco trolls "losing" their own genre due to overconsumption. Eventually, while at the tree they develop the ability to have the iconic glitter farts as a defensive measure, and onwards they become known as Glitter trolls ✨
