I'm so excited I'm getting dizzy like what if they put both Louis/Jacob and Lestat/Sam on stage and made them sing a love ballad. That wouldn't make any sense for Louis, but I can dream. Rolin did say that Raleigh Ritchie was one of the inspirations for Lestat's sound.

And imagine that they had Armand/Assad prowling around near the stage wearing TVL merch (he is the biggest Lestat fanboy after all) stalking Daniel/Eric, while Louis/Jacob takes pictures and the Gabrielle actor watches.

I doubt they'd do that, but I feel like something close to that will happen in the actual show, though.

Haha, yeah, I personally would also love a duet for them, but... Jacob has unfortunately said that Louis cannot sing.... which is a crying shame, but I guess he... doesn't want to mix his music career with his movie career. *shrugs*

In any case, I cannot WAIT for the new songs, and the show bringing them to life, and the surrounding scenes, and that "lingering kiss"... (which I COINCIDENTALLY have as a header *coughs*)

i’m 20 years old (born aug. 2004) and i’ve been shifting since 2020! took big breaks numerous times, but i’ve been back this time since… april? hard to say without checking 😭

i LOVE making edits and photo slideshows for tiktok bc it allows me to be creative in ways editing casually for fandoms never really allowed for me. which i want to try and bring here while taking advantage of the wise words of some bloggers who post here too! mind you any face claims in my edits are just for the edits!

i’m not too clueless about spirituality. or at least i’d like to think so! around august of this year i started learning about and practicing paganism and hellenic polytheism. and would consider myself a hellenic polytheist pagan! i’m an apollon devotee and hope to be a dionysus devotee after christmas ����😫

In the reblogs, another user relays a harrowing tale: as a direct consequence of the two traumatic weeks in high school that they were forced to spend reading a Murakami Haruki short story, they developed lifelong PTSD, treatment-resistent depression, epilepsy, and a piss kink. They conclude solemnly, "There's a lot of nuance here that some of you are not seeing. And this conversation cannot move forward until you see that nuance."

was thinking abt this again and bc i’m annoying i clocked that it’s a recording by deutsche grammophon by the little yellow header, so between that and lestat saying that martha argerich seems to have retired, i did some digging and the piece he’s playing is the adagio assai/the second of three movements of ravel’s piano concerto in g major.

well. turns out that this concerto was inspired by two idioms: basque folk melodies, and jazz melodies that ravel heard during a world tour in the 1920s. the first and last movements definitely integrate the two, but the middle movement is considerably more serene and tranquil in comparison

tldr lestat soothes himself with music that reminds him of both himself and louis. screaming crying etc
