Agares is bisexual and was married in the past, but because of an unfortunate accident involving a high-ranking angel, his wife was killed during an extermination. He did what he could to save his daughter who was still alive inside his wife's corpse.

I was working on a Fizzmodeus fan child (more about that later), and decided to make myself a memo about all the different demons referenced in the Ars Goetia, to see if one of them could match what I had in mind (there are seventy-two of them, so you'll excuse me if I don't know each and every one by heart XD ). I'm not done yet, but it gave me an idea regarding the next episode, and I thought you might find it interesting. You know how some people are theorizing about the fishy hotel dude that appeared in the last trailer being Leviathan, the demon lord of Envy ? Well, while I don't think it'd make sense for such an eminent being to be running some shady inn in the human world, but what if he was the demon Forneus ? Let me explain. In the Lemegeton, it is said that Forneus' main appearance is that of a great sea monster, which would match what we saw of the guy's true form in the trailer. But while Forneus is able to take many different forms, it is also said that the one he prefers is his human form, which would explain why he is seemingly living on Earth, especially since being "just" one of the many, many member of the Goetia family would make it - in my view - a little more plausible. I mean, he is still a Marquis, but that's not even that high of a rank (and marquises are supposed to watch over a kingdom's frontiers, which could also justify his presence in the mortal realm)… Moreover, he is said to possess the power to give men good name (as in good reputation) and to make them be loved by both their friends and foes. Thematically, I feel like it'd be fitting for Blitz to meet him at this stage of his character arc, since he is slowly starting to work on himself to become a better person. Besides, the trailer also shows Blitz being confronted with visions of his past (I'd be tempted to say the ghosts of his past), which people assume will happen in the next episode because of the demon hotelier. While it doesn't really correspond to any ability Forneus is said to possess, I don't think it'd be a stretch for a demon who has power over reputations to be able to read into people's past wrongs and torture them with visions of those they've hurt… It's just a theory, of course. At the end of the day, I think it's more likely for Mr. Creepy Guy to be some random hellborn. Probably one of those possessor demons that've been mentioned here and there. But hey, I thought it was worth bringing up. :p

What if the Ancients and Beast had demon names from the Ars Goetia like the Genshin Archons?

Ancients - let’s began!

Pure Vanilla Cookie - Stolas (yes like from Helluva Boss sue me): Stolas taught astronomy and is knowledgeable about herbs and plants, which fits into PV’s theme with plants/orchids. And with his awakened form, the astronomy theme really fits in.

Hollyberry Cookie - Beleth: Beleth was rode a warhorse and all kind of music is heard before him. Hollyberry is a great warrior and protector, and LOVES to celebrate, Which the music parts comes in. I need to see her awakened form to further see.

Dark Cacao Cookie - Agares: Agares finds pleasure in teaching immoral expressions. This ties in Dark Cacao having a neutral expression 24/7, and in a voice line “Sorry, I do not know how to laugh.” And Agares also has the power to destroy dignities. Dark Cacao also slayed the twin dragons that was constantly fighting.

Golden Cheese Cookie - Zagan: Part of Zagan’s powers is that of turning metals into coins. Like gold into a gold coin. Golden Cheese is obsessed with gold, heck it’s even in her name, saying that all that glitters is hers. Zagan is depicted as a griffin-winged bull. Golden Cheese has wings, so it fits.

White Lily Cookie - Vine: Vine is described to tell present, past, and future, discover witches and hidden things. White Lily often talks about going back into the past and fixing her mistakes, and she discovered the Witches Baquet.

Beasts - part two!

Shadow Milk Cookie - Paimon: Paimon teaches all arts, philosophies and sciences. Before corruption, SM was the Virtue of Knowledge, being a scholar to cookiekind. Paimon is also described wearing a crown, and before him goes a host of demons playing trumpets and bashing cymbals or any other musicals instruments. SM’s whole theme is about chess, clowns, etc. Man’s kingdom set is chess themed and his outfit is based around clowns.

Mystic Flour Cookie - Vepar: Vepar, if requested, make the sea rough and stormy, and to make full of ships. Mystic Flour; before corruption; granted wishes. Vepar can also make men die in three days by putrefying sores and wounds, but can heal them immediately. Mystic Flour can make people go *poof* by turning them into flour. And Mystic Flour’s gameplay in game is a healer.

Burning Spice Cookie - Purson: Purson brings good familiars and is often depicted as a man with the face of a lion, carrying a viper, and riding a bear, which ties in the the Spice Tribes and their many animals. And Burning Spice fought some snakes too tying in with the viper.

Eternal Sugar Cookie - Astaroth: Astaroth is describe as a man with feathered wings. Eternal Sugar has wings, but that’s not the only reason why I picked Astaroth. Astaroth is a demon who seduces through laziness. Eternal Sugar also has demon wings and is the Beast of Sloth, sloth being a synonym to laziness.

Silent Salt - Andras: Andras sows discord among people, and according to the Goetia, he appeared as winged angel body and the head of an owl or raven. From what I seen, Silent Salt has been associated with ravens and crows, and he brought discord through silence. Andras also wielded a sharp and bright sword, and Salt’s souljam is on his sword, making it bright. Andras was also considered a highly dangerous demon, who can kill the conjuring magician. Silent Salt, when his release comes, would be absolutely terrifying and dangerous considering you won’t even know that he is even there. He cut the literal moon in half!

Helluva Boss trailer analysis/theory time.

Buckle up, I’ve had an epiphany (or just brain rot, who knows)

Let’s talk about this guy.

Vassago is described as: “The third demon in the Lesser Key (including Thomas Rudd's variant) as a prince "of a good nature" and of the "same nature as Agares". He rules twenty-six legions of spirits, and is summoned to tell magicians of past and future events, and locate lost objects.” (Source: Wikipedia)

Key part of this theory: “Summoned to tell magicians of past and future events.”

Now! Let’s talk about this guy.

Stolas, our sad little bird, who is, in fact, a magic user.

So for the confusion that won’t leave my head:

The thing in the trailer that just keeps bugging me is that something is off about this part. There’s details that don’t make sense to me.

First of all, Stolas’s facial expressions in these scenes; he looks like he is truly looking down on Blitz, talking down on him, treating him like a “impish little play thing”.

But Blitzo is just there, in Stolas’s garden, with his feet kicked up. Idk, but something about Blitz being so causal about this makes no sense to me. As well as Stolas’s whole attitude toward him.

Furthermore, the detail of the symbol on Stolas’s robe. That is just too obvious, it is glaring, and again it is very much a dick move since we know what kind of relationship and feelings Blitz has toward the circus and his past.

And the fact that in these scenes we do not see Blitz’s face even once, but we do in every other scene. (Might be cause in those scenes his circus mark is not there or looks different, perhaps, and that would be a clue like the carpet pattern in Ghostfuckers when he sees his mom, so we know it’s not real… omg, I am going insane, aren’t I?)

But then we have this scene.

Where Stolas looks terrified and not able to defend himself? Again, how does that make sense? Also, he is clinging onto Blitz, and there’s a sword? We already established that Andy might be the one attacking here, since it’s the same icy ground and stuff. But the rest of it is confusing.

Okay, wait, my POINT IS: what if none of these scenes are real?

What if Vassago just showed Stolas his possible futures with Blitz? A possibility where he never grew feelings and understanding? A possibility where Andy and Stella somehow take over the palace and his powers and trap him?

We know that future is not certain, and if we are to follow Dr. Strange’s logic, there are many alternatives to what the future might end up being. It all depends on our choices, right? Think of it as Ebenezer Scrooge, but in Hell. (Not to mention there is a Sinsmas episode….. JUST SAYING)

We already saw that Blitz deals with some introspection of his own, seeing his past, all the painful moments. So what if Stolas goes through the same thing with Vassago who shows him how, based on Stolas’s choices, these are his alternative futures? Even the “You never loved Mother, you never loved me, you love him” part? The “Do you have any remorse for what you do” part?

Even this part. (Past and possible future- emphasis on possible)

I don’t know… I do not know. Just saying. Just thinking cause they took over my brain! Anyway, that’s it.

I am probably dead wrong, and this is just a bunch of word vomit, but I had to get it out of my system.

Opinion on why the Goetia from Helluva Boss are seemingly all birds

Just sharing a bit of a random thought/observation on why the Goetia from Helluva Boss are seemingly all birds. It’s kind of a no brainer but it’s seems to be never brought up if at all from what I’ve apparently seen whenever a new Goetia is introduced and criticized for being a bird.

In the version of Hell as depicted in Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss, it’s populated by all sorts of demons of varying wild designs which is one of it’s main appeals. However, there’s a bit of an immediate obvious issue that can be easily caught on as a consequence of this. It could be hard for viewers to tell whether a demon is a sinner or a natural born native of Hell, whether they belong to a certain class, whether they belong to a certain race, and such unless they are outright told. Fortunately, this was solved very early by doing something really obvious and simple that other works with all sorts of races also just do. Make all members of a particular demon race/class have immediate identifiable similarities. At the very least, this has been done with the Hellborn species.

This approach that is clearly being done is something that as stated before been done with works with all widely different races and is not only practically subconscious but also very convenient for whatever audience that’s consuming such works. Take Star Wars for example. Although it may have a myriad of different looking aliens, no one is going to be confused whether a certain character is of the same species as Jabba, Chewbacca, or some other alien species because of extremely identifiable general markers shared by members of the same species. While individuals may differ in some areas from one another, viewers will not be confused as whether or not a particular character belongs to a particular alien race because it’s immediately shown moreso than it’s being told due to all Hutts being giant alien slugs, all Wookies being giant alien sloths, and so on.

This is thus something that has been implemented with the designs for the Imps, Hellhounds, Goetias, Succubi, and the other Hellborn races that were first seen in “OZZIE’s”. It’s a really simple solution and it could be said to be detrimental if wasn’t being implemented.

Imagine if you will if this was not implemented for the Goetia which are the main topic. In a setting where more human looking demons like Charlie, Vaggie, Alastor, Lucifer, Lilith, and Loopty Goopty exist, how is a viewer going to tell right away without being told if demons such as Agares, Eligos, Ronové, and Furcas, if they were to be included, are supposed to be the same class as Stolas if they were depicted 100% accurately instead of as birds. This issue becomes even more confusing if less human looking demons such as a Purson, Orobas, Marchosias, Buer, and Furfur are also included and depicted 100% accurately. It kind of invites frustration for viewers unfamiliar with the original Ars Goetia if the Goetia in Helluva Boss are just this collection of random looking demons as they are originally depicted as it sort of forces the viewers to look up Wikipedia and such to know whether or not a particular character is actually a Goetia rather than inspire the viewers to look more on who these characters are based on. This becomes even more frustrating if completely original Goetia are also included since for example, an original Goetia that’s based on Vapula could be confused for a sinner like Husk.

Basically, if the Goetia were all completely random looking as they are in the original Ars Goetia then people will be confused especially in a setting where chaotic randomness seems to be a general design rule for Sinners.

Thus as a bit of a necessary evil and artistic liberty, the Goetia are depicted as all being birds per Stolas and his family being birds as an apparent rule. It’s not biblical accurate but considering it was established that Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss are a completely different spin on Hell way early on, it’s understandable and something that just has to be accepted sooner or later.

If anything, at the very least the Goetia that have been depicted as birds so far all have bird parts in their original depictions to justify them in some small part being birds.

For example, the iconic picture of Paimon by Louis Le Breton in the Dictionnaire Infernal that’s commonly used has bird feet. They’re not explicitly described as far as I can tell but those are clearly bird feet just like that’s clearly a tail coming from Paimon’s behind in Louis’ depiction. They may not be owl feet or whatever Paimon in Helluva Boss wants to be due to being a shapeshifter and all but they provide some basis for why Paimon is a bird.

The Manifest Party is the most respected faction and non-profit organization in Pride, for as much weight the word "respect" carries in Hell. Their mission is to find the location of every new Sinner who manifests in Hell and acclimate them to their newfound immortality. Before the wildlife, natives, or sheer culture shock kill them first!-Originally the name was a joking insult, but the volunteers decided to make it official. They're the world's only professional roving birthday party. Whether your found in ruins, someone's basement, or avoiding shrapnel, they'll make sure the first words you hear are a dorky "Happy Man-i-fest, To You!"

Structurally they are managed by a Board of Directors manned by veteran volunteers, Circle representatives (to claim desirable Sinners of their cultures), and wealthy benefactors. Without whom they could never pay volunteers to seek new Sinners during the Purge.

IMPORTANT NPCs:

Ditaolane - The Sotho hero who was never appreciated in his time. He is the founder of the Manifest Party, and eventually made a found family of unclaimed Sinners he rescued. 

Agares, the Duke - For some reason, a member of the Ars Goetia took an interest in the Manifest Party. As much as the Party wishes they could be funded off the phone lines alone, this Duke of Hell is the man who keeps the lights on. Typically, the old demon is capricious and will randomly threaten or pull funding for bizarre requests or literally overnight before re-instating funding.

IN PLAY:

The Manifest Party is intended as a “first faction” for the players to meet and slowly introduce them into the world of VivziePop’s Hell. Ditaolane is meant to be a mentor character for the players early on and a trustworthy protective force. Agares is someone who should drive the players deeper into the plot and show off more of the demons’ and Hell’s eccentricities.

My creepypasta AU! I really wanted to make my own creepypasta world where i can come up with ideas for the characters as to designing and coming up with their personalities and other stuff!

But before I describe my AU/world here are a few things I want to mention first

1. Some of these ideas are inspired by vivziepop, snuffbomb(I do not support what he did in the past, I just like the characters from the comic Creeps), and pastamonsters

2. There are ships that I will include with my OCs but it DOESN'T mean that I'm one of those fangirls that are like "BEnY iS mInE aNd nO oNe eLsE CaN hAvE him!!" and go after other fans! I respect if you ship yourself or your own characters with the same pasta that I like or if you like someone else! Also I might post some headcanons later on that will be based off of my AU and also I might do those Y/N x *insert your creepypasta love interest here* later on as well! So if you like this and wanna ask something or request something later on you can!

3. You don't have to completely like or agree with every single thing I write or make in my AU! This is just for my entertainment and for others!

4. This is includes demonology so I have like princes/kings/Dukes etc of hell so yes that does mean I include stolas but it is not the same stolas from helluva boss (made by vivziepop)

5. The entities I mention that are part of Demonology, each have their purpose as well.

OK now that I got that out of the way here is a bit of my AU!

The world is divided into 3, which is the earth world, underworld, and hell. What's the difference?

Earth world: this is the normal human world, where people like us exist etc

Underworld: this is where all monsters and killers live and exist (I was inspired by this part by the Creeps comic sense I really liked the concept of having an underworld for killers to live at)

Hell: this is where prince's, queens, kings, princesses, of hell exist. So pretty much rulers of hell.

What happens in the underworld?

(this was also inspired by Creeps) in the underworld it is kind of like the earth world, but of course like I mentioned before, this is where killers exist and all that.

The difference is pretty much what you do, what you can study for, what you do for work, and lifestyle.

What can you study for and work for in the underworld?

Here you can study for careers like morticians, hitman, bounty killers, professional stalkers, and killer apprentices(can also be known as studying to be a proxy), or a demon's apprentice (what you dedicate for is depending the demon you decide to work for)

There are also normal jobs of course, like surgeon, CEO, entrepreneur, and pathologist.

What's the difference between hell and the underworld?

In the underworld it is pretty much normal people that became killers, ghosts, etc.

In hell, only royalty and rulers live there.

Who are in hell?

Queen: lilith

Kings: bael, paimon, asmodeus, purson, belial, viné, balam, zalgo, zagan

Dukes: amduscias, Agares, eligos, astaroth, valefar, barbatos, gusion, zepar, bathin, saleos, aim, buné, berith, focalor, vepar, vual, crocell, allocer, murmur, gremory, vapula, flauros, dantalion.

How can you get to the underworld?

There are a few ways that you can get to the underworld which are

1. You get brought by a demon from hell or by slenderman himself (very common and popular way). This usually happens once the underworld would be a much better place for you (for example, for Ben drowned he was brought to the underworld by slenderman after he died sense well he's a ghost now and was literally part of a hunted legend of Zelda video game so he was basically a bit of a poltergeist)

2. If you have any background with a killer that already lives in the underworld that was or is still related to you, you can also be brought to the underworld (kind of like when will Grossman was brought to the underworld and Isaac was looking for him (Isaac was his great great great grandpa I think))

3. Once your time has come to be in the underworld, you'll be teleported here, if you are dying then you would just wake up here, and if you are still conscious, you'll black out and get teleported.

What happens once you get to the underworld? Do you change?

Not much is changed, you still have the same personality and physical appearance that you had when you were in the underworld, the only physical change varies depending on how you died or why you came to the underworld (kind of like hazbin hotel and helluva boss, that depending on how you died you get left a mark that shows) or depending on what you did to yourself, a few examples are these:

-Jeff the killer: sense he killed his family and cut a smile on to his face, then when he's in the underworld, that smile does become permanent and a part of him, so it won't heal like a normal cut

-amari (my OC) didn't do anything to herself like Jeff did, but she was just power hungry and thrill seeking out of killing, so sense she has no self inflicted physical marks, once she came to the underworld, she had a skull in the iris of her eye (this kinda came out of the "the eyes are the Window to the soul" thing, and sense she literally wanted the death of others, she had a skull on her eye)

Info of the demons

They all have different personalities, morals, and different beliefs. So just because they are demons, it doesn't mean everyone is evil (except for zalgo, he's an evil mf)

-Some of them teach at the institution or schools

-they can make deals with anyone from the earth world and underworld

-sometimes they can take someone under their wing when they see potential in them

-Some of them have businesses, safe houses, proxies, etc just like slenderman

-sometimes they hire hitmen, bounty killers, and stalkers

Duke agares the lord of the deserts

agares is described as an old man riding a crocodile and with a falcon in his fist, he is younger than described but still meets the other requirements

In addition to being the lord of the desert, he is the master of earthquakes and a loyal servant of King Baal.

During an extermination during the adolescence of Agares and Sallos, a squad of exterminating angels ended up invading Agares' mansion in the pride ring.

So the two of them separate to fight with the angels, but when Agares returned, Salles was very hurt
