My big bang fic is DONE WOOHOOO 💙🤍 So many thank-yous to the HQBB 2023 mods, @maroonedpunk for their super-precious art piece, and kyoka (@shiraayasha on twitter) for beta-ing! I couldn't have finished this ambitious fic without my team's encouragement, and I super appreciate their time and effort.

But it takes some time to notice that the little and happy things are just as important as the big and bad ones.

“Yeah?” Saeko tips her head at an angle, face so fond it’s embarrassing. “You going to fall in love and all that too?” Tanaka feels his face flush.

“I don’t know!” He crams more cereal into his mouth and crunches it loudly in attempt to drown out her cackle. A lot of people fall in love with their soulmates. Not everyone. But it’s the dream, isn’t it? To find your person, to find your name on them too, and to fall in love. Tanaka’s only nine, so he’s not sure he cares about the love part entirely. It would be nice, maybe. He wrinkles his nose. “But they’ll definitely be my best friend!”

i know it's two weeks late orzz but here is the first chapter of my tananoya soulmate au for the @hqbb bang 2019.

this fic, which genuinely spawned from one scene, really ran away from me & has evolved into a multi-chapter affair w/ half a dozen background pairs because that's who i am as a person.

& it would never have been a reality without @mossyace ! very thankful to have been paired up with them for this event ♡
