So, I'm doing a rewrite of I'll Die When I'm Dead.

Don't worry! I'm not deleting any chapters or scenes, so things will mostly still be where you remember them chapter wise.

But I'll be adding scenes including characters I've fallen in love with and wish I'd written more. It will add to and change elements of the story, but not in a way that will make you have to reread to enjoy and understand the story you've read so far if you're not up for that.

Though I'll give chapter numbers for where the added scenes are in each authors note going forward. They'll kind of be like mini updates :) Speaking of that, I may post a companion work with just the new scenes if that'll make it easier for long-time readers to follow without rereading.

I'll also be going over old scenes where I feel like my writing wasn't my best and fix them up a little.

Anyway, just thought I'd let you guys know since I know a lot of you like to reread the story now and then and I don't want you getting confused.

Also, I've downloaded the unaltered version (all 58 chapters of IDWID) so if any of you want that for yourselves, just leave a comment on this post/the latest chapter of IDWID or DM me 💜

Delusional about Bobby's death being fake somehow... all signs point to it being Chimney's coma dream due to the white flash but then again Bobby wasn't running out of oxygen as quick as Ravi and Hen because he was presumably breathing in the lab air through his broken gear but "I'll crawl back to you" playing over Bobby and Athena's last moment together but Bobby raising a sign that said "get my people out of here" instead of "get us out," implying that he knew he was going to die but the white flash and the set leaks and the cryptic hints on social media but Peter Krause's goodbye letter but the Jesus symbolism earlier this season but the gma appearance and exit interviews but-

It's taking me ages to write this chapter because every time I look through old VODs / notes to check something, I come across moments like this that make me want to lie down face-first on the floor:

Pac: If Cellbit puts himself in this position, it's worse for everyone, because Cellbit is smarter when it comes to coming up with strategic plans, so he is the thinking mind of the Favela Five group, so if he no longer has the mind, he’s not capable of solving this whole problem, you know? But if I put myself in this position to help Cellbit so he can get the cure... You understand? It's better if I'm the bait. Right? I can't- I can't carry things alone guys, I've already lost Mike [...] if I lose Cellbit and I alone had to carry things, I won't be able to. But I think Cellbit can manage better. Little Tour of my Star Trek Action Figures

(No one asked for this, but I love them, so)

I specifically collect 9 inch figures with cloth clothes made by Playmates in the 1990s (Here's a link if you wanna see all that were made)

I bought all but one of them at various antique malls, cause although they honestly don't go for MUCH on Ebay, it's still far cheaper to get them thrifting + I love the thrill of the hunt.

However, there are a couple, less popular characters I might eventually cave and get from Ebay.

(also even though a bunch of the ones I found came in their original boxes, I take them out instantly lmao. these r my dolls and I will play with them.)

Here are all of them!

Constable Odo - Warp Factor (1997) Odo is one of the more accurate looking ones. Often the faces are more of a vague approximation of the actors.

Captain Benjamin Sisko - Collector's Edition (1997) Okay so Sisko is one of my favorites, despite his soul searching stare. I love him very much.

Security Chief Sulu (Mirror Mirror) - Warp Factor (1999) I love how well-loved this Sulu clearly was. I plan to sew him some new boots cause his are pretty much shreds, but I love that someone clearly loved him. Also funny that I only have mirrorverse Sulu.

Captain James T. Kirk (City On The Edge Of Forever) - Kay-Bee Toys Exclusives (1997) I'd say Kirk (along with Spock) are probably the characters with the most variants in the 9inch line, which makes sense. I'd really, really like to find my Kirk a Spock cause I feel bad separating them. One day I'll bring his husband home.

Captain Jean-Luc Picard - Movie Edition (1994)

It's sort of hard to tell in this picture, but for unknown reasons, Jean-Luc has the foundation lips going on. They are significantly lighter than his face. This is not an error on the one I have, I checked and no they're just all like this? Unclear why. Also I like that since they're all cut from the same Action Figure mold, this Picard is ridiculously ripped.

Commander Chakotay - Warp Factor (1997)

His tattoo is actually really good. I was so happy to find Chakotay, cause he's a less popular character, so I didn't have high hopes but since I have Kathryn and Tuvok I can complete the fucked up command trio polycule.

Lt. Tuvok - Warp Factor (1997) Okay so Tuvok is the only one that I bought from EBay. Tuvok and Kathryn are my favorite Star Trek duo of all time and as soon as I found Kathryn I knew I NEEDED a Tuvok for her. So he was my most expensive buy. (Still only like 25 dollars once I paid shipping. These really don't go for much, haha.)

Captain Kathryn Janeway - Warp Factor (1997)

My favorite!!! Also the only girl I have. Would love more of the girls, but at least in the antique malls I've been to, the male characters are more popular. I love her very much. Was so delighted when I found her, as Janeway is my favorite character of all time. I would love a figure of her with her short haircut, but the only ones I've seen with that are the new ones (none were made in the 90s) and VERY outside my budget. Oh well, someday!

Half-O-Ween Show Recap

Hope everyone had a happy Half-O-Ween yesterday.

Actually, I'm currently typing this on the Saturday after our show, since I'm gonna be very busy tomorrow (my family and I will be celebrating my younger brother's 18th birthday at a baseball game), so I'm typing this out in advance.

Since this is a holiday similar to Halloween, most of us were in costume (the horn section did not dress up):

As mentioned back when the show's theme was announced, we played nearly every song off of TMBG's Haunted playlist in order (we didn't play Untitled because it's just a recording of some weird conversation between 2 people), as well as some extra stuff.

Due to the huge amount of songs, I will be re-blogging this in order to fit most of the songs into the tags.

But before we begin, here is a sort of key to explain certain things in the text below…

This means that I sang a song and no one else.

Despite the costume, Blip didn't actually wear a mask onstage.
