It’s busier than normal everywhere, and that’s saying something as Chester has noticed that New Orleans seems to be a city just packed most of the time. Add in carnival festival, and it seems to grow significantly worse. Usual spots are taken by people wearing gaudy beads, tourists and locals alike and while it’s good for business and whatever…it stops them from being able to enjoy small luxuries they take for granted. Nothing sops up beer better than a grilled sandwich but, Chester all but has a heart attack when he goes to the local cafe to see a line out of the fucking door. ��Oh. Oh this is bullshit!” The witch complains loudly, appearing to most as rambling drunk which…he is, just a little. He turns on the nearest person, an attractive blonde and asks - “Know where I can get a decent meal?”
