You’re just taking shit day by day, you hate your job, you hate your boss, you hate your one coworker who can never mind their own business as if it’s not an open secret that they’re fucking y’all’s VERY MARRIED coworker. The guitar riff at the end of the Homestuck version of Megalovania is actually Vriska’s leitmotif because it plays during the part where she’s onscreen, and since learning that I’ve noticed that a LOT of remixes that thematically have nothing to do with HS will add it back in, probably not knowing this, unintentionally referencing Vriska Housetrapped from Domicileimprisoned in their Deltarune or Smash Bros remixes.

#thank you nicholas for finding <3#in the blog the op talks about allsorts#she originally wanted the op or jsk#but found they were too big#her husband found this set for her which is kinda cute#she thought this set was kinda flashy/too much but ended up really liking it#she wanted to wear it with a princess sleeve off-white blouse but thought it might be too much#so she stuck with her old reliable white blouse#in terms of the sewing she doesnt go over too many details#she couldn't find an exact fabric match#but was pleased with this embossed fabric she found#it was expensive but cuz it was for her child she only needed 50cm#(side note: is this why people get really into sewing dolls clothes i wonder?)#despite the tiny amount of fabric she needed over 3m of ribbons! she wondered how much ribbon went into her dress then....#(another side note: sewing adult size egl is so expensive exactly because of how much ribbon and lace you need)#she and her child wore this to a wedding#jsk

My most maybe controversial take on the live action situation is that if at this point you are still actively watching and going “hey guys this wasn’t that bad” at these live action movies you are not a real animation fans you are a fan of the OG movies despite them being animated. It’s just a blatant lack of acknowledging how the fact that these movies where animated shaped them
Because at this point it’s literally impossible to ignore the actual harm these “live action” movies are doing to animation.
#people don’t appreciate animation that’s nothing new#there’s a certain level of I don’t know status that people give live action that’s simply not given to animated movies#like live action is the long awaited final form of animation#and it just such bullshit#god it’s fucking tragic#how to train your dragon#how to train you dragon live action#httyd#lilo and stitch#lilo and stich 2025#lilo and stich live action#lilo and stitch 2025#the thing is I don’t even hate the idea of live action version of older animated works#but they have to actually be treated like live action is a different medium than animation a#nd not just it’s more real more grounded final#and there actually needs to be more consideration to if this movie even works in live action not just because of terrible cgi monsters#but because what did the animation bring to the movie in terms of style and framing and can that work in live action#I would argue Lilo and Stitch doesn’t work in live action at all#I would argue that stitch and Lilo being practically the same size brings a lot to their dynamic and later evolution of their relationship#as being more sibling like.#things that work when they were the same size no longer do#but even then this is not the climate to be talking about what would be good in live action
