Kaira's Interceptor Form

Uh, finally designed Kaira's Interceptor form, I sorta went insane with the shading. Used Elements from Ana and Aria forms, Zekrom, and Hisuian Samurott. I'm planning to do Melee's soonish, but these forms are a lot to design and draw.

The maskless/base interceptor form. I kind of see these forms on how SSJ1 and SSJ2 work. The puppet master boss version is the base and "weaker" version, but it uses less of the interceptor's true power, so easier to control and longer to manage. While the fully armored one still is physically and mentally draining when at max power so Kaira is ruthlessly efficient in this state.

Well here she is folks, my Interceptor (who has been around since v6 and is so perplexed by the changes, she might as well have been new to begin with-): Luc!

Some additional info and a few hcs here and there:

- Luc is trans (and so is Aria, I like to think) :3

- Her Interceptor powers first manifested when Angie nearly killed her, which gave her extreme endurance and the ability to Very briefly glimpse into the future

- Is somewhat aware of the inconsistencies between versions, which makes her fast friends w/ Eizen

- Sometimes doesn't move her mouth when talking, but will skip moving it entirely around people she's comfortable with

- Occasionally fights on her own, using a pair of Samurott seamitars that she has no clue how it got in her bag to begin with, nor can she remove from her possession (they just reappear in her bag even when discarded)

themed run - the interceptor's nightmare

i need to play through v13 again anyway to remember the story, so why not do it in a fun way?

pokemon rejuvenation v13, but i can only use pokemon from evolutionary families used in the MC Nightmare mirror fight against their body's past self, in honor of how kickass that fight is.

- variants and evolutions will be allowed. so as an example, i can use Oricorio-Sensu (because Aria used Oricorio-Baile), Aevian Lapras (since Aevia used a Kantonian Lapras), Gorebyss (because Aevis used Huntail), and Porygon-Z (since ANA used a Porygon-2).

- i can also use mons from all of their teams, so i can use Jolteon (from Aevia's Intense team) and Whimsicott (from Aevia's Normal team) at the same time.

- i will not be hacking in any of the legendaries they get in the Intense mode. i will also not be debugging any of the currently unobtainable mons or using the WLL gift code, so Dragapult, Salamence, and Lucario will be unobtainable.

starter will be Torchic, since all other starters are normally obtainable. In addition, since it's normally unattainable but technically a starter, I will be debugging in Alain's Partner Pikachu as a Pichu.

mystery egg will be randomly determined via d20 roll - 1-8 correspond to specific mons, 9+ corresponds to togepi (which is unobtainable otherwise)

Interceptor Squadron Commander - Squadron Lead Benedikt Kordre:    Callsign “Ladykiller”, Kordre  is Lead Ship of the Reyzor of Xerxes’ XI-01 Shamaran Interceptor squadron. Raised in the underbelly of Xerxes when he made a bad decision that almost ended with him on his way to the penal colony. But a Pentacle of the Ram pilot saw his promise and took him under his tutelage. He excelled in strike craft theory and passed with high marks. When the XI-01 was developed he was one of the first people who was seen as a good test pilot. A job he took very seriously

El miércoles pasado, el ministerio de defensa de Israel informó que comenzará a usar una nueva y poderosa tecnología láser para interceptar misiles.

Esta tecnología garantiza un cambio en la manera que Israel se defenderá. Los láseres de  alta energía pueden aislar diferentes amenazas dijo la Dirección de Investigación y Desarrollo de Defensa (DDR & D) del Ministerio de Defensa.

“Estamos entrando en una nueva era de guerra energética en el aire, la tierra y el mar”, afirmó el jefe de la Dirección de Investigación y Desarrollo de la dirección, el general Yaniv Rotem.

“Las inversiones en I + D realizadas por DDR & D en los últimos años han colocado al Estado de Israel entre los países líderes en el campo de los sistemas láser de alta energía. A lo largo del año 2020 realizaremos una demostración de nuestras capacidades”.

El Ministerio de Defensa ha trabajando durante más de 10 años en esta tecnología. Los láseres han demostrado tener éxito en la interrupciones de proyectiles de mortero, misiles antitanque y drones, aseguró El Jerusalem Post.

Rotem también explicó que los láseres pueden superar factores ambientales como nubes y tormentas de polvo, y nunca se agotan. También dijo que son más económicos que los interceptores de misiles.

“Esta es un arma que no puedes ver ni oír”, dijo. “Durante una guerra, los interceptores de misiles se agotarán en un momento, pero con este sistema, siempre que tenga electricidad, tendrá un suministro interminable”.

“Esta es una solución dramática para el lanzamiento de cohetes”, declaró el jefe del Departamento de Optronics de DDR & D., Dubi Oster.
