I love love love time travel fics, especially when the main character is time traveling into their younger self’s body. Imagine Damien Wayne time traveling to when he was younger, after he arrived with the family, but before Bruce died.

If you want extra angst, you can add that it’s an end of world scenario, and that the rest of the family are dead

However, I also love the crack route, where no one has any idea what’s going on. Have Damian constantly be trying to figure out what’s going on, and the other bad family members are just trying to figure out how to handle this assassin child who just went from trying to kill them to looking at them like they were dead. No one knows what is going on and I am living for it.

So yeah, if you make this, I will love you for the rest of my life.

I always find it hilarious when more recent adaptations of Sherlock Holmes makes Holmes the dreamy heartthrob/attractive one (not that he’s not a total catch) because my dudes, Watson is right there. He is literally like a Victorian wet dream, he is everything that classic Victorian period would find appealing- adventurous, fought for his country, learned, has groomed facial hair (legit that was like the equivalent of being 6’ tall today), polite. He’s got just enough “melancholy” (depression) and rakishness (gambling) to still be a gentleman but like a bad boy gentleman. A real Romantic (both romance how we think of it today and like Romanticism) archetype. If anyone is the heartthrob here, it is Watson.

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again
