It was another one of those endless banquets where royal courtesy and formalities had to be observed. The vampires, draped in silks and adorned in jewels, mingled with the other nobles, and Max, ever the towering figure, stood to the side with his pack, muscles taut beneath his leather armor, his eyes ever vigilant. He was used to the opulence of the vampire court—he had been forced to attend too many times—but it never ceased to irk him. The lavish displays of wealth made his skin crawl.

Charles, the golden-haired prince of the vampires, stood at the center of the room. His presence demanded attention without him lifting a finger, the perfect image of royal grace. He seemed perfectly content among his own kind, his gaze sharp, but a slight edge of frustration lingered beneath the surface. His rivalry with Max had been going on for years, and tonight, it would reach another boiling point.

The moment their eyes met across the crowded hall, the air thickened with unspoken animosity. Charles’s jaw tightened. Max’s lips curled into a sly, almost amused grin. Despite the years of tension, there was something undeniably magnetic about their interactions—something both violent and magnetic at the same time.

Charles (eyes narrowing): "I see you haven’t grown tired of this spectacle, Max."

Max (smirking, stepping closer): "Oh, I’d never miss the opportunity to remind your delicate people how real power looks, Charles."

Dcxdp where Danny has been working with a hero team (did Bruce adopt him? Did he help the teen titans and got told to join them? Idk) for less than a year, maybe they knew eachother for longer, but Danny has been living with them for some months.

Now, I imagined this as a "Danny has to flee to a different dimension after a giw attack/reveal gone wrong" but it can work with other scenarios, the important thing is, death days are important for a ghost's wellbeing, but nobody knows/remembers Danny's deathday or that it's important to commemorate the dead. Maybe he hasn't told anyone yet cause he doesn't want to be a bother, or doesn't trust them enough yet.

So Danny takes the matter on his own hands, each year he goes to a quiet corner of the local graveyard, where he has a piece of marble and a small vase, he usually buys some flowers for his memorial grave and makes some fudge as an offering.

This year wasn't gonna be different, he told his team/family that he was gonna spend the day out, he chose an elegant but comfortable outfit, made some fudge, and saved it on the fridge with a note that said "phantom, do not eat".

The next part might work better with a young hero team, cause despite the note, someone took a bite of the fudge for breakfast.

Danny clearly gets mad, they didn't know, but they just ate an offering, a great offense to the dead it was offered to.

It all ends in a big fight, Danny doesn't want to admit that it was an offering for himself (it just hurts to admit that nobody remembers his death), and the other person thinks he's just having a tantrum over some fudge, like, c'mon, they can make you some if it's SO important to you 😒

And I don't know how to end it cause it came to me while falling asleep and don't remember more T-T

Me, every time anyone says anything about "waiting for The One God has for you"/romantic soulmates/etc: Stop, stop, stop! Why are we implying that everyone has a soulmate when everyone does not have a soulmate? God's going to get nasty letters saying "Where's my soulmate? Why haven't I found my soulmate?" and do you want Him to have to deal with that? I don't think so! Stop spouting heresy being so silly!

Another desperate strike at the art block and a tribute of sorts: super rusty linocut to reinitiate me into the world of printmaking. It’s not as attuned to my working style as intaglio was, but this is fun, tactile, and enough of a departure from my way of thinking that is super welcome.

It’s nothing special and definitely technically lacking (over-inked block and such) but it’s something, which is a big deal lately. Also it’s my favorite species of fish and we all know Kuhli loaches deserve all the tributes we can give.

Anyway, I don't even know what I was doing when the idea popped into my head (probably looking at tiktok) but I figured, what if, instead of Starscream being the one to return to Cybertron after losing Skyfire. What if it was Skyfire who had to return to Cybertron after losing Starscream?

I'm going to consider this an AU, and I already have a name for it, something like, 'Star in the Ice' or 'The Star in the Ice' I don't know which one sounds better, honestly, but whatever.

Scratch the above, I found a fic that has this trope of Starscream being the one who got lost in the snow, and it's called Star in the sky, I'm reading it, it's good. Aaaaand I changed the name of the AU, now it's Frozen Constellation, this is the final one

I'll probably do more drawings and stuff later. I probably won't write it yet because I want to focus on Where was my mind, but you'll have drawings and stuff like that and all :D
