i just read an article called "Hey, They Might Be Giants, let me parent my kid" and oh my god it's the funniest thing ever

- it takes FOREVER to get to the point and the article is behind a paywall so i had to screen record myself quickly scrolling few it a few times just to get what it was about

- it spends a long time talking about how tmbg has kids albums and is family friendly but the whole point of the article is that this guy is super pissed he can't take his child to the tmbg concert

- like??? sir????? maybe a concert with a bar and drinks and really loud music (i went to a tmbg concert! it was LOUD! i would not want that for a child! same goes for any concert!) wouldn't be the best for your kid .like i get that their music is family friendly (for the most part) but you don't have to get so mad that you can't drag your kid to a concert that wouldn't even be that fun for them in the first place

It's always so weird to come down from the biology heavens to see what the average person believes about animals, plants, ecosystems, just the world around them.
