Mushroom Library is a blog dedicated to term/label finding, hoards help and also answering questions regarding terms/labels!

What's a term finding you may ask? Term or label finding is when you ask for some specific things you search regarding a label/term, can be genders, orientations, alterhuman, etc., and I make a recompilation where I take all what I find with the things you wanted and share it in one singular post

Outside helping finding terms/labels I'm also up on helping with hoards (in any way you want me to) and answer questions not search related regarding terms/labels, so feel free to ask even if it's not for searching terms/labels

I'm also considering doing flag coining as I really like making flags and I have a lot of ideas, so consider that as a possibility for the future!

Be specific in what you want, saying the type of label and the theme/desire characteristics is the basic you need for me to work with, if you don't make clear what type of term do you want, for example, gender, I can't work with

Make sure to be polite, if you use please and/or thank you would be much more than appreciated!

I won't be working/helping if you ask for radqueer/trans-id or similar terms, I'm radinclus and harmful things are not my cup of tea, I don't say DNI as I can't control that, but I won't be working and searching anything that has a radqueer connotation or radqueer terminology/labels

There are certain themes I don't like and won't do for personal comfort, I won't list them as they're a lot, but I will make clear by answering the ask so it's there for the record, you can also ask me if something is ok for me to do it before sending the ask

I always think it's funny whenever I post about an issue that directly affects me and someone responds with "you're an idiot that doesn't know what you're talking about" and I have to be like. Hello. This is my demographic. Do you see this label here? Guess who falls under it OH RIGHT it's me. Maybe I like. Really weird how many people will be like “oh hey me too” when non-labels are actually explained. Told my friend what it means to me to be genderqueer and unlabled and they immediately agreed with me, so did a collegue of ours. Strange how that is innit.

i sent in a suggestion to the jellyneo Book of Ages offering to increase the brightness on some of the screenshots they're using for minor characters in The Darkest Faerie. I have a feeling they're going to turn me down because ive edited the images from how they appear in the game, but literally all I did to these was increase the brightness

please jellyneo... its hard enough to see these characters in game when they aren't surrounded by white negative space; i think having them be visible on their character profiles would make a lot of sense. also it takes like 10 seconds for me to edit each image

loligender - underage/prepubescent girl character gender (flag by his fiance, Loki)

intoxiphilia - intoxication fetish

hyperromantic - unwanted and/or excessive feelings of romantic attraction

agefluid - a transage term for someone whose internal age changes over time (the specific flag he chose for this is not a radqueer/transage term! he stole a did/osdd system flag!)

masochism - being hurt/pain fetish

hemaetophilia - blood fetish

fictomap (fictional pedophilia) - attraction to fictional children/child characters in media

automap (autopedophile) - fetish for imagining yourself as a child being abused by a pedophile

autozoo (autozoophile) - fetish for imagining yourself as an animal being abused by a zoophile

hypersexual - unwanted and/or excessive feelings of sexual attraction/arousal

faggot - reclamation of a slur usually aimed at feminine gay men

genderfluid - a gender identity that changes over time

pomogender - a gender that doesn't want to be labeled/cannot fit any existing labels

xenogender - a gender spectrum that goes beyond the normal human understanding of gender (concepts, animals, plants, etc.)

pup play - i can't sum puppy play up into one sentence. here's the wikipedia page for it if you're interested. it is generally a kink/bdsm/leather thing, but not always. important to note that it is not bestiality/zoophilia.

apprentipawage - a transage label made by his fiance (Loki) where your age relates to being a kitten from warrior cats

fictophilia - attraction to fictional characters

transmasc - transmasculine

incestophilia - attraction to incest

kindivergent - a label made by Kittycorn, attraction to found family members

pupgender - a gender related to puppies and/or dogs

shotagender - underage/prepubescent boy character gender (flag by his fiance, Loki)

somnophilia - sleep fetish

vore - vore fetish. i'm not defining vore i don't care

transage - an identity where your internal (intra) age doesn't match your real/chronological (chrono) age. transage is heavily used by radqueers/transid/maps (pedophiles), while the term chronosian is generally used by did/osdd system members, people who are neurodivergent, or people with trauma/brain damage.

kodocon - attraction to underage/prepubescent characters of all genders (girls/loli, boys/shota, nonbinary/crona/nana)

aegosexual - an identity where there is a disconnect between yourself and arousal. usually the person likes the idea of sex, but doesn't want to participate.

pansexual - attraction to people regardless of gender

just wanted to find one specific piece of information ... and then somehow ended up extracting all nearly 300,000 voicelines of the game, and spent the last two hours listening through all of Samuel's 800. love how he spends the majority of that time either swearing at random people / events, or complaining about the stench or the weather. or dropping some Jewish wisdom.

i also know now that his favourite dish are his mame's hamantaschen, that he once had a lucky knife but lost it, is no early bird (well, given he gets sleep at all), has the funniest battle insults ('God made a joke when he made you!' nearly broke me), got dragged into a mine once by some older boys and wandered around lost in there for a whole day (give me your knife, Sam, where are those fuckers now?), has about a dozen different terms of endearment for Henry and the pettiest exchanges with Hans ('Did he tell you that or did you figure it out yourself?' -- 'Stop the mockery, and answer when a no­bleman asks you something!' -- 'But of course! Misc;

- Just the cutest Angel you ever did see! When Serum descended to Earth, she decided 1.to be a girl and 2.to be cute as she could!

- Speaking of which, before Serum came to the surface, she spent a millennium in the sky watching over the world(alongside any other hypothetical angels/gods idk they didn't interact). Eventually she felt the overwhelming desire to join them, and after a long period or hemming and hawing she descended from the sky to join humanity!

- Upon reaching the surface, the first person Serum met happened to be Infected. Serum learned much about the world from him and the two just clicked! Shes friendly with most all the fellow elevator passengers but closest with Mozelle Poob and Split :) 

- About the "needs reminders about what is/isn't socially appropriate" thing, its MOSTLY about making out with Infected in the elevator. They're a very physically affectionate couple and somehow they just keep forgetting to chill out in public! (Don't worry though! As an angelic being Serum is immune to all sicknesses)

- Adores cooking and eating and sleeping and dreaming and everything new to her that she couldn't do before! Constantly in awe of this whole new world around her that was just outside her reach for so many years. Tries to cherish every moment
