Nairobi was thrown misogynistic and racial slurs by some fucking white supremacist and didn't bat an eyelash. Palermo launched at him and had to be held back in order not to kill him on the spot.

Monica was sexually harassed by Arturo and managed to defend herself and keep herself together after the attack. Denver started beating him into a bloody pulp and had to be restrained by the actual victim in order to stop before it was too late.

Both women could have easily lost control (and both of these pieces of shit would've deserved a whole lot more than a beating up if you ask me), but had the strength and self control to refrain from hurting a hostage.

Both men, that weren't even the victims of the attacks, jumped to violence and would've compromised everything and endangered their companions’ lives due to their impulsivity.

4. Tamayo: the Angry Little Man is somewhat of a staple in Spanish comedies but this guy brings it to a whole other level, there isn't a single scene with him that i didn't enjoy tremendously.

3. Palermo: he's really well written, he's a terrible person, he's my little meow meow, Rodrigo de la Serna makes my knees weak, my heart race and my p*gunshot*

2. Nairobi: La Puta Ama realness. Would totally be good friends with her IRL. Actually she's like a collage of some of my closest friends IRL (the good and the bad parts, and i love all of them) The heart of the show. 10/10.

1. Helsinki. Has consistently remained my fave throughout the series, tough guy with a heart of gold, yet complex enough to be interesting even if he doesn't get any long speeches (which i honestly appreciate lol we already have enough of those)

Honorable mention to Berlín, i found him FASCINATING in the Mint but i unfortunately didn't care for his storyline in the last seasons. Pedro Alonso is great and i'm glad they kept him around but... ugh.

And also honorable mention to Gandía because i've never HATED an antagonist so much, and the actor seems to be so freaking adorable in all the BTS stuff? Well played, sir.

Berlermo obviously but I’ll take this moment to point out that for me, Berlin and Palermo are a bit different than who Andrés and Martin actually are as individuals. I think with their city names comes a certain amount of facade— though Nairobi did kind of shatter Palermo’s “boom boom Choi” front when she told everyone that he was in love with Berlin for 10 years. So yes Berlin/Palermo and Andrés/Martín (so confusing bc in canon they kill Andrés ((which I refuse to accept)) but if you’re literal about it Andres never met Palermo and always knew him as Martín

Nairobi/Bogata and I just realized I put Nairobi first so I guess I’m subconsciously think she must wears the pants in the relationship? Idk she is bossy lol

Rio/Tokyo, Sergio/Raquel, Denver/Mónica (but they’re being stupid rn just sayin)
