My mind keeps wondering back to my Don't Starve × Bloodborne drawing I did of Wilson.... Like how interesting would it be to put dst characters in the bloodborne setting; Wilson being a blood drunk hunter, no longer caring if he's covered in blood so far gone that he's convinced himself that he'll be the cure to the beast plauged. Willow being a hunter or something a kin to a hunter, but... not exactly by choice, instead getting forced into that role unwilling. Mainly just burning the beasts that get in her way, however, has a soft spot for people like Wedny. Who recently lost Abigail to beasts, now running a place a kin to the Oedon Chapel, fearful that it's only a matter of time until she dies to beasts, even with Abigail still protecting Wendy from beyond the grave..... It'd be an inestning twist on things. I might do something with it, idk yet.

This man (Bruce) is so abnormal about parenthood and so intense about his love for Dick. "He's not my son, he's more than that" Son is not a strong enough word for what Dick is to him. And the last panel being Oliver with Roy, which is later, implying that Oliver finally understood wtf was Bruce talking about when he got Roy, being like "wtf does his weird bs make sense?!?"

But also, a part of it may come from how Dick wasn't comfortable with becoming Bruce's son, so Bruce got used to immediately correcting people when they called him his father or Dick his son because he doesn't want Dick to overhear it and be hurt (a lot of people in the fandom seems to forget that it was Dick who did not want to be adopted and who was against Bruce being his father. Of course, that changed with time, but Bruce respecting that is great and not "bad parenting". A foster parent should never force a kid to accept them as their father/mother)

OKAY, I KOWN I'M DEFINITELY FANGIRLING RN BUT I WAS WATCHING THE KLEI ART STREAM. THEY WERE DOODLING DIFFERENT PEOPLE'S MINE IN THE STREAM AND THEY EVEN DOODLED MINE!

A little while later, I mentioned seeing one of the people draw for one of my favourite games was making me want to draw. They added the lil pencil n horse/cat doodle thing and told me that I should start with something simple like a horse or a cat. It honstely meant a lot to me for one of the artists of my favourite game that has impacted my life so much, and one of my main inspirations to draw tell me that I should was just djdjdjdhdufbdndbd. Amznimg, I still can't fully get over it.

The @ of the Klei artist that was drawing in the stream is drawbarian on Instagram and Jouste elsewhere. I'm not sure if they are on Tumblr or not.

You know, I don't think as a fandom we explore what being a Dragoon WoL means the same way we do like, Dark Knight.

Because the Eye of Nidhogg resonants with the WoL when they met Estinien for the first time. The Eye that (iirc) only 'chooses' very specific kind of peoole for Azure Dragoon - If Estinien and to a lesser degree Alberic is anything to go by. Vengeful, angry people. People who have been hurt and are seeking revenge for it.

Personally, I'm of the headcannon that this is because Nidhogg (able to sense where his eye is and kinda feel things through it? Maybe even see through it) is trying to get those people worked up enough to possess them. Like with Estinien during the DRG 50 duty.

So what does it mean for a WoL who is also a Dragoon? Who has done that series of quests and had the Eye look at them and go:

"Ah yes. You. You too feel hatred and rage and pain enough that you could easily lose yourself over it. You want revenge for something, vengence. You want to make someone or something else hurt just as much as you do right now."

Idk I just think it's interesting and feel like I don't see it very much for WoL meta.

one thing about Joel Smallishbeans is that he's always giggling. I think most people overlook this in the fandom because most of the time his delivery is just so deadpan and sarcastic, but its when he's doing a bit with another person you can always hear him loudly giggling in between sentences trying not to break character. He is ESPECIALLY prone to doing this with Etho. Its so damn cute it makes me insane and I think more people deserve to notice this!!
