The Wake Back to Bed Lucid Dreaming Technique Technique (WBTB)
This Technique is fairly simple.
Set an alarm for 5 hours after you go to bed.
Go to sleep normally
When you’re alarm goes off, do something quiet like reading for about 30 minutes, then go back to sleep.
You should fall back into a dream, but your brain is more awake, so it increases the chance of a lucid dream.
--What this does is wakes you up during the REM sleep cycle, which is when most dreams occur. By waking yourself up during that, you make it more easier on yourself to lucid dream.---
This is one of the simplest lucid dreaming techniques in my opinion, and it is the first one i am starting with.

Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams (MILD) Technique
this lucid dream technique is also very simple.
all you have to do is:
as you begin to fall asleep, think of a dream you had recently and think of something apart of that dream that made you realize it was a dream. Essentially, think of a dream sign.
--note-- a dream sign is something that was strange from your past dreams.
as you fall asleep, think about returning to this dream, and recognize that the dreamsign only occurs when you’re dreaming.
as you’re about to fall asleep, tell yourself that you want to remember you are dreaming. say it over and over again in you’re head until you fall asleep.
