i need to be dragged into the street and shot like a lame horse.

#my lingering cough is still atrocious and i ran out of meds to take so now i have to set up a doctor's appointment for realsies and that's #like so much new danger #and then like today one of my friends was like you need to pray more and i was like ik #and then the company i applied to hasn't gotten back to me yet i wonder if they hate me #not for any reason i reached out to try and follow up and they didnt respond so maybe they do and i cant do this to myself i need to start #making other moves #and i threw up this morning because i was coughing so hard #and i said i'd do a thing with one of my friends early wednesday and now im regretting doing it #but i know i'll regret it more if i don't do it #like #hrhrhr #anyways #everything is making me so anxious i can't move #i feel gross and stick to my stomach #and oh! a few of my friends have been consistently mean to me for no reason lately #and i need to get food and do my homework for tomorrow #and im so so so tired #because! i'm still! fucking! sick!#anyways rant over i'm fine i just need to be put out of my misery

#polls #tumblr polls #For me I think the top ones would be the House. The Money. or the Friend Group. But I ultimately might would go for the house #JUST becuase it would be my Dream House which means it would already meet mostly all of my specifications #and what I might be looking for. which would save a lot of time searching or customizing/rennovating.#Also because I could use that as a way to leave the US lol.. like .. if I get to choose my dream location.. couldnt I just choose some othe #country?? But I wonder how that works. Can you legally 100% have full ownership of a property in a country yet not be a citizen of that #country?? Would you show up and be like 'erm.. i own this house.. so i shall now live in it' and theyd be like 'uh no. you cant live here #despite owning the house. leave.' ??#So I think the initial process of 1. scraping together funds to actually MOVE myself and my most valuable belongings physically #TO another country. and 2. figuring out how to STAY in that country . might end up being difficult.. BUT. if I could just work that #part of things out then.. dream house?? security for once in my life?? stability?? :0 #Though the $1mil is enticing it's also like.. I feel .. with the way housing prices are now... that's not much???#it's a lot I guess if you plan on like.. investing half the money and staying in an apartment for 5 years while you grow your wealth #or something. but if you're a 'I Need Stability NOW' ready to settle down person who would be most interested in owning a property rather #than nice clothes or a car or whatever other investments you could make then.. eh..?? It seems like unless you're okay with living in #a small town or kind of far away from the city - even some SMALL houses in majorly populated areas in the US will be like #$600.000 - $900.000 or something. like that would be MOST of my money. Which I know you could just pay partially and make #payments on it but idk.. in the option of just outright owning the house it seems like it'd end up being cheaper.#Plus I would want to own it fully asap because I'd be afraid of losing it somehow otherwise. like it being taken for medical bills or #something. which I thought was supposed to be - not IMPOSSIBLE - slightly more complicated legally if you actually have #paid off the house in full. I guess the issue then would be utilities and property tax and such. But I feel like thats overcome-able??#Like I could just stipulate that my Dream House has a little furnished addition or something and then find someone #with money and be like 'Look you can live in this extremely nice area with amazing ameneties and updated everything and ALL you have #to do is give me money to cover the utilities and property tax.'' or something like that. Like the little furnished addition is nicer #than the actual house. they have their own pool and spa and movie room or something and Ill also cook all their meals for them #or whatever (how luxurious it would be depeneds on how high the property tax actually is/how much I would need to entice them into #why it's a good deal for them to pay it for me lol). idk... something like that.. ANYWAY #I asked a few people I know though and one of them answered they'd rather have a romantic partner. the other one said they'd like #to be able to choose someone to die lol.. So I'm curious what people value the most

Was looking at refs and since Viktor has two different leg braces I was wondering, do we think he wears them simultaneously?? The refs don't perfectly line up perspective-wise so it's hard to tell but parts of the one he wears during the Hexcore scenes look like they could maybe line up with the brace that he wears over his clothes, but also some parts really don't and look like they'd be super uncomfy. Also HOW does he take these on and off. Experts weigh in

#viktor #arcane #ig my assumption would be that he wears both simultaneously cause in the scene where he injects the shimmer #it seems implied that he just threw off his clothes and kept experimenting #so one might assume he was already wearing the smaller one underneath #tho it is a funny image to think of him just being like 'one sec i gotta go all the way home and grab my other brace to do this'#he can take off the back brace too cause hes not wearing it in the scene where he's in the hospital bed and you can see his shoulder #where the strap would be #but that one seems to make even less sense functionality wise #everything looks like its screwed together #or screwed INTO him #but only the top bolts on his spine are i think #in the close ups of his back brace model it looks like theres cushioning underneath the parts of it that cover the rest of his spine #so he can take it off. but HOW #what parts of it unscrew/detatch to pull open and off #does it not do that at all and he just has to shimmy it off his shoulder and all the way down his legs to get it off like a romper #the shape language of the designs are cool but like. tell me how it wooorrkkksss #forgive me if im just dumb and dont know at all how braces work and theres a very simple practical explanation for all this #any king who wants to infodump about mobility aids at me....the floor is yours #something to be said i suppose about the fact that zaunites have crazy prosthetics with wild augmentations that work flawlessly #and piltover's like. idk heres some fucking uncomfortable ass metal. salo gets wheelchair in non ada compliant place #they havent ever needed to adapt to accommodate disabilities etc etc #or maybe artists were just like 'heres a design' and everybody clapped and didnt give it a second thought #and then they just turned off the visibility on the mesh when they didnt need it knowing thered not be a scene where its taken off #dont even wanna THINK about what that rig would look like #like 40 different controllers #soft body and rigid hard surfaces needing to move together....#a cold chill just shot up my spine #<- guy who is only an animator and doesnt know how to rig #forgive the magic wand tool with zero cleanup. i am lazy

Another DPxDC idea.

I love the ideas of Chef Danny and the AU's but what if Danny opens a small dinner/restaurant and sometimes people stop by for a quick bite but the thing is there is little to no real menu. Danny just comes out when he hears his doors open, greets them warmly, takes them to their table and asks for drinks gets them, before heading into the kitchen.

At first everyone is confused until a few minutes later Danny shows back up with food, food that is amazing and freshly made and HOW DOES IT TASTE LIKE MY -Insert childhood fav meal or preferred fav meal here- ?!?!?!

Danny's small place is at first very unknown but eventually blows up as a urban myth and when people try to find it, its very hard to find. Some people swear its outside of 'this' town, others say they found the place in 'this' city, others find it on long car rides in the middle of nowhere.

It changes location.

The only common real clues is you find it on foggy nights and the neon sign shining 'OPEN' is seen through the fog.

The women’s gymnastics floor routine is always so funny because they’re clearly 1000% focused on their tumble routines aka the things they’ve trained their whole lives for and are being scored on, but in between those they gotta do their little mandated dance breaks. Go to your corner and mentally prepare to do 8 whole flips but first, mandatory 10 second dance break.

i am. so tired of people acting like the internet is made for kids, or is in any way kid-friendly, bc it’s just not. are there sites that are more catered to kids? yes, but that does not make the entire internet *for* kids.

social media sites in particular are not for children. just because an app says “13+” does not mean that A) 13 yr olds should be on the app, or B) that you suddenly don’t have to monitor your kids online experience, or block/filter certain things.

i’m also tired of pretending that the “you can look up anything on google and find explicit content” is a valid argument bc that has nothing to do with the creators of the content, but everything to do with the algorithm (and i’m tired of ppl acting like safe search doesn’t work. half of the time it censors perfectly normal content).

just. watch your damn kids on the internet. it ain’t my responsibility to do it for you, and i’m so over nsfw artists being blamed for, god forbid, putting what they want on their own pages.

#i also think a large part of the issue is that there’s no spaces for just kids online anymore (think neopets or clubpenguin)#but the reason they don’t exist is because of the push to make the internet cater to kids more. So kids moved elsewhere bc they were allowe #both by their parents AND by other websites’ TOS.#idk i’m just over it. i’m tired of thinking of the kids all the time. i just wanna talk about dark topics w/o having to censor myself #proship #profic #proshippers please interact #profiction #anti anti #🏁🎸
