Not canon, but I like to believe all the canines do have tails but it's not shown in the show because its hard to animate it all. I headcanon Beagle Boys have a tiny curled tail like pugs do:

With Don Karnage it seems majority of fandom says wolf. Since old Tailspin though I've headcanoned he is part fox. Something funny he can say like, "1/6th fox on his mother's side."

I have some questions:

Did those canines from DT17 cut their tail when they were born? They seems don't have tail.
