HMMM- a name for a black lab, you say? Fuck, this was easier in my mind...

Well, I have a few ideas, but it all depends on how you want the dog to play out in your story :3

For example, if you want a basic name, I would go for Rocky (just because that's my grandma's dog's name-), if you would prefer something more, uh, queer?? (As in strange, not gay-) then I would suggest either Cheesebro or McPorter (don't ask-)

You could also just go with Stan or Kyle as a name for the dog, just because I would find it funny, but who cares-

The safest choice would be Rocky, but you can choose whichever you want, or none of these ones at all !! Either way, I hope you find a good name for the story ^-^

Drafting a random au for funsies and for once I’m putting Kyle in his independent king era and not giving him a service dog. But Stan? Oh I’m giving my baby a puppy. All I know about the dog is that it’s gonna be a black lab and I need name suggestions so I’m gonna leave this to sit over night while I go to bed, I am so bad with names gang please

               LIMA, OHIO:                                            A TOWN DIVIDED

                                                                      “things are rough all over”

It’s 2018, a time when discrimination is frowned upon, and segregation is meant to be a thing of the past, yet Lima, Ohio stands out among the masses and remains divided. Not a single Lima native can remember a time before this; a time before the Greasers – the poor, lower class families – of the South were pitted against the Socials – the wealthier, high-class families – of the North. An unfortunate “tradition” passed down throughout generations, with no amount of change ever proving capable of ridding the town of its divide. Bouts of violence and bigotry have become part of the norm when both sides cross paths.

However, Mayor Smythe – whose loyalty lies with the Socials – intends to try to make the city a "safer, more respectable place.” But at what cost? His views and propositions are against all that is the Greasers. If the Greasers don’t stand their ground and stick up for what they believe, their numbers are sure to begin dwindling, the tight-knit family that they had created with one another bound to be torn apart.

But, now, the tension between the Greasers and Socials is higher than ever, especially among their youth. Interacting with one another on a daily basis has proved to only heighten the animosity. Both sides are only attempting to survive and fight for their own beliefs, no matter how violent the outcome may be.

Mason’s finally caught wind that Madison has finally settled down in the city. He hasn’t seen her since their graduation party eight years prior, save for one time at a gig where he thinks he saw her but he’s not entirely sure (spoiler alert: he did). Anyway, he doesn’t know if he should reach out or wait for her to come to him or what. It’s a stressful time to be a McCarthy, that’s for sure.

Thursday 2nd May 2019 

I have been working on a mixture of objectives today, firstly finally starting on my critical review and i managed to complete a few of the questions and i was given some of the questions in re wording for me to continue next time. I am hoping to conclude the critical review this Friday coming or possibly this weekend coming. 

After working on partly on the critical review, i thought i would continue more on my one thousand, five hundred word evaluation. The progress continued quite well and i officially got up to a thousand words. In the afternoon i thought the time would be very appropriate to ask some of my studio colleagues for their feedback on the “extended trailer”

I asked Lysander Black, Jamie Cox, Rhiannon Hunt and George Walters for their opinions with a mixture of positives and negatives of the trailer. The feedback came back with quite a mixture and i was very satisfied with the individuals honesties and opinions overall. The feedback gave me some aspects to improve on for future projects when it comes to editing and audio. 

 Finally i had a quick tutorial with Joel McPorter on my recent work for my FMP. I had shown Joel the sneak preview video, teaser trailer and the extended trailer. Joel himself was quite impressed with the preview and teaser, however with the extended trailer Joel was very impressed and satisfied. From the the very positive feedback from Joel on the extended trailer the  feelings i  felt more confident and positive for near the conclusion of my FMP. Especially on the day officially being given honesty opinions/ feedback on the extended trailer. 

After Joel experienced the trailers and sneak preview, we were discussing about my next and final objectives before hand in comes by next Friday on the 10th. Joel suggested about for my film posters to be included for a couple of screenshots (which are the photos above) to be included for the film posters. Joel also advised i show review my most favourite shots from the trailer and explaining reasons why. 

The overall tutorial was quite positive and making me feel productive to concluding the final objectives as part for my final piece.

❝  Everyone loves a good rebel without a cause, and Spencer Porter is practically redefining the term with his “edgy teen gay” vibe. However, he still comes from money, and there’s only so long someone can act like they’re from the wrong side of the tracks. Spencer grew up in a world with both Queer as Folk and the L Word to choose from, so he doesn’t really understand ‘the struggle,’ and doesn’t do a particularly great job of trying to. ❞

Kurt Hummel is precisely the kind of stereotype Spencer is trying to avoid representing. Half of his alpha-gay bravado is to outweigh the assumption that he’ll be like the catty, fashion-obsessed prince that runs the Upper East Side. But getting on Kurt’s bad side isn’t exactly the best plan for someone trying to skirt under the radar. 

Sebastian Smythe, on the other hand, is exactly the kind of guy Spencer is modeling himself after. He’s a give-no-fucks player that wouldn’t be caught dead in the women’s wear Kurt struts around in. If he can get on Sebastian’s good side, maybe Spencer will have a chance at making a friend ( or postmodern gay mentor ) at St. Jude’s.
