Walking with my hands down my sides feels too unnatural. I keep them bent at the elbows with my hands a few inches in front of my chest. Even though my family likes to may fun of me for it. Is this an aspie thing?
Walking in a different way that is deemed “different” is indeed an autistic thing

How transparent is Steven's gem? Is it like a real diamond? Or is it a solid color?
It’s like a normal diamond, it’s translucent, but if you’re leading this into “can we see into Steven’s skull” then the answer is still no because
A) diamonds reflect light quite effectively
B) the inside of his skull is dark anyway
C) I am the author and I said so lol

It's February 28th. Happy birthday, Light!
Light: Thank you memelordsteph! It’s nice to have some kindness on my birthday. Since I’m not getting any of THAT from L today. He sent me a picture of the cake he got me. Look!
Tumblr media
L: Didn’t you like it, Light-kun?
Tumblr media
Light: I would have preferred to have had the actual cake!! *sigh* Did you have to eat it?
L: It’s the thought that counts.

Is cracking every joint in your fingers and neck repeatedly a common stim? It's my favorite.
Yep! This is most definitely a stim

Light, I have a question that's been bothering me for quite some time now, and I'm wondering if you could help me. In English, why do our lips touch when we say separate, but separate when we say touch? Isn't that a contradiction?
Light: Does this really keep you awake at night memelordsteph? The easy answer is that the word “separate” has the phoneme ‘pah’ and the word “touch” doesn’t. You need your lips to produce that ‘pah’ sound, don’t you L?
Tumblr media
L: *tries it out* Pahhhh. Pah pahhhhh. Yes, seems so.
Tumblr media
Light: Yup, and the ‘t’ phoneme in “touch” is produced by the tongue. Not that anyone likely cares, but it’s the superior temporal cortex that’s responsible for perceiving these sounds, and different circuits in the precentral motor cortex are activated when making the ‘pah’ vs. ‘t’ sounds. So no, it’s not a contradiction, it’s just the movements required to produce the sound.
