I think I mini-shifted again?
Like the previous times, I'm not 100% sure what happened but I did have an experience that could have been a mini-shift.
Yes, I know, a shift is a shift, but I'm old school and I still like the term mini-shift to imply it was just for a few seconds, maybe a minute, maybe more because my perception of time might have been off (I was very drowsy) and I didn't even open my eyes.
I know it wasn't a dream because I know I wasn't asleep, it was when I was in the process of waking up but wasn't quite awake yet, so it could be one of those sensorial hallucinations that happen between sleep and wakefulness, I don't know. But I want to believe I shifted for a moment.
Context: I was planning to do another method, but I saw that Alunir had posted a new video (The Vortex Method) so I thought, why not, let's try it. This was when I went to bed so I fell asleep almost immediately (as usual), but I woke up at 6 am and decided to try again. During the meditation I completely stopped feeling my body, I felt like floating and I could feel a very deep darkness around me (deeper than the darkness in my room, because my blinds are broken and I always have some light from outside). I think I was very close to the void state, but I could still hear the audio. I started repeating affirmations in my head that I was in my DR, but the ad at the end of the video startled me, so I ended up moving, rolled over and fell asleep thinking about my DR.
The experience: Like the previous times, I was in that half-asleep and half-awake state, when I felt like I was waking up but wasn't quite there yet. I could feel my mattress sinking, very clearly and very vividly, like someone was getting into bed to sleep beside me. I didn't feel them touching me, just their presence. I just know it was someone heavier and bigger than me. After a while (it felt like just a few seconds but I'm not sure) I felt that person moving, the slight rustle of bedsheets, and felt them getting out of bed. I noticed the lack of weight on the mattress as clearly and vividly as before. I didn't open my eyes, and even if I did it was dark. I just remember being very drowsy and thinking "what's going on?"
Now, I don't know which reality that was, or who the person was. It's impossible that this happened in my CR because my bed is very narrow, it would be impossible for someone to get into my bed without touching me or asking me to move. The same goes for my waiting room and my BNHA DR because I also have a small bed there. Fantasy DR? Maybe. But for some reason, my intuition tells me it could have been my Ace Attorney DR and that person was my boyfriend (which one? I don't know that much). It wasn't my intended DR last night but I've been thinking about it very often recently. But... I don't know, I don't know anything, I'm so confused. I just like thinking about the possibilities.
Maybe I'll channel them and ask them later. And of course I'll try that method again.
(Fun fact: my previous mini-shift was when Alunir re-released the Intention Method and I wasn't even planning to shift that night, but I saw it and thought "why not?". But I've never had results with that method again).

haii! my name’s em and i wanted to talk about my 2 shifting(?) experiences i had recently (mooties pls ignore this love u🫶)
ive been trying to shift for around 1-2 months now, and ive had 2 experiences with it
1. this one was a few weeks ago. i took a nap and had a very vivid dream. (i think i somewhat aware i was in a dream, not enough to control myself or anything) towards the “end” of the dream (around when i was Waking up) i ended up realizing i was in a dream. i tried to make a portal to my dr (didn’t work lol) and i got freaked out and woke up. i very felt lightheaded afterwards.
2. My second time was just last night. i used a combination of shifting guides on yt but it was mainly the 5 senses method that helped. (i actually think i mini-shifted) i was able to get up from my bed and run my hands along the walls and it actually making a noise, and i was able to press my hand against the window and feel it be extremely cold. i got thrown off bcus i forgot to visualize what the outside of my room looked like LOL, but i was still there. i walked outside and it was very cold. i could see the road and the sidewalk and the streetlights extremely clearly. i found my comfort character and i hugged him and felt an overwhelming sense of relief and love. i actually cried when i “woke up” bcus the feeling was so overwhelming. i felt like i was actually there, but like something was holding me in my cr.
do y’all have any tips on how to fully shift?

reminder: shifting is real. you’re going to have memories from when you were a kid or random interactions with people you knew back then. even the dream you may have had when you were 10... oh and perhaps the supermarket you visited with your parents 6 years ago? your life in your dr doesn’t start from the moment you shift there. life is still life. don’t treat your dr as a ‘magical‘ place.

what if your desired reality wants you just as badly as you want it?
no, really. that feeling u get in your chest. that desire. that pull. it has to be coming from somewhere. a sense of belonging. of knowing.
every time you lay down to shift, the universe is conspiring in your favor. you are in control, but you are not alone. an entire reality is rooting for you.

Once you decide that you have it, you have it.
Not the 3D, not your friends and family saying against it.
None can validate absence of your true reality. Your own validation is required to change your reality.
You don't need subliminals, affirmations, or any techniques for that matter.
Persist in the new fact that you have it. Not because it is needed.
Persist like how you persist that you are breathing. Persist doesn't mean reminding yourself but knowing to the point you don't have to remind yourself. Persist in the new assumptions because they are your true reality but not to get your desires.
Persisting is not a technique but a state of mind.
Again, state of mind is not a technique, its simply having. You already have it, you don't have to be in a 'state of mind' to have your desires.
Spare no attention to 3D because Imagination is truly your reality.

I saw numerous videos on this and I just wanted to add my two cents that no one asked for, yes you can shift with your eyes open, and yes you can shift on command. It's often said in the shifting community that there are no rules, yet people still have such strange limiting beliefs. If YOU do not believe that you can shift with your eyes open/on command then that's on YOU. There is no precedent when it comes to shifting, there is no action everyone must take to do it. You can shift while shitting on the toilet, you can shift while you sleep, you can shift while at school, you can shift while at work. There is no designated time to shift, shifting is NOW. Stop relying on your body/senses to give you confirmation, your body has nothing to do with shifting.
If you want to shift, shift however you want to; it is 110% up to you. Some people like getting into a meditative state, others don't like doing a method at all. Either way you can do it, there are multiple paths you can take and each one leads to shifting. Do not let anyone discourage you by saying you have to do it a certain way There is no WRONG way to shift, shift how YOU want to.
In one of my posts I compared shifting to making red beans & rice (so southern I know) but I view shifting as cooking. There are multiple ways to make a dish, you don't have to use the same ingredients. If you like doing something then add it to your recipe. You can do ANYTHING and shift, don't let people get you down.

Can we leave the term "mini shift" in 2024 please? THANK YEWWWWW!!!
It’s so so so so demotivating and just basically downplaying your own skills and abilities. Either you shifted or not. End of discussion.
"But it was only for 10 minutes!" "But I only heard sounds!"
YOU. ARE. DOWN. PLAYING. YOUR. OWN. ABILITY. AND. SKILLS. YOU. LITERALLY. SHIFTED. AND. YOU. SOUND. STUPID.

yo wtf i just shifted to my dr. (thank you anti method)
that. was so trippy.

funniest part is i didn't even mean to shift back. a water bottle tipped over and fell. on reflex, i tried to catch it.
for some reason, that reflex triggered in the cr. my hand moving brought me back. somehow. for some reason.
and i KNOW it wasn't a dream because i literally FELT the weight of the bottle in my hand (i was holding it earlier).
?????????
why did my hand reflex in the cr. was my consciousness not fully there?? hello??? why am i back.

¿He vuelto a probar lo mismo?
