Hi Raven! If it’s not too much to ask, could I ask what is the difference between the law of attraction and the law of assumption and how they work etc?
Also regarding quantum jumping, does it mean that I’m believing in a future that lets me have the things I manifested for which kind of leads me to achieve the things I manifested for?

Yes exactly! You assume that something is already yours, and then that something will manifest into your life, the key is believing and consistency, cause you have to basically trick yourself to believe you already have everything.
The law of Attraction, You manifest what you want, and then detach, waiting for it to come to you, so you're like yeah I'm manifesting money, a new house etc, but nothing around you changes, because you're believing that speaking words into the universe and be positive about it will bring those things to you, the concept of the law of attraction is that your thoughts create your reality, you shift your focus in a positive mindset so things will come to you faster.
The law of assumption on the other hand, it's you assuming that something is already yours, let's say for example, you're manifesting a new car, you just assume that it's yours, no matter what financial situation you're in or if you can't afford it etc, if you assume it's yours, you WILL get that car, you can get what you want in one week as you can get it in a year or more, it all depends by your own mindset and how far you're willingly to get the things you want!

HOW SHIFTING WORKS- scientifically based thesis
“we´are infinite beings destined to explore the infinite universe”

NOTE: i´m not a scientist nor a physicist. This essay is based on self interpretation of information and things i´ve learned about consciousness, quantum physics, nature of reality, etc.
We´re four dimensional beings, meaning we´re composed of both physical and non physical (intangible) things. We have three layers: body, psyche (alias consciousness) and soul. Our bodies are just the envelope, the vehicle our consciousness occupies in order to live a human experience. Accordingly, our true self is not our body, but the consciousness that occupies it. Having that in mind, we´re able to move to the next point.
Everything — and this is scientifically proven — is made of energy. Vibrating energy makes matter, and consequently both matter and energy have frequencies. Every single thing has a different frequency: objects, sounds, emotions, etc. Therefore, reality as a whole, with all of its elements combined, vibrates at its own frequency.
Thanks to quantum physics, we know particles of energy can be in different states and multiple places at the same time in superposition when there isn't a conscious observer. While being observed, energy/particles behave differently, being perceived at one state and place. This experiment shows the same particle can and does exist in many states/places at once, but we´re only able to perceive one state/place at a time.
ENERGY → MATTER → REALITY
We can only perceive one reality (state of energy/matter as a whole) at a time for the reason the human experience we're living limits us to do so. Although, like energy is coexisting in many places/states at once, and we know for certain that energy composes matter, which makes the (physical) reality, we can affirm there are many other realities besides this one, but we´re not able neither to perceive nor interact with them.

Summing things up, there are many other realities coexisting in the very same space as this one, but each reality exists in different frequencies, so realities never interact with each other. That said, we are able to introduce the main character: shifting.
Shifting doesn't happen in your consciousness, shifting happens with — and thanks to— your consciousness. Your body is trapped in this reality because it's part of this reality, for the reason bodies are physical things that can only exist in one state. Your consciousness, on the other hand, contrary to your body, can shift because it's not something physical, it's not made of matter. Consciousness doesn't belong to any reality, it just experiences them. Consciousness cannot die, so when your body faces death, your consciousness continues existing in other realities. This can explain both reincarnation and heaven, since your consciousness shifts to a reality that fits what you expect/believe you´ll experience after death.
With shifting, we´re doing the same but intentionally, choosing the reality we want to experience,with the difference our Cr body is still alive, so we can come back.
By shifting, we´re changing the frequency of our consciousness — which is the same as our Cr— to match the frequency of the reality we want to become aware of. You have to shift your inner world in order to shift the outer physical world (the 4d and the 3d).

“It’s not about how hard you try to shift, it’s about how easy you allow yourself to shift”
- That is something I read on here and it’s been repeating in my head for the past few days.
It helped me realize that I am putting pressure on myself to shift. To leave. To “get away”. But all I needed to do is to remember and surrender. That phrase alone helped me remove most, if not all the pressure that I had put on myself to shift.
It’s really not about how hard you try, force or beg. It’s about how gentle you are with yourself. How easy you let yourself relax and accept the fact that you are shifting no matter what. Just accept it. Don’t force it. Don’t psych yourself out. Just let it happen. “It’s about how easy you allow yourself to shift” it really is that easy. It was never about being strict. It was never about force. So just breathe. Let it happen.
I know how bad you want to shift, I know how desperate you are to see your people. I know. But force and desperation isn’t the right way to go about it.
Let me give you an example (a stupid one lowkey) :
Ever pulled your seatbelt so hard that it locks up and gets stuck, and you get frustrated? Then you try again more gently and it works? Treat yourself like that. Force, stress and pressure will make things wayyyyy harder than they need to be.
So again, just allow it, repeat the phrase in your head while you shift.

how to manifest your desired body ౨ৎ
by deciding it’s already yours. by assuming i know everyone always says that. i'll link some posts you should really go read first or after, that will make you understand what i'm saying better here, here, here, here, here
create your desired body
so first of all, you need to know what your desired body looks like, as long as your brain knows, you're good. if you like to be more precise and have fun with it, i recommend writing details down, maybe scripting or creating a pinterest board, which is so fun! on your pinterest board you can literally pin a picture of a pear if you know why you pinned it and what it means in relation with your body.
what's your self concept
so many people tell everyone to work on your self concept, and they are right. the self concept is like the base, it's what you think about yourself, the thoughts and assumptions you have. what nobody talks about is how to change it and work on it. it's really simple; by just blocking out the negative thoughts you have. those negative thoughts aren't yours anymore from now on, you only have positive thoughts about your body and manifesting. you change it by no longer entertaining the negative thoughts. they aren't your thoughts, cause you don't think like that and you would never say that about your body, how you manifest. those thoughts were never truly yours to begin with: they were programmed. picked up. repeated so often that they felt natural. maybe from childhood, social media, other people’s opinions, or past experiences in the 3D. but just because a thought shows up in your mind doesn’t mean it belongs to you. not everything you think is true. when you become conscious of your self concept, you get to choose what thoughts are yours or not, what you think about yourself or not. when you keep switching those thoughts you are automatically persisting.
side note: a thing i do and recommend, is just to yell at those thoughts to shut up and stop arguing with you, like how rude of them to contradict you on what you're saying about yourself? when you know it's the truth and they just start lying? i just shut them up and give them zero attention.
choosing what works for you
there's tons of techniques online and success stories for people who have tried them. some do SATS. some revise. some just decide. but how do you decide what works for you? guess what? they all work. because it’s not about the techniques. it's about what makes you fell fulfilled, satisfied, happy. that's how you decide what works for you. the universe has to give you what you want by the law.

i linked a post at the beginning, and it's this one. the moment you think of your desire, it's already yours. because time doesn’t really exist. past, present, future are just ideas in your mind. so when you imagine something, you aren't waiting for it to come later. cause you already have it right now, instantly. the future is so close, you're just a second apart. by the time you notice your 3D, that moment is already in the past. so when you imagine or affirm your desire, you’re not asking for it to come later, because you already have it right now. your imagination creates it instantly. i think this is important to know.

7 days of NSEK (my experience)

Here's my personal log, using this method.
22nd Last night, I did the practice myself while lying in bed, and it left me feeling incredibly relaxed and safe. I stayed as awake as I could, and then began seeing swirly colors. Like dreams starting to form. I eventually fell asleep, briefly awoke in the Void and then woke again in the morning. What stood out most was how I surrendered to the void and allowed my body to go numb and sleepy without freaking out. That’s usually the part that trips me up, but this time, I was completely okay with it. I finally got over the fear of the physical symptoms of mind awake, body asleep. (Usually when I used to do MABA or relax super deeply, my body would feel like it's being crushed by a heavy blanket and it felt suffocating, but since reprogramming my experience with relaxation, it feels amazing and comfortable for my body to feel heavy and relaxed. I achieved this only doing NSEK for that topic once. The affirmation I used was "I relax into the Void")
23rd I woke up in the morning and then drifted off again while keeping my mind somewhat alert. I could feel my body falling asleep, and instead of it feeling heavy and uncomfortable, it actually felt nice. I ended up astral projecting after I fell back asleep.
24th Before bed, I did NSEK and it felt amazing both physically and mentally. It gave me this overwhelming sense that everything was perfect, like my wish was already fulfilled and nothing could go wrong. I don’t know who I asked for guidance (probably higher self) on non-dualism. I got the sign to revisit the Gateway tapes.
25th I used the method to try to manifest a visit from the UPS truck because I really needed to send out an urgent package. There was no guarantee it would come to my neighborhood, but about an hour and a half later, the truck actually showed up!!It even parked right in front of my house. It worked. That felt pretty amazing. Affirmation used: The UPS truck is here now.
28th There were landscapers making a ton of noise outside my window, so I said, “This is my reality, be quiet,” and within a minute, they stopped. Later, some people were talking loudly in front of my house, and when I repeated the phrase, they got in their car and left just five seconds later. That same day, I wanted my cat to snuggle with me but he was across the room. I said, “This is my reality and my cat’s coming to snuggle,” and ten minutes later, he came over, let me scritch him, and he curled up next to me and snuggled for 15 minutes.
29th Today was another noisy morning that woke me up. I used the same affirmation “This is my reality, be quiet.” and once again, within five seconds, it all went quiet. The landscapers literally left around the corner to go to a different part of the neighborhood.
Verdict
What I noticed after only doing this method once or twice, I felt incredibly good, relaxed and in control. It felt like being in the wish fulfilled. All overthinking was cleared out pretty quickly. After doing the method I truly felt like this is my reality and I'm in control.
How I adjusted the method for me and the affirmation I used
My Affirmation: I have what I want. (you can obviously use any affirmation you like)
To introduce the new belief...
3x It's okay for me to… have what I want
3x It's safe for me to… have what I want
3x I am ready to… have what I want
Then to solidify the new belief...
3x It's normal for me to… have what I want
3x I expect to… have what I want
3x I am grateful to… have what I want
Between each phrase I breathed deeply but comfortably, like my breath was imbedding the new program into my body, mind and soul. If I didn't have much time I did the method standing up, repeating each affirmation only once while having my hand on my heart and stomach. Then went about my business.
I used to overthink a lot, even the affirmation "I have what I want" would be triggering because I was second guessing myself and its meaning. Now, it feels safe and normal to assume that I have what I want. I hope this will be as beneficial to you as it's been to me!

reality shifting isn’t hard. you’ve been told it’s hard because everyone’s too scared to admit it’s not. they cling to their 800-step methods, their must-have crystals, their perfect conditions because they think that if they let go of that control, they’ll fail. but here’s the thing: the more you try to control the process, the more you convince yourself it’s out of your control. and that’s the problem. that’s why so many people feel stuck. shifting isn’t some big, far-fetched thing. it’s just you. it’s always been you.
we’re conditioned to think we’re powerless. think about it—school, work, society, all of it drills this idea into us that everything has to be proven, earned, validated. so, when you hear about shifting, your brain freaks out and says, wait, wait, this is too easy, this can’t be real. and then you spiral. you overcomplicate it. you make yourself think you need the “perfect” script, the “right” subliminal, or that you have to meditate for three hours while the stars align perfectly. like, no… you don’t. all of that? it’s fluff. it’s noise.
at its core, shifting is belief. just belief. no, really, let that sink in. you don’t need to “do” belief perfectly. it’s not something you master through sheer willpower. it’s something you already have. you’ve believed in things your whole life. you believed in gravity without needing proof. you believe your favorite songs are beautiful without needing to explain why. belief is natural. it’s effortless when you stop overthinking it. that’s the energy you need to bring to shifting—trust. trust that your mind knows what it’s doing, and that if you let it, it will take you there. every single extra thing you pile on? the overthinking, the doubt, the need for guarantees? that’s what’s slowing you down. not the “lack of progress,” not some mythical “block”—it’s you convincing yourself it’s harder than it is.
and let’s talk about social media for a second. oh my god, the shifting community on social media… i get it. it’s comforting to see other people on this journey. but let’s be honest—how much of that content is actually helping you? like, really? 90% of the time, scrolling through shifting advice isn’t inspiring; it’s overwhelming. everyone’s got their own opinions, their own “best methods,” their own rules. one person says scripting is a must, another says it’s a waste of time. one person swears by affirmations, another says visualization is the only way. and before you know it, you’re sitting there questioning everything you thought you knew, wondering if you’ll ever get it “right.” spoiler alert: you already know how to shift. you don’t need a thousand voices telling you what to do. in fact, the more you listen to them, the harder it becomes to hear yourself.
take a break. seriously. log off the apps. give yourself space to breathe and think. ask yourself: why do i want to shift? what’s stopping me? what feels right to me? no tiktok trend, youtube guide, or reddit post can answer those questions for you. only you can. and i know that sounds scary. we’ve been conditioned to think we need external validation for everything, but shifting is a deeply personal thing. you don’t need a step-by-step tutorial. you need to trust your instincts. that’s it.
and let me be clear: i’m not saying methods or subliminals are bad. they’re fine if they help you feel aligned. but they’re not what makes shifting happen. you are. methods are just tools. if you use them, great. if you don’t, that’s great too. because the truth is, shifting isn’t about doing things “right.” it’s about letting go of the idea that you need to.
so let me break it down for you. the only things you really need to shift are:
1. a desire. you have to want to go to your desired reality. no brainer, right?
2. belief. this is the big one. you have to trust it’s possible. no “what ifs,” no “but hows.” just trust.
3. persistence. if it doesn’t happen right away, that’s okay. don’t give up. if you’ve ever learned to ride a bike, you know that falling doesn’t mean you can’t do it—it just means you’re learning. shifting is the same.
that’s it. no fancy rituals, no endless research, no “perfect” conditions. the process is simple because it’s natural. you’ve probably done it before without even realizing it— the only reason it feels hard now is because you’ve convinced yourself it has to be.
stop making it harder than it needs to be. shifting isn’t this unattainable, mystical thing reserved for “chosen ones.” it’s something anyone can do. you can do it. your mom can do it. that anti-shifter lurking in every crevice of shiftblr could do it. you’ve always been capable. but you have to stop getting in your own way. stop doubting yourself. stop relying on others to tell you what’s possible. this is your journey. own it.
and above all, be patient. shifting is not a race. it’s not about how fast you can get there or how perfect your dr is. it’s about trust, intention, and focus. log off, tune into yourself, and let it happen. shifting has always been yours to claim. it’s not something you need permission for. it’s not something you need to earn. it’s just you, your mind, and your belief. always has been, always will be.

Although I have used these terms before, it has recently come to my understanding that these terms are so unnecessary.
There is no 3D and 4D , there is only you. There is only your mind. Reality is 100% mental and if that’s the last thing i say, i’ll say it. It’s just you, there is no physical world looking at you like a judge at an audition looking to see if you’ve “saturated” or “persisted” enough before it’s ready to conform.
No. Look around, everything is a product of how you’ve held reality in your mind. If you’ve held it in such a way where you have a deep belief in the “division” of the “physical” and the “mental” it will show division, because it is a direct reflection of the mind.
In fact, the term “physical” is also about to cross the line of unnecessary vocabulary. Because everything is mental. Mental movement = physical movement. Mental success = physical success. So stop fighting with what you see, take it as feedback, you guys have such a deep belief in what your senses tell you, you’ve drawn a line without evening knowing. You have assigned what you see infront of you as real and what you see in your mind as a dream. You see this as dream vs reality as if your mission is to convert your dreams into reality, but it is actually:
dream vs dream, they are of equal distance to you, the only difference is which one you choose to be aware of.
All you are seeing now is a hallucination, every memory and every current thought about yourself, every fear of “what ifs”. They are just as real or ask fake as the life you seek.
“I know i have it in imagination but, it’s taking a long time to show up in the physical” that’s like saying “i have it, but i don’t” credits to the gorgeous @manifestingitgurlll
it’s like you’re indecisive constantly jumping over the line of having it and not having it.
Realise that there is nothing left to do to materialise whatever is going on in your brain, because you need to come to terms with the fact that whatever is going on in your brain is everything you see around you. And if that’s saying something about you that you don’t like, change it.
Give it to yourself in imagination = give it to yourself period.
simply because you can.
You going through “unfavourable circumstances” in the “physical” = your deep belief that life will keep moving on in a certain direction no matter how hard you try, your deep belief in time. = your creation
There is no “I know i’m a god but…” “I know i have it but…”
You have it or You do not. And because there is nothing left, no duality between the physical and mental, you only have to make the decision once.
If you believe in a divide, you will see one. If you believe in delayed “physical”, you will stay in the state of waiting.
There’s nothing going on behind the scenes with your imagination, it is upfront and in your face and it is impossible for it to be any other way. Again, if that’s sending a message your uncomfortable with, there’s only one thing to do. Wake up.
There will be some of you frustratedly asking “Well how do i change what i see”, imagine. Change self and collapse the dream that there are two worlds, there is only one.
Your job isn’t to match the physical with the mental, it is to realise there’s no such. It’s all one, it’s all you. Don’t like it? change, or should say realise there are no changes to be made as creation is finished, become aware of the life you want and you’ll have it.
These egotistical terms of a “3D” and “4D” need to go. It’s like there’s a singular dog in front of you. And you are dreaming so hard you have split that dog into two forms and called one a cat.

You say you are god but do you know what it means to be a god? One of the main attributes that define a god is being Omnipresent, and the fact that you are still: 1. imagining a division, 2. complaining and whining about said division shows you don’t even know what you’re saying.
You are not separate from what you observe. There is no such thing as the “3D” showing you what you don’t what and acting out of control, going off the rails, against what you’re trying to “persist” in. You control everything wake up and realise that, and i mean everything, no coincidences or signs, it is 100% tailored to the mind down to the minute details.
Drop the bs terms and become aware of that which you wish to be aware of. There is nothing and no one outside of you, so nothing is going to help you but you.
Once you collapse the dream, “instant manifestation” will be achieved.
Are you sure you mean it when you say you are all that is??
Because if you did, you would lack nothing

The void state is SOOOOOOOOOOO easy once you actually realize what it is. One major reason why you aren't "succeeding" in the void state is because you *drumroll, please* put it on a pedestal. Duh, just like everything else. One thing I've noticed is how Loablr overcomplicated the void state so much. You guys acted like you were becoming a demi-god or an ethereal being going to Jupiter from your bedroom. You think before bed when you are going to lay down and affirm for the void "Okay...whew well it's time to go to the void" Baby you ARE the void. The void state is literally just forgetting about your body until you fall asleep. That's why you cant hear, or see, or feel anything because you assumed a new part of you. That's why the distraction technique works so well. It is because you were easily swayed and distracted from your body, from your physical, and now only in your head. "So how do I enter it?" It's really up to you. Do you want to peacefully go to sleep and wake up in it? Do you want to affirm it? Do you want to do sats? Whatever YOU feel comfortable doing. Personally, the way I entered the void was through sats. I love sats so much, and I use it for almost every single one of my manifestations. Lie down in any position you want. (I personally chose my back.) Close your eyes and feel your whole body relax. Breathe in and out until your mind goes completely blank. Then affirm. Say "I" and breathe in "Am" and Breathe out. Repeat this process until you feel symptoms (floating, falling, etc) You may see it get pitch black behind your eyes, that's when you know You're in the void. (credits to reddit I got the affirming technique from there) One major tip is to make a rule that you always wake up in the void. stop over complicating shifting!
why are some shifters focusing more on “feeling connected to their dr” than actually being in their drs?
it’s okay to do things to feel more connected, as long as you know that they don’t actually matter.
it doesn’t matter how connected you feel to your dr in this reality, because your awareness isn’t staying here, is it?
my biggest problem with the phrase “connecting to your dr”, is that it implies that your dr is something that you need to work to get to, which couldn’t be less true. shifting is one step: becoming aware of your dr. you’re already in your dr, you just need to become aware of it. stop making shifting more complicated than it really is!
you already have the deepest level of connection you can have with your dr — being there! you’re already in your dr. don’t forget that.

Y'all oh my god. I just manifested a new house?? Now I know there's not actually such thing as big and small manifestations and that's just limiting yourself, BUT THIS IS THE BIGGEST THING IVE MANIFESTED BEFORE AND I COULD NOT BE PROUDER. I manifest tiny things for my convenience all the time but this is just huge.
Yesterday I was scrolling, and saw one of my favvv loa creators post about things they had manifested in the month of May. Then I went to their profile and looked at their lists of things they manifested in other months, and it was REALLY motivating. I was thinking about different things I wanted to manifest this month (even though we're already a third into the month, that doesn't matter), and one manifestation I've been wanting to do for a while that aligns with my main manifestation was moving. I put BARELY any thought into this. I thought "yeah, I really wanna move, so that's gonna happen." And guess what? This morning I got a text from my mom saying we're moving. It's literally so easy. The thing I put the LEAST thought or effort into was the one that happened almost immediately. So stop tiring yourself out. Say you want it, decide you have it, and it's yours.

GUYS. GUYS. GUYS. I SHIFTED. I SHIFTED I SHIFTED I SHIFTED I SHIFTED I SHIFTEDDDDDDDD. i haven't had a successful shifting attempt in almost 2 years. TWO YEARS. i was starting to think it wasn't going to happen again??
i woke up in a bed that wasn't mine but also was. u know the type. perfectly rumpled, cloud-level soft, the kind of bed that has seen gentle mornings and lavender linen spray. sunlight pouring in through my window like god personally decided i deserved a cinematic morning. like okay??!!?? i stared at the ceiling like some idiot. and just. laid there. not thinking. not blinking. just existing. like some tragic victorian window except instead of mourning my dead husband i'm mourning clarity. or a single functional brain cell. for a second i thought i had died. it was too peaceful. too quiet. just birds and the soft sound of the curtain moving slightly in the breeze ❪ it also smelled like pines and clean laundry??? ❫
ANYWAY. i got out of bed like some dainty renaissance wife. the floors were wood, warm, and sort of creaky. i explored my very own apartment. because yes i have one. my very own. no parents. no siblings. just me. my kitchen had a espresso machine and a bowl of white peaches on the counter. there were books stacked on the windowsill, a vase with oriental lilies on the table, and a mug that looked like i had already made tea and forgotten about it.
it's above a bookstore. A BOOKSTORE!!!!! the kind with a crooked wooden sign out front and a little bell that jingles when the door opens. shelves that go all the way up to the ceiling. books in piles on the floor like no one had the heart to organize them. i went down just to look and somehow ended up talking to the shop owner about poetry for like. 40 minutes. i think i love her.
i made my way to the university i'm attending once the summer break is over. the campus is stupidly gorgeous. ivy on the walls, girls reading poetry under the trees, some guy with headphones on sketching something on a notepad under a gazebo. the buildings smelled like rain and old books and just the right amount of despair.
i didn't do much on the first day, i think i was just overwhelmed. i mostly just wandering around town with my hands shaking and my brain was switching between being too loud and too quiet.
and yes. i woke up in my cr and i think something inside of me has died. back where everything is too light and too bright and smells like bad decisions and capitalism. how do you return to normalcy after shifting? how do you go to your 8am classes and pretend nothing happened?
