minishifted again (or potentially shifted)?
i was in sleep paralysis so i tried shifting to my fame dr and i started hearing birds chirping. then i felt around and i felt the frame of my dr bed. i tried getting up and even shouting for my parents so they could ground me in the reality lol but i just ended up falling asleep.
but yay 2 senses now!

SO I TOOK AN AFTERNOON NAP and idk if i dreamed or actually shifted but i opened my eyes to a room with fairy lights (which i scripted) and i saw a face that im 100% sure was rodrick but everything was super glitched out. Then i remember getting up and looking out the window (like i scripted). so yeah I’m freaking out.

WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK IM GOING CRAZY RN
ok so basically my Spotify wasn't working lately (basically it would play one song then stop) so I was listening to my favorite song that reminds me of my dr before my method and i remembered what Reya Singh had said about changing one small thing. So I just affirmed to myself (LITERALLY JUST ONCE) and the song ended, AND GUESS WHAT, THE NEXT FUCKING SONG PLAYED!!
so uhm yeah basically I'm God.
anyways, i think this is a very helpful way to start shifting bc i've always been sorta doubtful, even after 4 years ikik, but i think it really does help.
so buh bye

The time I accidentally shifted to Attack On Titan...
Ok, bear with me cause this was like 3 years ago but one time I accidentally minishifted to THE MIDDLE OF THE WALL FALLING IN SHIGANSHINA in my aot dr.
-Firstly, I was NOT trying to shift so this took me by major suprise
-Second, yes I do have an aot dr, no I did not mean for my first shift there to be mid titan attack
Basically I laid down for a nap midday (naps are when all my shifts happen lmao) and suddenly I wake up in a dark stone castle. The floors are hard wood,cold, and the walls are made of stacked circular stone. There's a small cut out window with moonlight streaming through but otherwise it is completely dark. When I open my eyes I find myself huddled in a corner on the floor. I am very confused and disoriented. I take in my surroundings a bit, it hasn't clicked for me that I've shifted so I am just so freaking confused. I put my hands against the wooden floor and begin to crawl/ stand up. The SECOND i move, a giant eye appears in the window. I get so scared that I guess I just blip out of the reality and wake up in bed cr bed basically hyperventilating.
-side not, abt a week later I was rewatching the show and found the exact titan that saw me. It was this btch

. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁ There was something different about this shifting attempt.
It had been over 3 months since I tried to shift, and I was losing motivation more and more every day. But suddenly I felt a rush of motivation again, but not the kind of motivation that makes it all you can think about, the kind where you would do anything to shift.
To be honest, I had a “I don’t give a shit, I know it’ll happen” attitude. Even while watching shifting videos about how to help you shift, I completely skipped past them because I knew I could do it without any of that.
So I laid down like usual, and I felt very calm. Not forcing myself to shift, just laying there and breathing. Seconds after I laid down, my entire body went numb, and it felt as if my hands were floating. I knew I was there almost as soon as I closed my eyes. I just kept my eyes closed, breathed, and talked to myself in my head.
I said things like “I know I’m already here”, “I know I’ve already shifted”, and “this is easy for me. I don’t need to put in any effort”. And in my head, I honestly truly believed it 100%. Except it wasn’t a giddy feeling, it was just a feeling of knowing and accepting.
I heard my CR family in the background, and it was hard for me to focus, but I just reminded myself that I don’t need my senses to shift. I could already be in my DR and still hear things from my CR. That doesn’t mean I’m not there.
My plan for waking up in my DR is that I’d be in my room in bed with my s/o sleeping next to me. And within 10 minutes, I felt the bed shift as he turned over next to me and fell back asleep.
Stuff like this has happened to me before, so I wasn’t completely shocked, but it definitely excited me and I lost focus for a moment. But the thing about him turning over was where he was on the bed.
I was laying on the right side of my bed, meaning there is only air and my room to my right. But when I felt him move, I felt him move to my right. Where nothing was supposed to be. That’s how I knew that I had shifted, even if only for a few seconds.
So just a reminder to you guys, you don’t need to put in all this crazy effort, affirm 100 times and try and force yourself to shift. It will happen naturally. And the best way to shift is to just stay calm, ground yourself in your DR, and just let it happen.

minishifted again…
and guess how! though anger! again! i was so sick of my cr i genuinely started feeling like i’d throw up. just the thought of having to wake up here and work. yuck 🤮
i got sleep paralysis at some point and instead of focusing on the symptoms i used my 5 senses and started hearing crickets again (these goddamn crickets always show up first lol). i tried so hard to feel things around me but i couldn’t. i visualized opening my eyes before actually opening them as i read on reddit, but i still saw my cr so i shut them real quick.
for some reason i started thinking of meeting kie and got some memory dump that i’m just crashing at the back of the wreck at night, and i overheard her parents talking shit about her lol.
anyway i’m grateful for these minishifts, they keep me going when i wanna 💀 in this shitty life dr, but i really need to shift fr now!!!

y’all can we talk about “accidental” shifts? omfg??? there is never not anything happening in my life, i’ve been SUPER busy. i just moved houses and i’ve been so tired and sore and everything. i’m doing better now but still recovering especially since i got sick out of nowhere BUT LEMME TELL YOU
i would be thinking in certain things or idk, scenarios? when i cant sleep, which has been since the start of moving. i’d then blink and for a brief moment i’d be elsewhere

Alright guys, I have a shifting plan that I feel really good about. I’ve been seeing great results with just affirming for a bit whenever I go to bed, so I want to take it to the next level. Here’s my plan:
1 - Sit on my bed and start to meditating.
2 - Begin affirming “I am a master shifter. Shifting is very easy for me. I can shift instantaneously.”
3 - Imagine that my bedroom door is a portal to my better CR, and truly believe it.
4 - Stand up, still with my eyes closed, and walk through the portal.
5 - Hear the phrase I scripted and know that I shifted.

the boundaries between being awake and aware in this reality, sleeping, lucid dreaming, astral projecting, and shifting are SO thin. You can be sleeping and BAM, you're in the void. You can be in a dream and just walk into your DR. Nothing is as solid and unchanging as you thought.
