What exactly is the plot of the final man to die au? Is Odysseus immortal now because he’s a monster?

he is immortal, but it's not because he's a monster it's because of the steps he took to become one his immortality was caused by being soaked and ingesting ichor, and the final man to die au mostly revolves around the after- to what has happened to him over the thousand of years and how it affects him now that he's in the modern day

Do you think Odysseus has ever referred to Penelope as his “water wife”?

Probably not specifically "Water Wife" but more like "My Dear Woman of Water", and comparing her to springs and rivers when complimenting her. :3

I WAS thinking maybe he'd sometimes call her his "fountain" but then I forgot that fountain nymphs and river/wild nymphs are kind of prickly with each other in my lore, so Penny probably wouldn't like that lol.

This idea is from Char ( @fangirlofallthefanthings ) in which she has Penelope call Telemachus "little droplet" and I adore that, so I use that too. :3 In my writing, I plan for Penelope's mom, Periboea, to have called her and her siblings that so I really love the idea of Penelope doing that for HER kiddos 🥹 (Icarius is an affectionate man and loves his kids but he's also...a WEIRD man, as he called the kids stuff like "fish bait" and "tadpoles" and shit.)

Just for fun, who would win in a fight, Odypen or New Dream?

If we're doing like. at full power? New Dream definitely clears, mostly bc of the Sundrop (i mean, indestructible hair that she can control + her healing powers... it's joever).

Now, Rapunzel without her indestructible hair... it'll be fairly easy for Ody or Penelope to get in close & cut it to get rid of the healing power. Without that advantage, I'd say Odypen wins.

Raps with only her indestructible hair is trickier. Like, the way she can manipulate it even without the Sundrop's magic is crazy. I'd bet that Penelope's more physically fit than Raps, tho I'm not sure how she is compared to Eugene. Best bet for Odypen to win is for them to get rid of Eugene then gang up on Raps. But overall... I'm actually still leaning toward New Dream winning this.

Anyway, that's what I think... if I sit on it any longer maybe I'd come to a different conclusion.

Indeed! I wanted him to have Mad Hatter vibes and then I remembered the Hare and the whole "magicians bring our rabbit from their hats" thingy. So it's a mix of all of those things to make Hermes a walking irony xD

I saw you mentioned that you plan to involve Lucifer’s brothers in your au. How do you think they’d react to Lucifer falling for not just one but two humans?

In the beginning? everyone's in slight panic mode cuz angels aren't supposed to be able to fall in love at all, no one is surprised its Lucifer tho, if it was anyone it would be him

Luci was chilling with the three humans for awhile before everything went, bad. and it settled him (they were all friends for a bit, to me<3 3 humans and their mascot creature)

before he was always bothered by how little he got to actually do compared to his brothers, he was left to fuck around in Eden, even when his brothers did end up taking a lot of his ideas, they were still the ones who got to actually implement them in the rest of earth

Michael was stressed about it cause he was stressed about everything Lucifer did but the other 5 were alright with anything that got him to calm down a bit, even if it was a weird fixation on this one creation

He and Jophiel actually bonded over it as she was also very close to humans being the one charged with their Creation and all, she did make them very pretty its nice to get some appreciation

Uriel enjoyed Lilith company after Lucifer expanded her thought capacity its not often they found someone as curious to the world as they were

Raphael was more worried about the pressure it was putting Michael under, also please stop interfering with their main caretaker species they put a lot of work into those plants and it needs careful maintenance!

Gabriel was hesitantly happy for him with Lilith but got very quickly exasperated at Eve, Zadkiel knew this was going to be a trainwreck minute one and settle down for the blow out (they did not predict how poorly it was going to go)

Between Moon Cass and Moon Varian, who do you think would win in a fight?

Depends on time they have to learn their powers. Cass took to it so naturally, and Varian likes to study to understand. If this were "poof! Both holding the Moonstone. Now fight!" Cass for SURE.

Had time to learn their powers and prep? It'd be a much closer fight. I lean towards Varian, because he was able to do a number on Cass in PEEV just by studying the rocks. Imagine if he had the actual Moonstone to work with! But Cass is a trained martial expert. She lands a couple blows--even just one strategic one--and he's down. (Not to mention he passes out at the sight of blood).

I firmly believe that, given time, resources, and information on his enemy, Varian could likely take on anyone. He's a glass canon, though. He can hit hard, be clever, make machines and chemical solutions.

Boy can't take a hit, though. I mean... in Nothing Left to Lose, he was quite literally beaten with a rock and kept singing. The blood thing, though? If Cass actually tried to cut him? I'm just not sure. It's a huge weakness that Cass knows about!

If he could get over that, I think Varian, but not easily.

I've actually only ever colored my art of Cass twice, so I drew a quick Cass just for you <3

When I first decided to give her heterochromia I was gonna make the blue eye the same color eyes she had when she has the moonstone, but it distracted a LOT from her other more muted colors (and also she looked like sans undertale) so I went with a duller blue lol

I get around it by using Firefox! I right click, select take screenshot, and then actually screenshot using keyboard short cuts from there!

Some water wife headcanons plz?

Okay, so I am trying to be a bit more "stingy" with my headcanons as like, I DO wanna write my gal myself lol, but here's some quirks:

1.) Girl eats raw fish. She's got a stomach of steel and isn't really picky. Preferences ofc, but her teeth are strong and sharp enough to cronch on bone. Also she's the youngest in mine. Girl knew how to scrap with her siblings lol. It's part of the reason why she got so sick in my fic. (Odysseus actually has quite a few allergies and is a lil Picky. Penelope eats his leftovers that he doesn't want)

2.) Hates bracelets. Usually ends up breaking them from messing with them too much even if it's not on purpose. As a kid, she would give them to Menelaus while he was in exile and hanging out with them all as he loves them...until he got too big and he couldn't wear the ones that were gifted to her 😞

3.) Snooty and petty. You're afraid of snakes and she doesn't like you? "Did you notice the new earrings I got? Aren't they lovely?" *they are little snakes*

Kronos and Heracles!

The ones on his abdomen came from Kronos when he ate his kids.

The one on his right shoulder it's from Heracles. I know it's an arrow that hurt Hades but i exaggerated it a bit: Hades it's said to be in great pain because of it. So, since Hades it's super tall (described as a giant), i made it so the arrow didn't go straight to the shoulder, it pierced part of his pectoral before inserting itself in the bone.

And they are keloid scars, so they look worse
