Log 002 - Firing Auger Darkly

Mass firings are happening at the location. They're trying to keep the staff to just those who are important to finding the cure, that's what I think anyway.

I managed to find the reports for most of the patients, and they aren't looking too good. I hate to admit it, but Grand Mage Bespoke might be right; Omen might be the source of the cure. And if he is, then he needs to be here.

If I could just get in contact with him, maybe he could tell me the missing pieces.

I've written down a basic summary of everyone's conditons.

000 - Lord Vile - Passive, though most likely past curable stages. I don't know why they've kept him alive when he isn't the one who started this.

001 - Never - They're reaching Stage 3. The same stage as Skulduggery Pleasant is. I'm scared for them.

002 - Nefarian Serpine- I don't know. Dr Harold stopped giving reports about his condition, and he's the only one who's allowed near him. The last report about him stated that he stared blankly at the wall facing Lord Vile's cell.

003 - Dexter Vex - He's in Stage 2 now. He's holding it together better than Never, but he's been found laughing to himself, holding conversations with nobody and has tried to attack Ghastly Bespoke through the glass, screaming at him.

004 - Valkyrie Cain - She escaped. Good for her.

005 - Uther Peccant - He's in Stage 1. I hope he's okay.

006 - Omen Darkly - They've started a file on him due to the multiple audio and sightings of him. My brother has a file. He was last seen in Haggard on the beach.

I'm glad there are only six of them. I hate looking in these files; they're disturbing. That's all I've found so far, but I plan to dig deeper in Lord Vile, there has to be more.

683 “She’s unconscious but she’s breathing.” [Dead Valkyrie AU]

Alexia wasn't moving. Omen's breathing became quicker. Why wasn't she moving?! He shook her, his hands trembling. Never held their arm, a look of agony on their face as the magic-represent shocked them into staying still.

Omen rolled Alexia onto her back and looked around. No one was there. No Skulduggery, no Stephanie. Alice hadn't been seen in a while. The only ones in the room were him, Never, Alexia's scarily cold body and-

"Check her pulse."

The ring on his finger grew colder as it sensed its owner's spirit drifting next to him. Omen glanced at Valkyrie Cain as she stared at the unconscious girl on the ground. She was wearing a blue hoodie, one that matched the one he'd been wearing the last time she possessed him. Her hair was in a bun on top of her head and a bandana was wrapped around her neck, hiding the bite and slash that disturbed him so much.

"Omen."

He snapped out of his staring and turned back to Axelia. His hands reached for her neck and he searched. He almost collapsed in relief as he felt a weak but present pulse. She wasn't dead. Valkyrie tilted her head towards Never and he nodded going to get up before falling and clutching his leg.

Never hissed in sympathy. "What's the verdict doc?" They asked, cracking a grin.

"She's unconscious, but she's breathing."

"Good."

Valkyrie watched him. As she tended to.

And then she touched his head and everything went black.

Something happened. Serpine was taken to see 000, to inspect the damage. 000 reacted violently to his presence and shattered the glass containing him.

Serpine is alive, unfortunately, and unharmed. Every scientist who was at the scene was killed swiftly by 000; however. Ghastly Bespoke has shut the city of Roarhaven down and installed a lockdown.

I myself have three scars from 000, proving that Pleasant is the only one spreading the virus. 000 calmed down outside of 002's cell but any attempt to move 000 after was unsuccessful. Despite his protests, 002 now shares his cell with 000.

001 has progressed to stage 3, trying to spread the virus and escape their cell. Auger Darkly has proven to be calming to them, so the situation was explained and he is now in charge of the subject. The boy is annoying and if he wasn't so effective I'd-

004, or better known as Valkyrie Cain, was somewhat recaptured outside Omen Darkly's apartment. She resisted and reportedly 'glowed with a bright darkness' before killing several operatives with the power of the sceptre. She then seemingly teleported away.

003 is now in late stages of Stage 2. Ghastly Bespoke calms him down some and is often at his cell. 003 refuses to let anyone touch him and has asked for death several times.

005 has remained in Stage 1. It seems the Pleasant Virus doesn't affect blood ties. He had a strong reaction to seeing 000 and has been given medication since to help with continuous panic attacks and depressive episodes.

Bespoke has decided to go through with Peccant's suggestion, as risky as it may be.

I drew this in November 2024 but I never posted it because I was so embarrassed (?) But well, I like it right now :) Them as SOAD fans at 16-17yo <33

I really liked adding some of my headcanons, like them as Nirvana fans/listeners (Stan's t-shirt [which is also my first Nirvana t-shirt, me projecting myself onto Stan as always 🫡] and Kyle's In Utero poster). Also, I've added a poster of The Cure and the Toxicity album from SOAD too :3

And my favourite one, Kyle's pendant with the C of Crimson Dawn <33 Stan gave it to him when they were 14 and it is secretly his favourite possession (although he has never admitted it, he always wears it).

And well that's all, it's my first time drawing Stan with bleached hair like Trey's, I don't know if I'll keep it for other drawings but for now I like it :]
