I'm excited to step up my workout game with a new exercise that's all about targeting my #gluteus and #hamstrings! 😎🏋️‍♀️ After seeing the incredible @KaiGreeneOfficial perform this exercise, I knew I had to give it a try. It's inspiring to learn from experienced athletes and incorporate their techniques into my own routine.
This exercise promises to challenge and engage those muscle groups that are essential for overall lower body strength and aesthetics. As I dive into this new routine, I'm embracing the opportunity to push my boundaries and discover how my body responds to different movements.

📎Workout Wednesday - New Exercise For Forearms 💥 Give it a try 💯 - 🔻Instructions - • Get a dumbbell of weight you feel you can handle. Inside the video I am doing it with the 100lbs • Get a band that can handle the amount of weight you choose • Hook band to the weight and the barbell • Make sure to add weight on the other side of barbell so it doesn’t tip over and hurt anyone - Once the set up is complete follow these additional steps • Start by fold the band just slightly before starting • Use your hands to twist and turn that side of the barbell either towards yourself or away • Do this until the weight has reached the top • Now do the same thing in reverse but even slower so the weight doesn’t drop and hurt anybody - Make sure to bookmark 🔖 to try this later on - Like always get better everyday “Optimize Yourself” - . . . #WorkoutWednesday #Forearms #NewExercise #ResistanceBands #Dumbbell #Fitspo #FitnessMotivation #WeightCrushWednesday #WCW #WeightsForDays - Challenge to get it up in under 15 seconds, inside video we did the 100lb to the top in 14 seconds.
