  The preposition off has various meanings and can be used in different contexts. A tiny sinner approached the bar and climbed on top of the stool next to Corsair. Drinking wasn't a normal activity for Black Star, but she was trying to do new things beyond her comfort zone. So going to a bar, let alone one that could host unsavory characters, was a big step for her.

After taking a seat on the torn leather, Black Star raises her hand and says "one drink.. p-please." After the bartender asks about the specific alcohol she wanted, the sinner simply says "something.. sweet."
