Imagination is the true reality
There is nothing called 'True reality/ Original reality/ Current reality/ Desired reality'. It all exists in your mind.
Your Consciousnesses.
Your decision to get aware of a certain reality IS your true reality.
'Reality' exists only when there is a perceiver.
There is only consiousness which creates perception.
Things exist only when you become aware of them.
So become aware of your desires which becomes your reality.
That's why the moment you start accepting your desires consciously is when your subconscious reproduces it. People think subconscious is the real shit BUT It is literally the sub of your consciousness. You are the consciousness. Whatever you focus on, your subconscious takes that as truth and reproduces it. You are not tricking your subconscious to thinking you have your desires. You are getting what you want by choosing what you want.
You were always having your desires.
The moment you get aware of your old assumption, you go back to that reality.
Some people feel that it's hard to grasp this (it's not)
that's why loa bloggers say simply that your-
Dominant thoughts create reality.
The moment your dominant thoughts are your desires being manifested, you change your awareness. You change your reality.
People really weren't lying when they say manifesting is literally the easiest thing in the world.
All you have to know is, you were never manifesting.
You always had had your 'desires'.
Now c'mon, do you understand that you were never really desiring or manifesting but waiting. And ofc you can't have your 'desires' when you are waiting to have them.
You are always having. You can't see it because you place your awareness on your old assumptions.
Now, go and actually have your desires.

The mistake people make is trying to “use” their imagination to fix 3D, as if it were a medicine. But the real turning point is when you stop using your imagination as a tool and start using it as your home. You stop wanting your imagination to change the world and simply move there.
You stay there. You don’t have to force anything. You don’t even have to try to look at 3D and hope it changes. It’s as if you had chosen a new country to live in. You no longer look at the old country hoping it will become the new one. You simply live in the new one.
If you have to ignore it, ignore it. If you have to look crazy, do so. If you have to let 3D talk to itself, let it. It’s not your home anymore. Your home is your imagination, your feelings, the inner world you’ve already chosen.

when anxiety and fear take over your identity.
telling yourself that everything works out in your favor no matter what is such a powerful statement and this is coming from someone who used to have anxiety and couldn’t even get out of the house without having an anxiety attack. i’ll be completely transparent though. i still experience some anxiety sometimes but it feels so different knowing about the law. it feels different knowing that i’m utterly the one in control. knowing that nothing can ever happen to me without my consent. i no longer fear things like i used to and even when i experience fear, i don’t identify with it and look at it neutrally. telling myself that the 3d isn’t real (it helps me when i say that so i just do it. whatever works) and that i don’t have to worry about a single thing because i am the operant power in my reality and what i says goes feels so freeing to me. i always get what i want and more. everyone around me is me. everything around me is me. so why should i fear or be anxious about anything ?
you should have this mindset too when you’re experiencing negative emotions. it’s fine to feel them. it’s fine to release those emotions. it’s fine to cry. it’s fine to let it all out, but never forget who you are. who YOU inherently ARE. the source of everything. you are everything and everything is you, so what is there to fear ? what is there to be anxious about ? what is there to overthink about ? when everything goes the way you assume and decide it will. be fearless. don’t be anxious or scared of anything. and let’s just think for a brief second— even if everything is against you, you have yourself, and that in itself is powerful enough.
every day remind yourself of how powerful you are. how strong you are. how the best case scenarios always happen to you. how that even if things “go wrong” it’s all working out perfectly for you. don’t let anxiety convince you otherwise. anxiety is just there to protect you or at least it thinks it is. you no longer identify with it not because it’s bad, don’t perceive it like that, but because you no longer need protection. you are the one who chooses and decides what happens around you. the way people treat you. what occurs in your life. your ideal life.
it’s okay to let go of an emotion you’ve been used to for so long. i feel like this is something not a lot of people talk about. sometimes we’re so attached to emotions that more often than not harm us and we can’t let go of them. we’ve been so used to them that they’re our “safe space” somehow. we made these emotions our comfort zone that the opposite of it just seems so uncomfortable. it hurts to let go of them because they’ve been a part of you for so long. but, if you want to be better, if you want to have everything you’ve ever truly wanted, you’ll have to let go of it. you have to embrace your actual identity beneath the one conquered by fear and anxiety. you have to view yourself as the perfection that you are. as all that is. step into your power and watch your whole world shift. both inner and outer. *

thinking about someone who isn’t normally touchy, but gets touchy with their partner when they’re under the weather. it starts out with them initiating more hugs, asking for cuddles & kisses, holding hands while just sitting next to each other, etc. their partner has picked up on this, so once they start acting this way their partner ensures that they have meds, tissues, & cough drops all stocked up for when the cold eventually comes in full force. their partner is also happy to oblige all the little touches & cuddles & kisses, even though it means they may catch that cold too

Take a fucking paper and write the things you truly feel grateful about, atleast I know for sure that you have one thing you can be grateful about. And it's you finding manifestation.
Manifestation doesn't discriminate. You are having a war within yourself.
Take an example of two persons,
Sarah who says "I can manifest anything I want because I'm not just a regular person" and there is Vanessa who says "Nothing works out in my favor"
Can you tell me what's similar between these two people?
They are both manifesting. One is manifesting her desires and the other one is manifesting for her failure.
So the moment you say that your reflection is not happening the way you want it to happen says that you haven't changed yourself in the first place and you are magically expecting the 3D to provide your all desires
If you think manifesting is waiting till it happens in 3D.
You were wrong from the beginning.
Persist in the fact that you already have it in 4D.
Like miss ma'am. You ALREADY HAVE EVERYTHING! Why are you telling yourself that they will "come"?
You literally have it??
Why are you postponing everything to that "will come" and not actually have it?
Deny your five senses, your subconscious is your servant. Your subconscious cannot see, hear, feel anything but solely believes your conscious. So I want you to deny your 5 senses and saturate your conscious mind by the belief that you ALREADY HAVE EVERYTHING!
Your subconscious will be like "oh! yeah we already have it" (obeying you, i.e consciousness) and it starts reproducing your desires into 3D i.e to the physical realm. And this happens only when you actually believe that you have it.
Feel as if you have everything (because you do obv) and don't waver. If you do waver by seeing the 3D, it means that you were never believing in 4D which in turn will never reflect it onto 3D.

Our belief system = I've talked a lot about this here and now I've realized it
There is a subtle but powerful difference between believing and knowing.
• Believing still carries a sense of effort or doubt, as if you are trying to convince yourself of something.
• Knowing is absolute, it is acknowledging the truth without question. It is like knowing that the sun will rise tomorrow – you don’t have to think about it, it is something natural and unquestionable.
Worry and fear are directly linked to the belief system, which is nothing more than a structure created by the mind to interpret the external world. But the true “I”, your consciousness, is not affected by these beliefs. It is what remains constant, regardless of the fluctuations of the belief system.
In-depth explanation:
1. Worry and fear as beliefs: When you feel fear or worry, this comes from a mental pattern, from a “program” that was installed by experiences, culture or learning. It is not something inherent to your being; it is just a temporary construction.
2. The “I” is constant: Your consciousness, the “I am”, does not need to believe in order to exist. It is the basis of everything. You do not need to “believe” that you are alive; you simply are. This state of existence is what creates reality.
3. Detachment from beliefs: When you understand that beliefs come and go, and that they do not define who you really are, it becomes easier to detach from them. You realize that you don’t need to fight beliefs or fears – you just need to return to the state of knowing that your consciousness is the only truth.
4. Truth does not depend on belief: Just as you don’t need to believe that the sun exists to see it, your consciousness does not depend on belief to create. You imagine, feel, decide, and that is enough to shape your reality.
Beliefs can be useful or limiting, but they do not have the power to change the essence of the “I”. The “I” – your consciousness – is the absolute truth, and does not need validation. When you understand this, all worries and fears lose their power, because you know that none of these define who you are or what you can create.
The belief that you need to wait for something to happen is just another limitation imposed by your belief system. It’s rooted in the idea of ​​linear time and cause and effect, but this perspective is not absolute.
Waiting is an Illusion
The idea of ​​“waiting” for something to happen implies that you believe you are separate from your desire. However, in conscious creation, everything already exists in the now. If you know something is yours, there is no waiting—you simply live in the knowledge that you already have it.

1. Decide that it is real: You don’t need to “reprogram” anything or convince yourself. Just choose that your imagination is the only truth. The decision is the key.
****2. Recognize the simplicity*******: This is not a complex process of belief. You feel it is true because you know that your consciousness creates it. There are no “ifs” or “buts”.
3. Let go of belief: Belief is useful for those who still need logical support, but knowing transcends that. It is understanding that your imagination is the cause and 3D is the effect.
4. Practice detachment: Knowing is calm and relaxed. You don’t need proof or signs. You just know that what you have chosen already is.
5. Avoid complicating things: Don’t confuse your mind with the need to “feel more” or “believe more.” Knowing is simple: “I choose it, therefore it is.”
If you already know it is true, belief becomes irrelevant. There is no effort. Everything flows naturally, because external reality has no choice but to reflect what you know internally.

it’s okay to cry. crying doesn’t stop you from knowing who you are. in fact, it helps clear your path to your desires. think of your “negative” emotions as rocks on your path that you need to acknowledge and remove first before heading to your destination (who you actually are & your desired reality) the rocks are just all the negative emotions, thoughts, and your old identities combined. allow yourself to face them. allow yourself to feel the emotions. don’t suppress them or think that your manifestations will be ruined if you do so.

if you feel like crying, do it. if you feel like releasing your emotions, do it. do it for yourself and then remind yourself of your power. it’s okay to let go of the baggage. it’s okay to feel your emotions. you’re not your emotions. your emotions are just there to tell you something. listen to them, let them pass, cry if you have to, and remember who you are once you’re done. don’t forget that we shift every second of the day. we’re always shifting. always selecting a reality. even if you feel like your manifestation is ruined, you can still select the reality you want again. and again. and again. it’s not going to magically disappear just because you let some feelings out.

i thought that i had to stay true to the wish fulfilled and i shouldn’t react or do anything at all that might sabotage or contradict my end. until i sat with myself and realized that i’ve manifested the biggest changes in my life while crying. it never stopped me from getting what i want, it actually helped. it made me see things way clearer and it made me feel more motivated afterwards to do better for myself. it helped me persist in who i actually wanted to be. this is proof that emotions don’t really matter when manifesting. we’re still having a human experience so it’s inevitable. there’s nothing wrong with it. just make sure to always persist in your favor. you can even assume that crying actually helps you manifest faster or you can affirm that everything works out in your favor regardless of how you feel ! ✶ ۶ৎ

Hey! This was the same question I had 3 years ago, and I still remember the day I researches the reason.
Honey I'd recommend you to read Neville's works once! He's explained in the perception of the Lord and spirituality, but I'll explain you scientifically along with a pinch of non duality.
♡ firstly, we're spiritual beings. We're all a part of God (if you believe in God). I personally believe there's no God out there, but in ourselves God lives. We're God. We all are. God is living inside our body, but God isn't physical (I'm sorry I don't use 'He' or 'Him' cus God doesn't have any gender) God is a formless, divine being, and that's what we really are. We're all formless void that can choose to exist into anything.
♡ We're pure awarenesses. We always have been. Let's not get confused with physical reality. That's the state we chose to live in, intentionally or unintentionally. The state we're in rn is the same thing in both imagination and reality. We don't need senses to be aware of something. Senses are limited to the physical reality. But divinity soars higher and beyond senses.
♡ We're not our body, mind, or soul. We're pure awarenesses, that chose to be aware of a certain consciousness. The consciousness that is currently thinking about and stressing about the physical reality. Yeah, that's the state you're conscious about or aware about. Let's not pull body, mind and soul in terms of manifestation. They only exist if we choose to make them exist. They only will exist if we want to, not because logically living beings are supposed to have a body, mind and soul.
♡ Coming to your point, imagination is the true reality. How? So as I mentioned we're pure awarenesses and don't have a body, mind or soul. I also mentioned that our bodies, minds and souls exist only and only if we want to. If, and only, if it's fulfilled in the imagination, it can be projected in the reality. ♡ 'Only repeating words, and cannot taste, hear, smell, touch or feel, and can't communicate with other humans' it's because you've chose a state where you lack all these. Who told you we cannot communicate with others in the imagination? It's possible. And the possibility already exists. And the 5 senses are limited with the body. They're physical. But imagination just is. It doesn't have to do anything. Awareness just is. There's nothing to do. Doing is physical, logical bullshit that was created in this physical reality. Honestly, you don't even have to do anything at all. And anyone else who's struggling to apply this simple trick and the loassumption work, y'all don't need to do anything, just work on your self concept.
♡ Ik I always tell y'all to work on your self concept. But actually you don't have to. You actually don't need to work on it, if you apply this simple trick to make loassumption work for you. I reason I still stress about this is, y'all have been suffering in the state of consciousness y'all chose yourselves. Like you are the creator, you're the God of your reality. You are the one in control. But most of y'all don't understand this concept, that's the reason why I always stress about working on your self concept.
♡ When you work on your self concept, you get a grasp on controlling your thoughts, you find it easier to maintain a mental diet, you eventually will start feeling confident, you'll end up choosing the right state, the state where you have all your desires, and in turn you live in the end and fulfill yourselves. In the end, it obviously manifests. But if that illustration I put above is used without any need to work on your self concept, you can always get your desire instantly without that 1 month long self concept working.
♡ Coming to the scientific part. As a medical student that loves neurology alot is excited to write this part lmaoo. There's this structure called Hypophysis cerebri, the pineal gland. It's size is so small like the size of a pea. Situated exactly in the centre of the brain. The structure that helps in the regulation of circadian rhythm (sleep wake cycle) and secretes melatonin, also called the sleeping hormone (y'all who are insomniac, you gotta sleep or spend time in darkness, since melatonin secretion peaks during dark adaptation or in the night time especially. Y'all must atleast try to fall asleep lmaoo I feel like a proud doctor y'all)
♡ It's believed that pineal gland disappears after death, which is really true. I actually didn't believe until I went to med school. So this gland is believed that it's the subconscious mind, while other theory says that the left side of the brain is conscious brain and the right side, the subconscious mind. But I believe the former.
♡ There's 2 ways how manifestation is scientific, conscious manifestation and subconscious manifestation. You've always been doing this unintentionally since the minute you we're born and eternally.
♡ First, coming to subconscious manifestation. Your brain doesn't know the difference between reality and imagination. In your drowsy state before sleep, as the brain waves changes to alpha or theta, the brain really confuses with what's reality and imagination, when actually both are same. What's in your imagination must be here in the reality too. When you imagine or think about a certain thing while falling asleep (sats and lullaby method), your subconscious mind which is open to receive suggestions, picks this up and thinks it as reality and inturn project it into the 3d world by reprogramming throughout the night while you sleep. And when you wake up you experience it in the 3d.
♡ In conscious manifestation, you keep thinking about a certain thing or you keep imagining it, in the day time, you may have opposing thoughts. So what happens is, there's a structure in your brain called reticular activating system (RAS). This structure is responsible for all your senses except smell. This structure, as you think you need this certain thing, starts searching opportunities for meeting your needs with the help of your subconscious mind. For example, you wanted to eat burritos, so you first think about it. Your RAS suggests that there's this shop that sells delicious burritos. You immediately decide that you're going there after school. Your subconscious mind, which obeys to the decision you made consciously, now projects it into the 3d, that you're going (like bitch you're in a state of eating burrito after school) eventually you'll go there after school! Your RAS didn't create anything, what you want already existed. It just helped you to locate or give you a solution. It's that quick light bulb that clicks when you're thinking something and that works out. I hope you get what I mean 😭
♡ Why do all of this work? Because you we're fulfilled in your imagination (in state) and by default, all this works, cus you're in a state all of this works. You just have to mange the proper thoughts to enter the state of wish fulfilled. Imagination doesn't necessarily be images, it can be anything. It's you. You're the imagination yourself. You create the reality. You're the divine one. So treat yourself and think as God. The 3d is real, so is the 4d, your imagination. Both must have the same illustration or state upon which you dwell.
♡ imagination and reality, both are like twins. Both have the same looks, feelings, and everything. Only difference is that, anything to appear in the reality, imagination is the one that initiates first. Not the reality. Which is impossible.
♡ Now for all of that I explained above. Who's the ultimate GOAT behind? Your Imagination. Periodtt. Just your Imagination. Now, no more explanations rn. Your imagination creates reality. Shushh.

''WANT is a paradox. To obtain something, it is important to WANT it. However, WANT means lack of what you want. The more you WANT something, the more you affirm the lack of it. It is better not to WANT but to allow whatever you need to come to you. Otherwise WANT will sabotage you, becoming a block, a barrier. (...) And you know that WANT harbors fear and other negativity. It is better to substitute WANT with ALLOWING. Created by Lester, the process of Releasing, consists of five steps: 1.  Become aware of the emotion and lovingly accept it. 2.  Feel the emotion somewhere in the body.  Anger for example is often felt in the pit of the stomach or in the chest.  Find that spot and feel your anger there. It won’t take too long before you notice that the more you concentrate on your anger, the weaker it becomes.  This happens, because instead of “feeding” it with your energy, you are withdrawing the energy by calmly witnessing your emotion. 3.  Identify the emotion as Wanting Approval (WA) or Wanting Control (WC). 4.  Relax into the emotion. 5.  Release the emotion.  As you keep your attention on it, let it go by asking - Could I let it go?         Yes! - Would I let it go?        Yes! - When?                         Now! Inhale, while asking the last question.  Then open an imaginary window in the spot where you feel the emotion, and with exhalation, let the energy flow freely out of that window, while saying “Now!” Imagine bluish, almost transparent energy flowing out. A feeling or emotion is nothing but energy; it is neither “bad” nor “good.”  We give it different names in order to relate it to different mental states.  The energy flows out… It is gone!  Still, ask yourself: And More? …  Answer: Yes!  And let more of it to flow out… And More? …   Yes!  And let even more of it out… And even More? … Yes!  Let more of it out… And even More? … Yes!  Let more of it out… And even More? … Yea!  Let more of it out… Try to feel the feeling again.  Imagine situation that made you feel angry.  It would help you to locate more anger within you. Keep repeating the process until you find yourself out of AGFLAP and in CAP (Courageousness Acceptance and Peace).  It is important to continue releasing until you are at peace.  It may take time, but time thus spent is ten times worth the effort. You will find that nothing is more rewarding than your state of peace. There should be no thinking or analyzing.  You must say “yes” regardless of how you feel about it.
Lester underlined that releasing will be more effective when we are in the state of either Courageousness, Acceptance or Peace. The entire process of releasing must be always done lovingly. Therefore, before starting the releasing bring yourself into one of the states of CAP with loving attitude. It is easily done when you imagine the end result of a particular releasing: wonderful relationship, money in your account, new house, whatever you are releasing on. Remember to start with accepting and loving yourself unconditionally.
The state of loving peace is the only appropriate state to be in.  If you’re not peaceful, find out what is it within you that deprives you of peace and let it go. When we have no Resistance, no Fear and no Wants, when we don’t wish to change anything but accept everything the way it is, we are free.
Let us start with letting go of whatever we are feeling right now and move into Courageousness, Acceptance and Peace. We begin with Courageousness. It’s a wonderful place, where we are willing to do whatever it takes, no matter what: a place of absolute willingness to do anything. We are adventurous, alive, powerful, self-sufficient and secure. We have a vast vision. We have been here before in this wonderful place and can access it from our past memory, when we were in trouble. We are here right now. On the scale of action, Lester says, ‘Courageousness is a willingness to go into action without fear, to give, to correct, to change whatever needs it, the willingness to let go, to move on.’ It is a very distinct state. Notice how you are immediately becoming more aware, as you move into this state. And from here, let’s move into Acceptance. Just a shift, a different way of a being expressing itself: Acceptance. Get the feeling: everything is OK just the way it is. On the scale of action, Lester says, ‘No need to change anything. No judgment of good or bad. It just is… It is beautiful just as it is, and it’s OK just the way it is. It is wonderful out there… I am enjoying everything just as it is. So take a look, wherever you are, sitting, driving, whatever it is that you’re doing. Can you allow it to be beautiful just as it is? Can you allow yourself to enjoy your surroundings, which includes your body, just as it is? Can you love your body just as it is? The room you are in, just as it is? The city you are in, just as it is? And will it be OK with you to make the decision, and it is just a decision, to feel about wherever you are in life, being just beautiful? Well, the mind may check on this and that, and yet, it is all Awareness, Beingness, and it is always beautiful. Other words Lester used to describe this: fullness, gentle, glowing, gracious, harmonious. And again, notice where you are right now. What it feels like. Be aware. Contrast it to the state of Courageousness… There is a cool air about this state of Acceptance. When you notice the differences between the two states it will allow you to access this state of Awareness more freely. From this place of Acceptance, where everything is OK the way it is, allow yourself to move to a state of Peace. On a scale of action, Lester describes it as I am, I am whole, complete, totally into my Self. Everyone and everything is part of my Self. It’s all perfect. Whatever you’re now feeling, whatever you’re experiencing… can you let it go and let it be even more perfect? Would it be OK with you, if you dissolve the boundaries, whatever they are: boundary of your body, your house, your car, your property, boundary of your country... Can you dissolve these boundaries, and allow everything to be seen as your Self, your own Beingness, Awareness.  Immediately, everything becomes quiet, even more serene, more still. Would it be OK with you if you live in peace every day, all day? Would it be OK with you, if everyone you’ve met will be radiantly peaceful beings, a part of you, of your own Self? If everyone is seen in total serenity, total peace, the world is automatically becoming peaceful and serene. Other words to describe this: stillness, kindness, tranquility, unlimited, whole.
And check to see if our friend the mind has been active lately, trying to figure things out. Can you let go of trying to figure it out? Mind always has a list of favorite things it is trying to figure out. Could you let that process go and allow yourself just be and rest in Awareness? Let us ask the mind if it knows the solution of whatever you’re trying to figure out. Of course it doesn’t. It is one of the most pointless exercises in our lives, to keep asking the mind for an answer, when it doesn’t have an answer. And when we do this, it comes back at us with a judgment. It says, ‘beat yourself up! Is there something wrong with you? There we go again: asking me about something I don’t know!’ Is that helping us to get the solution? What it does… it keeps us on the surface of our mind: all that asking, beating ourselves up. So now we have a decision to make. Are we going to keep being negative, beating ourselves up, standing on the surface of our mind? Or, do we want to let that go and move into productivity, quietness and deepness? Of course, we want to be quieter and deeper.
From this state of wholeness look at your life and see if there is any part that you’re resisting. Anything in your life that frustrates you, irritates you that you try to exclude from your wholeness? See if there is any question, any sensation about that. And just instantly let that energy go. Let it go some more…, and more… And will it be OK with you, if you reclaim that part of your life in terms of yourself? We are responsible for our pictures: everything that we picture is part of ourselves. Would it be OK with you if you make a decision? Irrevocable decision that says I am going for freedom, no matter what. Why not?
