Okay I'm back on grinding out money pins in NEO (as you do) and I'm sorry was anyone going to tell me that the overpowered Gatto Nero pins are each named after a season and the flavor text says they're engraved with the words "seasons greetings"

Implying they were released as seasonal promotions, And, someone in the UG, who had access to pins, would be able to collect them, and be able to tell what time of year it was, perhaps important because their grasp of the passage of time is shaky, wherever they are. And perhaps they could read the pin, and be protected, not just by the power of the psychs, but by knowing that, somewhere, somewhere in the real world, the person who made the pin is trying to say hello?

Or was I supposed to notice on my own and come up with this elaborate headcanon on my own?

Ok there is no sign of me stopping with the doodles on this sketchbook page, so I'll probably post the rest in groups instead of one at a time TwT I just really wanna share cuz I'm having fun!

I've shared 2 of these so far so I'll just share close ups of the new things now and add more in reblogs.

First time drawing Julian but I made him tiny and gave him a tiny Randy to hold hands with :3 Also seen is Danny making minis of Roxas and his monster forms, possibly to try joining a Der Monster Klub game session! Yes those are actual forms they can turn into and yes Danny can form his on command if he tried hard enough. Why not, right?

And of course the NGA (Ninja Ghost Alien) unit! I've had an idea for this image in my head for a long time but it's a bit hard for me to draw them all on model together. Maybe eventually I can try a full render of this, but for now you get the tiny sillies :3

Those polls "could xyz character survive the Reaper's Game" have people tend to forget that the main reason why anyone would survive the Game isn't because they are smart or talented, because they would be able to solve puzzles or defeat noise, but because... they are able to change.

Shibuya's Reaper Game isn't like any Reaper's Game. They take an entry fee, being what one's value most, and that loss forces people through a difficult situation they can only solve by growing as a person. Shiki would've been erased had she not been able to accept herself as she was. Beat would've been erased had he not been able to accept to ask for help so he could protect what mattered to him. Neku would've been erased had he not been able to learn to expand his world and trust his partners.

Of course, people changing (for the better) means their Soul gets more refined and thus their Imagination level rises, but having high levels of Imagination from the start isn't all it takes for someone to win the Reaper's Game! So yeah to me, the only question you might need to answer when replying to these polls is : "Would this character be able to have character growth?" Most often yes. But sometimes... you might be surprised.
