For 'reasons', Ellie has been transferred to Gotham Academy under the guise of living with her guardian Vlad Masters but she's actually living with Dante, Danny, and Jazz.

From the moment she arrived, she had become rivals with Damian Wayne in everything from academics to sports and even the arts.

They wouldn't admit it but they were having fun. Having a rival who's always trying to one-up you, forcing yourself and each other to become better, more extraordinary. (It made a great distraction from their complicated home lives.)

But somewhere along the line, something had changed.

After a debate competition that was held at the school, Damian couldn't help but gush talk about this girl, his friend, Danielle Masters, and how cool and competent she was, and how she was the only person in the school worthy enough to be friends with him. (Awe baby's first crush!) But, ah, Dames, what's an ectoplasmic being and how are they not sapient or sentient?

On the other hand, Ellie is livid. She had Dan buy her a punching bag just so she could put Damian's face on it. She thought he was her friend! Turns out he's just another anti-ectoplasmic being supporter. She tries every day, to go to school, talk to him, and pretend everything is normal. But every time she sees his face and perfect smile of victory, her blood boils with a cold icy rage. (How dear he proclaims so proudly the ghosts are not truly living beings!! Just because we are dead doesn't mean we do not live on.)

Good thing Danny knows how to make portals now! Because when she gets home she's gonna go ape shit.

watch me end up making a superdad au coz of WTNS

because!!! because i was thinking about how funny it is that Bruce's first two kids (Dick and Danny) would be superman fans, and how funny it would be if that influenced his opinion on Superman when they first met. And then I got to picking that apart, and how Danny's opinion and feelings on Superman would have the bigger impact on Bruce than Dick, since Dick's admiration for Superman (presumably) comes from the standard little kid "he's an alien and he can FLY" (and flying graysons) stuff. Which, while very very cute, is easy to ignore and disallow swaying feelings on.

But DANNY? It's not the same. While part of Danny's admiration comes from the same "holy shit he's an alien and can fly thats so COOL" vein, it also comes from a place of feeling deeply relatable to him. Both he and Superman were/are perceived as incredibly powerful, deeply dangerous creatures that are nigh impossible to stop, they have a handful of powers that are similar to one another, and they are (one of) the only ones of their kind. Superman is (one of) the last Kryptonian, Danny is (one of) the only Liminal in existence, and they might not be the same species but the principle remains the same and they're in the same boat.

As a result, Danny would just, god, he'd find so much relation in that. And yeah they're not the same but Superman would make him feel just a little less alone, a little more seen, and he'd find so much comfort in that.

And Bruce, by the time he meets Superman, would know by then about Danny's powers and his experiences and his time as Phantom and as a Liminal. And it's easy to ignore your kid's admiration for another Superhero when it stems from a place of plain hero worship or simple appreciation. It's harder to ignore it when your kid admires a Superhero because they make them feel seen and relate to them on a level you can't reach them on.

When that's the reason, how could he not think differently about Superman? When, by then, he's seen the scars left on Danny's body from all of his fights; when he's seen him cry and break down over never being able to fly again thanks to the blood blossom poison; when he's heard all about the struggles he faced with his powers, the fear he had about being found out, the fear he had when he was first developing them; and how he was ostracized by his city for his efforts just because he wasn't human, despite how much he was just trying to help.

How could he not look at Superman when they first meet, mask-to-mask, and have a little voice in the back of his mind go: 'my kid is a lot like you'

The wrong DNA test

( what if, Sheila wasn't really Jason's mother? The system is already corrupted, then what about the test?).

A huge brawl containing every rogue had started at the time of Halloween, causing the people from downtown to fled there home's as joker had clownized the whole neighborhood with his goon's.

Every bats had taken to groups to take out the three parts of Gotham's as the rogue's had started to make alliances, some had lasted quite long while had conflicts, and causing a big damage to Arkham asylum,

It didn't take long before they captured all of them, none of the bats questions as they observed Jason glowing green eyes starting to flick, they thought it was the pit again, growing wary of the cooperation, but Crime alley was involved and that mean business to Red hood's turf.

Catherine todd love her son as her own even if not biological, Jason knew that. But her thing with drugs couldn't make her stop.

Sometimes after that, they could hear Jason humming a tune,a nice melody from Damian's statement saying that Jason muttered to him “ lullaby” as Jason continued to read his book, maybe it could be from Catherine,

they knew how Jason's past with Catherine todd, his mom even if not related, Catherine loves her son like her own kid but her doing drugs and... overdosing couldn't be stop.

Maybe Jason just remembered his mother maybe reminiscing atleast something familiar...even if it was a bad time.

Jason had constantly have been hearing a woman's? Man's? Voice, singing him a lullaby...it soothing, like as if he known and loved this melody...and that's where the dreams kept coming, there was a person, giving him kisses, Talkin to him stories, singing him lullabies and soothing him, he could dream that he was actually a baby, a baby from a normal couple, well don't count the luxurious baby room.

Jason had took out a conspiracies why he was getting this dreams, ( he swears he's not becoming Tim) and voices, maybe like a misshapen memories from the pits of victims? No it's to peaceful for that, maybe magic? He already contacted Constantine but surely hang up after knowing who it was-

Meanwhile Danny had just been YEETED to the DC universe before the start of Batman's justice thing and had been adopted by a very wealthy fruit loops couple as there kid, so he stayed as the couples daughter even pretending, because he owed ghost writer a favor for the last time, and as DC universe exist so it's story, and one thing for sure the child he had to give birth in this universe has a very complicated fate,

he did the one night stand from his supposed friend Willis Todd? He had to befriend him as Dalia F. nightingale the supposed Wealthy daughter who fell in love with a peasant trope, and gotten pregnant making it a scandal, and reaching to his ‘parents’ circle and getting that drama.

But he never thought he would care for his child, his little jay, his ghost side would purr in delight when they held Jason, he was a very hard sucker especially from his pacifier or his breast, it's so weird being in a women body,

but the way his ‘parents’ sold his son to the women who was supposed to get his son killed and being revived by cheap parody ass of ectoplasm.

I NEED to have it addressed in fic form that the Rise turtles are fundamentally different than all their other counterparts, because their counterparts? They were accidents. Just a couple of turtles splashed with mutagen and oh look now they’re people but Green. (Huge oversimplification I’m aware but hear me out okay-)

But the Rise boys were created. They were specifically designed to be weapons of mass destruction. They were built with the intent to cause harm which means they were bioengineered to be stronger, smarter(?), faster, to heal quicker, to have the capacity to take hard hits while dishing out even harder ones, they were literally forged with a purpose to kill.

Add on their mystic powers? Then their unlocked Ninpo? You can’t honestly tell me that these four aren’t the strongest and potentially deadliest version of themselves out there.

Yes they still had to learn things, as did the other iterations, they weren’t immediately good (that much is obvious, like c’mon it’s IN the name) but I don’t think the other iterations possess the same instincts as these guys do. They’re just so. Unhinged. They’ve all had their moments in the show I think where it’s obvious they’re not really,,, stable. I love them.

In a plain fists only, maybe weapons, no powers fight, I do think some of the other iterations would win, but purely because they have way more experience than these guys do. (If I did any crossovers I’d say 2003 and 2012 are definitely older than these guys, especially if we’re basing this at the end of their shows) But put them against each other when they’re still at the same level? Rise is whooping butt, I know where I’m placing my bets. It’s called RISE of the TMNT for a reasonnnnnn they’re not there yet but they WILL BE, and as of the end of s2 and the movie I say they’re finally THERE.

Not a fic for the faint of heart this is a Dead Dove: Do Not Eat! The SA is only attempted, and never shown, only implied, and it’s only in ch 1, but the other stuff is fairly descriptive and takes place in ch 2. All that being said, flipping UNHINGED, just about lost my mind in ch 2, it was entertaining in a surreal kinda way if you get what I mean. Funky little feral creatures

Tim was prepared, he had done as much research / digging as he could squeeze in between meetings, even going so far as rescheduling some of them to get more time until the tour guide would lead the high school students to his office.

Some things he had found were worrying even to the point of wanting to just take Danny and move him permanently to Gotham. Even if he knew that Gotham wasn't the safest city either. He had seen the other boy's interest in the aerospace department through the cameras, but with his digging he had found that Danny had been on a fast track for a Junior Space Program with the grades to support it.

Diggin that information up had made Tim proud, thinking that if there was something good about the Drake family it was that both Danny and him appear to have a very good set of brain cells. Though that proud feeling didn't last long when he dug further.

Because then an accident happened to him, leaving him with his last medical record stating a heart condition. After that there were no more dated medical records. In addition the timing of the accident lined up with when Danny's grades pummeled. He went from a A student to a C student in the month following the accident. Not only that but it also appeared that he racked up quite the number of teacher complaints to which he then got labeled as a delinquent student in his files.

Tim had narrowed his eyes at the screen as he lined up the timeline, with some additional information he had found about Amity Park. That information had not been easy to dig up, he had rescheduled at least two meetings so he could work uninterrupted on the strange firewalls that were protecting it, and even then he only got a handful of newspaper clips out of it. But that had been enough, for now.

Because Danny Fenton's accident and declining grades lined up with the appearance of a ghost menace hero Invis-o-Bill. A coincidence? Definitely not. Looked like hero-ing wasn't just a Wayne family thing.

Either way Tim had dug up a lot in a short amount of time about his possible brother. He was still missing a lot of puzzle pieces but he figured he could probably get that information once he made a successful first contact with Danny.

Which was about to happen in a little more than 5 minutes.

His eyes flicked to the door, then to the live security camera feet on his laptop. Yep they were right outside his door. Taking a deep breath and closing his laptop Tim moved to lean on his desk from the front, facing the door.

His plan was easy. give the kids a little motivational speech, spout some inspiring nonsense of 'you too can achieve great things' before dismissing cheerfully but hold Danny back, because his last name was Fenton and Tim 'recognised' it from a list of potential scientist to investment. Have a successful talk and show some interest in the - weird he actually didn't want to touch on but probably will have to consider because Danny had an accident that gave him meta powers that made him decide to go out as meta hero - stuff Danny's foster parents were researching. Ruffle his hair and subtitle pluck one of his hairs in that motion.

For a first DNA test that would be enough. Even if blood or spit would definitely be better, since he had no guarantee to also get the hair root if he just plucked one.

When the knock on his door resounded he cheerfully told them to come in and started phase one of his grand first contact plan. If anyone asked him what he told the students afterwards, he probably wouldn't be able to recount anything he told them as 'motivational speech'. He did his best though to not let his eyes constantly wander over towards the boy.

He took a little satisfaction in the fact that one of the two close friends his possible brother had appeared to be starry eyed at the fact that they got to meet him. That definitely would come in handy later on.

When some of the students started to look rather bored with their attention wandering, Tim thought that this was probably the best timing to enter phase two. Dismissing them with some scripted farewell words, he waited a little. As he expected Danny and his two friends lacked behind when the students left his office.

He cleared his throat, catching their attention. "Mr. Fenton?"

Danny looked at him wide eyed as he turned around to stare at him and Tim internally laughed. "Your parents are on our list of Scientists for possible investment. If you have the time, would it be possible to have a little chat right now?"

He noted how Danny exchanged a look with his friends and the girl among them instantly started to glare at him suspiciously as Danny's seemed to narrow. He cleared his throat once more. "I will ensure that you will get safely back to the hotel your school is staying at. I just think this would be the perfect chance to learn a bit more about ecto-science? That was what they called it, right?"

Okay, plan was not going as hoped as Danny was now full on glaring, not as heated as the girl but still glaring. His other friends had now also lost the starry eyed look in his eyes and was watching him with clear suspicion.

Damage control, damage control! Stop sounding so formal! His mind screamed as Tim once more cleared his throat nervously. "If now is inconvenient, maybe we could meet for a coffee later? I really am hoping to learn a bit more than what's written in stuffy reports."

"We got some free exploring time tomorrow afternoon. It's Tim Drake! We could at least hear him out." One of his friends stage whispered to Danny who continued to watch him with narrowed, glaring eyes.

"Tucker, no." Danny whispered back before addressing Tim. "Sorry, I have no interest in my parents work."

Before Tim could say anything else Danny dragged his friends out of his office to catch up with the other students. Leaving Tim stunned before he dragged a hand down his face. So much for phase two of his first contact plan.

"Okay noted, his parents' research is not the best way to open up contact." Tim muttered before walking around his desk and opening his laptop again. He needed to readjust his plans. Luckily one of Danny's friends, Tucker, gave him some valuable information.

Maybe he could convince Steph or Duke to go to the mall with him to make it appear more natural. Dick could also be an option, he was in town at the moment. But either way that would also risk further questions, when he 'coincidentally' ran into Danny Fenton. He didn't think reasoning with Dick about some good old brotherly bonds would distract his eldest brother long enough.

Maybe it was about time to get at least one of his siblings in on the Drake's family secret.

Or not depending, he could also check their exploring route via the city cameras and then just go coincidentally into the same coffee or food place Danny and his friends happened to go to.

Yeah that sounded better than getting his siblings involved already.

I kinda get why nick wouldn't want him to be dead but the concept of danny actually half died really fascinates me, so much story potential there, this idea has been running in my for a while now

my main idea is that Danny didn't know that he was actually dead, he just believes that the portal just gave him ghost powers, and his physical body being weak and gets cold easily is just a side effect to it

slowly he'll realize that his actually dead and his physical body is just slowly deteriorating (kinda morbid lol)

Dante lit a cigarette as he slowly heard the hoovesteps of Fright Knight's Mare. "My liege, you have called." Fright Knight hopped off his Mare and Kneeled Behind Dante who was looking over Arkham Asylum from afar.

"Yes yes.... I have indeed. We have been given permission to take a new victim.. isn't that fun frighty?" Dante chuckled as he breathes out a puff of smoke from his cigarette. Fright Knight perked up, seemingly from slight excitement at a new victim from the 'mortal plane'. Dante laughed "Excited you are and so am I. He dare hurt our little Ghost Prince, and thus he must pay the price of Torture and The Endless Torture Of The Nightmare Realms." He turns around to glance at Fright Knight, Fright kept his head down but even the Mare is Excited and hyped up by this.

"We can't take any more, any less. Just one. Soul by the name of Jonathan Crane. Let's Depart." Dante floated and went invisible as he closes in on Arkham Asylum.

"May we have fun Tonight." Dante laughed silently his hair transforming back to it's original Flamey White Form, his eyes crimson red with Green Rimmings and Pupils white and slit like that of a cat.

"The Nightmare Realms Await your Damnation." Fright Knight said as he hops back on his Mare and became Invisible as he followed his Master.

Tim flips through the Files, "They Described seeing a man with a Flame like White Hair Walking down the halls past their cell towards Scarecrow's, and a ... Horse?? A Black horse with wings, fangs and Red Glowing Eyes that's being ridden by a Black Armored Knight that also had Red Eyes. One of them claimed to having nightmares about that said Entity upon making eye contact." Tim states seeing the sketches the 'people' near Scarecrow's Cell have made.

One of them sketched out a terrifying picture of said horse and it's rider. It's like something out of a horror movie. "... So... A flame like white hair man and a knight with a terrifying Horse, okay- wow- that's a lot of information that I will never honestly understand. The thing now is ... Did they, were they the one who crushed Scarecrow's skull into bits and pieces? Maybe I should call Raven after all—" Dick said nervously, and oddly terrified of the drawings, it's as if they're staring right at their souls, sentient and about to go hunting.

Nightwing/Dick adjusts his Suit's Neck trying to shake off the feeling of this chilling fear. Tim folds the papers and puts them in the files back again, also getting cold and chilled. "Maybe it IS supernatural? A demon? Maybe. Maybe a demon but there has to be a motive somewhere, there's Always a motive, did Scarecrow make a deal with a demon? Possible , or maybe this demon had a grudge but why a grudge? What's the cause??" Tim scratches his head trying to review every single footage given to him but he freezes.

"Oh fuck." Tim backtracks and plays the video footage on rewind and pauses at the right time. "A CLEAR FRAME! FUCK YEAH!" Tim yelled out loudly feeling victorious.

"Language Young Master Tim." Alfred corrects him as he places the cup of coffee by his desk, "Ah sorry Alfred and thank you for the coffee.... Just got caught up in this Case." Tim says as he sat back down.

"It's quite alright Young Master Tim, but Remember, indoor voice." Alfred smiles gently and Tim just nods, Alfred Walked off leaving Dick and Tim by themselves again.

Tim analyzes the blurry but not too glitched photo and trying to make out a picture and a clear frame of the suspect's face. The Man was looking at the camera with an obvious grin, his face was more glitchier than the others around but it was obvious his eyes were glowing and a piercing red with Green Rimmings. His Hair was indeed flame-like.

"Maybe, just maybe this person or demon or SOMETHING is in our system." Tim was frantic and desperate now trying to find this... Terrifying thing.

One File Came Up in the Bat-Computer.

"Dante.. Jamie Masters...?" Tim questioned himself. Because this was the Bartender of his Local Coffee Shop, and The Bartender who he got along with because of His Baby Brother.
